Searching for the right sofa was a pleasant experience. Preparing the order, I was happy to see the free delivery and white glove service. My husband just had surgery so he wouldn't be able to help me set it up. I was contacted the next day that my location was too remote for the free service. After I mentioned that we are only 8 miles off the interstate and that if there was a fee, I would need to cancel, the representative discussed with a superior and it was decided that since free was offered at the time of my order that it would remain free. I appreciate their acceptance of the system's error.
