The delivery company used was not a good one but 1stop is awesome. Would buy from them, with a different delivery company of course
I've been saving up for years to purchase a nice set of furniture and 1Stop Bedrooms because their prices were better than overstock. I originally ordered a rocker recliner and they shipped a chair instead. I was really upset as I made it very clear on what I wanted. The very next day Joan called and found they made a mistake. She went over and beyond her job to make me completely satisfied. They provided me with a discount on the recliner and offered me an exceptional offer to keep the chair too. All in all, it was a win win for both of us.

Don't waste your time. They give you a date when they might get in your order. But don't even come close to the dates. Then they lie and tell you a story like the dog ate your paper work. Lmao let me say if they gave away a bed set I wouldn't accept it.

Honestly I am SO disappointed in 1StopBedrooms. I ordered a nice bedset, paid and got a confirmation email. Then one week later I called to check up on the order--it was then they informed me that first of all I was out of range for free white glove delivery and second I still owed them tax--which they had not charged on the initial order. They wanted me to pay an extra $300. I don't understand how a company can charge you AFTER you have all agreed on the price. And even then it was 'I' that had to call them to check up on the order. They would not work with me at all. I was willing to pay 1/2 of the additional costs. When I told them I was no longer interested... the guy just hung up on me. Think carefully before ordering from them.

The bedroom set I got wasn't even available through the name brand store (called king). I got it through 1stop bedroom and at half the price. The delivery came when expected and the guys put the extra effort in to get it around a narrow 90 degree corner unscratched.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
