I spoke with Charlie on the phone as I had mistyped my zip code when placing my order and needed to verify the shipping address. Charlie found the error quickly and updated my order. He asked about the Warranty offered for the bedroom set, which I did purchase. He waived the $25 upstairs fee, which I appreciated. Excellent customer service. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Prior to purchasing my $1,500 bedroom set I called, asked and confirmed approximate arrival dates 3 times. I was told 2-4 weeks. Since being told this I've spoken with almost 12 different associates. 1/12 associates was kind, helpful and accommodating. 11/12 associates, a whopping 92%, have been outright rude, used condescending tones, were unfriendly and unhelpful. Oh AND it's going on two months from my order date and my items are still not here :)
Eddy is my number 1 salesman. Each time that I wanna placed an order he always gives me the best assistance
After my bed was delivered I noticed a black stain on the side rail of the new beige bed. After only a single email stating the issue with pictures, sales/service squad member Yana quickly reached out and sent a replacement. Will definitely recommend to friends to order furniture from here in the future!

I was very Leary about buying furniture online from a company i never heard of. My son needed a living room set and we live in different cities.

The furniture is beautiful! The setup and communication was great and super quick! They arrived by 9 a.m. and we're done just before 11. They set up two rather large beds and a dresser. They were very nice and efficient. The furniture is super sturdy!

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
