This is the first time I ever ordered large furniture on line without physically seeing it. I really wanted the salsa color sofa and loveseat pictured. I was a little nervous about it but I needn't have worried. My sofa and loveseat are just beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. It was delayed because of Covid, but so was everything. The "white glove delivery" was also very good, the delivery men were pleasant and efficient, they set everything up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase.
We ordered furniture in April. We still haven't received our items. We are living in a home with no beds, no sofa, no loveseat, nothing. Our clothes are on the floor and partially in the closet. We were notified first that my cocktail table was on back order so I cancelled it. We were not offered a partial shipment option. I would have kept my tables in the order and accepted them at a later date but that was not an option. You get 3 choices: You can wait on everything to receive it at once, you can cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. So time passed and we were later notified that now our bedroom dresser was also back ordered so we cancelled it and bought it locally. Interestingly enough the Ashley Store in our city stated it was available! At this time as well I was told by a OneStop representative that the rest of the order was ready to ship immediately and would arrive at our local delivery terminal on June 23! I thought perfect! But the dresser locally and everything else should be coming soon after... WRONG - I signed back onto the website yesterday (June 23) because I have not gotten any new emails or received any new information on our order and I saw that now our loveseat is on back order! We were just told a few weeks ago by a live person that everything else on the order besides the dresser was ready to ship immediately and that order has been fulfilled in its entirety! How did we suddenly lose the loveseat?!?! The entire order was ready to ship immediately and here we are back to square one! Again no partial shipment option. But everything else was ready to go? Their online ordering system is not advanced enough for partial shipments apparently. I don't want to cancel the item because it goes with my living room set. I don't want to cancel my entire order because it includes our furniture for the whole damn house. I don't want to have to wait until one item becomes available in order to receive everything else that is available now! This is absolutely ridiculous! Don't even count on trying to get in touch with someone either. Average wait time to speak to an agent is literally hours then the phone just hangs up on you or forces you to leave a message. I am so irritated! This is why you need to buy locally! I've never ordered my own furniture before and I've never ordered online. The reviews from this company were great and so was the price so I got sucked in like so many others. The reviews are probably entered by employees. Don't do it... you'll be at the mercy of this company with thousands of dollars and your sanity in limbo! Buy it locally and save yourself the headache.
Other than it takes every bit of 6 weeks to deliver it was great. Delivery guys set up perfect. Thank you

I ordered from 1stopbedrooms APRIL 13th and still haven't received my furniture! It has been "in transit" for a MONTH yet no one knows where I can't even track it because my tracking number doesn't work, how convenient. No one can tell me when I will receive my furniture (if I ever will) or where it is for that matter. All this seems very fraudulent and they won't even cancel my order even though it has been MONTHS and I haven't received anything.
Ordered counter height dining set but received counter height table and table height chairs. Three times I was told I'd be emailed instructions on how to proceed. Never got one. I have called two more times and they won't return my calls. I guess I'm stuck with an unusable dining set
I ordered a dining room set. It was never delivered. I try to call there costumer service but there is never an answer. I am now in dispute with the finance company Buyer Beware all the good reviews are fake
Worst experience ever. It takes items a long time to arrive. All depends on which carrier they send your items to, but once item is at the white glove center, that will also take weeks. It took items almost 3 months to arrive, and let's not mention, I still don't have the second part of my order... If you have months to wait, this the company for you. The quality was good, but the shipping, customer service is HORRIBLE
I purchased a King size bedroom suite and I love it.The price was great and I couldn't be happier with it. I felt like I got a great deal for the price I paid.It takes about 2 months for it to arrive, but worth the wait! They have so many to chose from and I'm very happy with mine. It's sturdy and looks great in my bedroom!

I was Excited from purchase to delivery. Online ordering was easy. I was guided and kept inform on every step of the order. Due to COVID-19, there were delays, but I was informed and I was grateful. When the furniture was delivered, I was Ecstatic. It was beautiful, better than the pictures. The men placed the furniture where I wanted and took the packaging away, just like it was promised. I am excited about the entire process. By the way, I AM STILL EXCITED

Horrible and the worst place to buy large furniture that I have ever encountered! They have too many middle men when it comes to delivery, I placed an order 4/23 and I will not be getting my item until 7/3, just RIDICULOUS! I will never buy from them again and save your TIME if u want your things in a timely manner!
I recently purchased a curio cabinet from 1Stop Bedrooms. It arrived in perfect condition today and the delivery was easy and quick and the cabinet looks beautiful! I shopped around a lot and 1 Stop Bedrooms had by far the best prices and exactly what I wanted so I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy from them again in the future.

I was a little shocked to find this sectional after it was discontinued with the original company I found it with. It's the exact same brand and feel as I experienced in store. Comfortable and chic styling. The price point was exactly the same and very affordable. My only concern is the customer service line. I would call (while being empathetic about COVID 19) and be on hold for 1.5-2 hrs per call which is completely unreasonable. The couch was delivered before the original date but naturally having never used the company I was worried. All is well and I am so happy to finally have my couch.

I ordered with 1st stop bedroom online and called to cancel the next day and l was told l will be charged 15% stocking fee because l already placed the order. The agent refused to cancel and said he will have a supervisor look at my cancellation request. It's been 18 days, No Refund and still havent cancelled my order. I have been calling multiple times and the agents will either hang up or tell me that a supervisor is still looking at the request. Please do not purchase products from this company
Order was in January and it's June and all I am getting are excuses. Don't waste your time Have not received my furniture yet
Matches well with the rest of my bedroom set! Great quality and products! Delivery guys were very friendly and right on time.
Service was professional. The two gentlemen that delivered the couch went above and beyond. The couch was a bit difficult to get in but they worked with me instead of taking it back they was miraculously able to get it in. The couch is soft and great. Sits hight and is very comfortable. A much needed upgraded to the couch I previously had.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
