The delivery experience was very easy and I was pleased with the service. The furniture came in good condition except one chair that had a chipped leg. The delivery man advised us that the company was aware and that the chair was replaced so I was at ease knowing this information. Great service I would definitely buy here again and recommend this company to others.

This company is a scam. I ordered a couch over Labor Day and am now being told that it will be get to me until October 20th. That is almost 2 MONTHS after I ordered it. I have no furniture in my house and don't have 2 months to wait on this product so I asked them to refund my money. They are trying to charge me $506 to restock something that hasn't even left a warehouse yet. That is OVER 1/3 of the cost of the couch I ordered. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they have a list a mile long of complaints. Very sorry I wasted my time with this company.

They have great prices but shoddy customer service. I ordered a king bedroom suit, a trundle bunk bed and a kitchen island table. The bedroom suite arrived perfectly. The table top is chipped and warped. The bunkbed is missing items. First it was the hardware. That came in and the delivery guys came back to assemble... guess what? More missing pieces. Currently the disassembled bunked is in the middle of the floor in my granddaughters room. This has been going on for 2 months. First they were in contact. But now since the end of August, nothing. I just want my stuff and have filed a complaint everywhere I can think of. This company is terrible and they are full of delays and lies. You can bet though they are getting their money.
He helped big time with buying my new couch and clearly explained how the shipping process would work

The customer service rep takes forever to come on call. I ordered my sofa cum bed 2 weeks ago and then price of that product went down around $55. Interestingly this company does not offer price guarantee - the rep compared the Labor Day sales to Black Friday. It's hard to believe that they don't offer that. I was having a great experience, but this is disappointing in today's time.

If the price of your item goes down after you place your order we are happy to adjust the price down as long as your order has not already been processed. Discount incentives are provided by the manufacturer during certain times and any order processed before those incentives were available will not be eligible for adjustment.

The comparison to Black Friday was the rep explaining that if you buy an item and then 2 weeks later it goes on sale for Black Friday, you can't get the item that you already purchased for the Black Friday price.
It is equally disappointing for consumers to potentially influence shoppers based on false information.

He was very helpful and gave me clear information. I have never shopped on this website before and he made me feel comfortable! He was honest, and amazing.
After writing my reviews I received messages from the company, they wanted me to remove my posts and I said I would if I received my items, I then got a similar message to many others that my order was again backordered another month, the company did give me a full refund. I'm appreciative of the refund but wouldn't trust to order again.
It looks as though this company is either creating fake accounts or is paying for positive reviews. They have not been accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have a massive number of filed complaints(over 600 in past 3 years, over 400 past year). The patterns are continued delays in shipment, damaged items, and a costly refund(re-stocking fees, costs of $1.50/lb of items). I am in the start of my ordering process and am pretty sure I've been scammed, however because they don't do proper refunds, I will follow through and see how this goes-will be updating my response. So far, I've been asked to give additional confirmation of my address and the delivery date has been moved back 3 weeks..
Really appreciate Eddie answering my questions and helping me complete my order. Very impressed so far. Eddie was very helpful in this process. Looking forward to our new sofa.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
