I ordered a couch on 7/7. Then, I received an email to confirm my address. The man on the phone told me I had to pay an additional $200 to get it in 2-3 weeks or I would have to wait 3/4 months? I then wanted to cancel but was told it would be a $300 cancelation fee. Worst company ever!
Don't buy from this company! Ordered a media wall back in May and have yet to get the media console delivered. Contacted the company for a replacement and refund but have been sent back and forth between different departments. My husband and I have been calling to get answers asking to speak with a manager and no one has returned our calls. Spoken to several "representatives" that say they are filing a claim but never do when I call back and ask for an update.
I purchased an order a few weeks back and was informed it was on back order several weeks out so I decided to cancel it completely. Last week I get a notification from the company telling my my order just shipped out. I check my back account and they charged me an amount of $640.99 without me authorizing the charge. They refuse to send me a return label to get this product off of my property and are delaying me getting my refund until theyvcannverify everything is in the package that they sent me. This is a giant load of BS and I have already submitted a complaint to the BBB. My recommendation is to use a different company to avoid the pain of them telling you they have your item and then giving you a dragged out run around just to get what is rightfully yours. They are scam artist and a very bad business to spend your hard earned money with.

Shipment is lost, no one can track it, takes over a hour on hold to be told this when you call. If you ask for a call back they tell you to call in the morning. They always call back after everyone has gone home that would be able to help you.
I ordered a living room set online, waited, and waited. Finally after 2 months waited on hold an hour and was told it was on back order and would take even longer. I decided to cancel my order. Waited a week for my money back and sat on hold another hour to be told to wait 4 additional business days for my money. On 7/6/20 1stopbedrooms reps charged my credit card by phone claiming they had items that on 7/9/20 they informed me did not have. Despite their confirmation that the due full refund will be provided, by 7/14/20 IT'S BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND OF $2321. 16 and THEY DON'T ANSWER MY CALLS, EMAILS. A vague email reply claimed they "are waiting for the merchants to confirm the refund"... unlike professional refund emails it does not include the amount to be credited and date either. What merchants!?! - I paid 1Stopbedrooms therefore this firm should have refunded me automatically once they acknowledged it advertized falsely. This is Deceptive Trade Practices ACT law: "advertizing products they don't have to induce the client pay for smth. Which the client would not have paid for had the truth been told to client." I am seeking a class action DTPA against this corporation that displays dishonest practices against so many clients.

I ordered a furniture set in late May. After I placed the order, they called back and told me that I owed an additional $150 for a bed support, which isn't included in the quoted price. But, I was told "Good news - all items are in stock. It will be delivered in two weeks." Two weeks later, they called back to say that the night stand was back ordered, so the order never shipped. They then told me that they would ship all other pieces immediately and that they would be delivered on June 26. When that didn't happen, I called back and spent an hour on hold. They told me that there was a delay, but that the order shipped and it will be delivered by July 7. It's now July 13 and they just told me that the order was shipped and will be here on July 24. The furniture is nowhere to be found. Who knows where the nightstand is. On the same day I placed this order in May, I ordered my daughter a brand new mattress for this bed from our local furniture store. That arrived in two days and she's been sleeping with her mattress on the floor for almost three months. I'm about to call the Better Business Bureau to report this SCAM. STAY AWAY!
Horrible! They force you to buy extra stuff and tell you they can't allow it to go without. They told me I misordered my king size bed frame and I actually order a queen. Never sent me an itemized receipt, but I screenshot my purchase before I checked out, just to KNOW what I ordered. It was a king sized! Then, they cancel your order without contacting you and NEVER refunded my money. After 3wks of no return of money, I finally had to file a claim with bank. DONT FALL FOR IT!
They are fraudulent. I placed an order that they charged me for right away. Never notified me of a "backorder" or excessive lead time. I eventually asked to cancel my order six weeks later, which they refused to do. I finally had to file a BBB complaint and dispute the charge as fraudulent. I attempted to contact them dozens of times and I only ever had success speaking to someone three times.
I have been trying to resolve an issue with this company for the last three weeks I called they say they will have a manager to call you back no one ever calls you emailed have fallen on deaf ears
They don't deliver on their customer promises. Delivery times are far too long and this is NOT a COVID-19 issue. Incompetence is the issue. Expect 2-6 month delays in delivery, poor quality and damages.
They didn't ship mattress supporter as add on in picture. The shipping system also not included the adds on mattress slat supporter. But the costumer services they insist on 3 wood slat which is original included is the bed i have purchased is the mattress supporter (as second picture)! If that is the mattress slat it is $200 for 3 wood slat?!. Such a lier. Had email the situation to costumer services but no body solve it.! Am living on the floor now.
I ordered my furniture in May. I haven't got it and can't ever get ahold of anyone. The dates keep changing day after day. And I'd just recommend going to somewhere in store and talk to people with actual answers. I'm not pleased
*update* after filing with the BBB, FTC, filing a charge back with my bank (look into that if you need your money back in your pocket while you fight this company) and finding the president of the company on Linkedin where I messaged him directly, I received my money back AND won my case with the bank. ****

I ordered from this company 4 chairs - they delivered 2 chairs - 1 was broken- I tried to call this company to get the issue resolved multiple times--- thier response was to send me legs and no chair as "a replacement" and still no idea of if and or when my other 2 chairs would arrive. Customer service refuses to tak or respond to me now becuase i filed with BBB, paypal and now FTC because of their fradulent actions of stealing my money, not returning it, and sending me faulty product when, if they choose to. Theyve also sent me threaghtening emails, saying they would not give me the rest of my order until i dropped these case ive opened against them. Last week i recieved 2 more chairs (that i ordered in april) still no replacement chairs... ans i sent them several emails asking them to cancel my order. They refused. They also said they wouldnt give me a refund unless i returned the broken chairs they sent me, at my own cost. I need help with this terrible company. Im not the first person theyve taken advantage of and im sure i wont be the last if nothing is done to stop them and protect the consumers. Thats why im seeking your help. Please don't let them take another hard working persons money away from them again, like they did with me. Thanks

1Stop Bedrooms was a business I hadn't previously heard of however, I was willing to give them a chance because they had the most competitive price for a couch that I wanted. Ordering was easy and I was contacted by a representative to go over some details about the order not long after placing my order. The estimated date of delivery was further out than I expected however, the product and set up service provided was worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with from 1Stop Bedrooms was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family.
Very professional and courteous. Set up was quick and was no hassle. Furniture was exactly what we ordered. Highly recommended.

We ordered our bedroom furniture in the middle of April with the "free shipping" promo. A week later we received an email asking us to call regarding payment issues. When I called the representative then told me that the company was unable to ship free to my area... oddly enough that was the only reason I was going with this company. So after much conversation I agreed to pay for shipping, and per the representative they would "throw in expedited shipping" on them. It is now July 1st and we have yet to receive the furniture. They refuse to give us a refund and when I call the company to ask where our furniture is, they keep giving us a further date. Their reasoning for not refunding us back the money is because they would have to charge us "shipping fees." Which to me is hard to believe when it hasn't been shipped and is still saying another 2 weeks (which they've been saying for months). Now for $1500 furniture, they want to give me $30 compensation! That doesn't even cover a quarter of the shipping. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would suggest to look at all your options.
ALL Good reviews are lying. This company is FULL of BS. Ordered June 1,2020, no refund June 30th. Someone drove by address and they don't exist.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
