This company stated dast shipping when I ordered from them. A month later they tell me the items will ship by the 10 of July well it didn't so I call them Monday and ask for a call back because I sat on the phone for four hours waiting for them to answer. This was the second change in shipping. I talk to someone to cancel the order because the email stated they will only be able to ship by the 24th now. This was the 3rd change of Shipping date. I told her to cancel she told me she would yet i never recieved a cancelation notice. So that Thursday I get an email stating they will ship out soon. So I call back to tell them I cancelled. Well instead of canceling they still ship it. I then call FedEx to return to sender. The items where never delivered and it took fedex forever to find out how and where to return it to them. Then finally they received the items back. But still no cancellation number. By the way this is a month after the first cancelation. They want to charge me return fees even though these were canceled before they were even shipped and shipped a month and 4 days after the items where ordered which wasn't fast shipping that they stated on their website. Bait and switch. And I am still waiting calling every single day for my cancelation number. Oh and I'm paying interest while I wait on items never delivered and already returned to onestop bedrooms. Most Horrible company i have ever dealt with and still dealing with. And still waiting on a call back from Marie who was supposed to call me back on the 13th of August.
Waiting for ever for delivery of our furniture. They keep extending, and extending... and extending, and we are up to 3months now waiting. We tried to cancel, which they said they were going to give us a refund only to never credit us and just extended the delivery date again. Wish we never trusted this place. Now in New home for 3 monthd with no bedroom furniture two kids. Clothes in stacks on floor, mattresses on the floor... just ridiculous.
I ordered a sleeper sofa in early May and 1StopBedrooms took payment May 11,2020. It is now August 14,2020 and I'm still waiting for my sofa. Lot's of email and telephone communication from me to them, but bottom line is I would not buy from them again even if their price is the lowest. If you're patient and not in need of quick fulfillment of an order, then maybe 1StopBedrooms is for you, but I cannot recommend them for delivery, quality or customer support.
UPDATE: I received my sleeper sofa on October 5th and am happy to have received it finally. My experience is this... save money, but plan for a lengthy wait with potentially five months before the order if fulfilled.
I have been having nothing but issues with receiving the correct information about my furniture I ordered in May! I was told the delivery would be in June, then it was back ordered until the end of July. Then we were told August. Now we are being told we won't have delivery until September! I tried to cancel the order and was told that out if the 2,256 I paid I would only get a refund of 700 due cancelation fees that charge 15% of the total plus a percentage based on the weight if the product. This wasn'tin ANY agreements nor was it emailed or told to me before. I even added items to this order and was never informed of the cancelation fees! Mind you I tried to cancel before it shipped but I was promised a August delivery date so I didn't. They aren't taking any accountability! The least the representatives could have done was offered some sort of appeasement for my issues! But I didn't get that either, not even an apology! I was so happy with my original order but now I am livid. Horrible customer service!
Don't pay any attention to their supposed 5 star ratings! Ordered a gray bedspread and when it came in, it was a greenish color. Called and they said they were not responsible for color issues. Gray was shown on their website but it's icky green color. Stated I would have to pay for shipping back which is $35 and a 20% restocking fee. Do not buy from this company. They do not guarantee their product and what you see on their website may not be what you get and they your out your money. They were also rude.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a bedroom set. When my delivery came, the bed was not there. They never reached out to me to let me know what was going on or when the bed would be delivered. When I called, they said the bed had the wrong parts but they hadn't ordered the correct parts. When I told them I was thinking about cancelling my order, they said I would be charged a delivery and cancellation fee for their errors and issues.
They don't want be able accountable for they mess up with products arrive damage they charge you a delivery and restocking fee. Worst company ever!
I have had to contact my attorney in order to wage a lawsuit against this company to get my full amount of purchase refunded. On June 6,2020 I purchased a bed from 1StopBedroom. No where on the website did it say that the delivery would take 4 weeks or longer; it simply states deliveries may take longer than usual. That is NOT informative as it is not the customer's responsibility to know what a 'usual' delivery timeframe is or how far from that timeframe a delivery will be. The company sent me 1 email 2 wks after the purchase saying they were awaiting verification of the order from the warehouse/manufacturer. I later found out that the manufacturer was delaying deliveries by months -something the store should have known and told me. Now, they want to take a restocking fee for an item they were unable to provide me as the manufacturer had not verified the order, and although the cancellation policy says a fee will be charged, it ALSO says a fee MAY be charged. This means the company has the discretion to either give a full refund or not. This company did not respond to my online inquiries, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. According to my attorney I have just cause on all counts for a full refund. I am suing this company for that. Do NOT purchase from them.

Absolutely, by far the worst Customer Service you can find in an online retailer and merchandise routinely damaged. Read all the stellar 5-star reviews on their website. There are ZERO reviews on their website less than 4 stars. Do you think they filter out everything less than 5 stars? You bet your lucky stars, and that's a sure red flag there's major problems with the company and they're hiding it. Not even any 4-star reviews for the quality of any of their furniture! I have news for you, I bought queen-size, drawer bed that's five inches too wide and long for a standard queen size mattress. Then, my mistake, I bought one of the most expensive dressers they sell, the Hadleigh Drawer Dresser ($1945) and it came with a gouge on the top, and deep, dried fingerprints in the finish of the faces of the drawers. An obvious manufacturing defect when someone picks up the drawers before the finish is dried and throws them in the dresser anyway. Out of all the places on earth this defective dresser landed, it ended up in my bedroom. Oh, and the additional $545 mirror I bought to go with it was scratched. After a two-week long back and forth with Customer Service rep *, nothing was done to replace the drawers, and the money back he "stated" he would credit me back never happened. Unfortunately I had another $1654 order for matching nightstands in the works when all this happened and I received one of those damaged, too! Two weeks later, I've received no response or help with that claim. I've spend thousands at 1 Stop and these people actually and surprisingly don't care if they ever get your repeat business or not. Once they've made a few bucks off you, they're done and happy with that. Absolutely mind-boggling and shows you the level of character and integrity of the owners. I feel sorry for all their employees that are on the front lines while the supervisors hide in their cubicles and owners in their mansions.

These people are get overs we purchase a reclining sofa and recliner I called several times with little to no responce finally one late night a lady calls me back confirms my order and a date the delivery company should be contacting me. When I saw the delivery order I called again stating the pieces where wrong and I was advised I'd get a call back which I didnt I called again the next lady told me she would check and she stated maybe it's an error and she would call me back to no avail. The delivery pops up with the wrong thing after 2 months of calling these people to fix the order now they wanna charge a restocking fee. I'm at my wits end cause the people are rude and blood suckers my mom is a senior imagine if I left all this to her. I can only pray Atleast 1 person will call us back n help us. I was hung up on after being asked for proof of my situation but its obvious it's all done on they're side considering we did our purchase via phone. So DISAPPOINTED
We ordered living room furniture on April 9th it was supposed to be delivered in June somehow the furniture didn't pass Quality Inspection sent multiple emails had phone calls no one seems to know what's going on I have kept sending emails now they told me my furniture was delivered in just tonight I get another message it didn't pass quality again I've turned them into the Better Business Bureau half the time no one returns our calls we are in the process of getting a lawyer now and suing for our furniture or lack thereof do not use this company they are rude they will just take your money and try to keep you hanging on it's been almost 4 months we even paid $199 extra for this so-called White Glove delivery I've requested a refund twice they haven't even mentioned anything about that nor even discounting this so-called Furniture stay away buyer beware go anywhere but here they are horrible.
I ordered in May for June delivery. Delayed at least 4 times which I understand BUT their customer service is TERRIBLE. I have called and gotten multiple different answers and false promises! I want a refund and can't get it. I tried talking to a manager who hasn't called. I've sent messages through their service that don't get answered. Never again!

We can understand that express delivery will be delayed because of the epidemic, but it is delayed for more than 3 months. It has peeling paint and scratches when the product was finally received. Purchased the furniture arrived in batches, and the delivery schedule was canceled more than 5 times during the period.
In the end, I was about to collapse when we received all the products. Because the bed didn't have all screws, I still need to wait for shipping to me.
Behind of the Gabriela Chest is a piece of cardboard. It has a strong smell, and the drawers are thin. I am worried that the handle will break when I try to open the drawer. Even more terrible, their transportation company's service is really slow, you need to wait more than a few months to receive the goods. If you want to contact a customer to help you solve the problem of express delivery, they will answer you: "Sorry, this is not in their control". All you can do is wait, wait, wait, wait...
Behind of the Gabriela Nightstand is a piece of cardboard. At the time of purchase show free white glove delivery. But when you receive the goods, for the handle and some small parts, the deliveryman will say that these are not their service so you need to install by yourself.
I've tried reaching a manager and all I get is customer service Representatives I received a sofa that look like it was thrown around. The sofa is stained and they said they will repair the damage? So they send me out three envelope of material to have somebody come and replace the material when the frame is dented snd stained. Horrible I've been waiting for this couch for 4 months and now they want me to wait so they can replace the material, that doesn't fix the dented and dinged corners and they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee to send my item back
Don't get suckered into this company, customer service is awful, cancellation is awful, a lot of us dint want to leave our homes, and you get charged a huge premium to cancel, for me it was $1000. 00, the price of the product. If you are anyone out there looking at this site, GO ELSEWHERE, it is not worth buying from this company.
Ordered a bedroom set on May 27,2020. A week later received a text message that order was incomplete. Was scammed into adding an additional $300 for a bed frame support system that never came and a treatment for chipping that in sure was never done. Delivery was a disaster. First delivery appointment I was stood up. Emailed, texted, and called for hours. Next morning was told delivery was unsuccessful because I wasn't home when infact I was. Delivery driver walked to my door and took a picture then walked off. Didn't call, ring door bell, knock, nothing. Fought with delivery company all morning until they agreed to send another driver. Furniture was delivered and arranged in desired room but bed frame could not be put together because a wrong leg piece was sent. So the bed frame was left in pieces on the floor. I was told there was no paperwork to sign and they left. I emailed the company several times to get the support system & correct headboard leg sent but no one has responded. I am now left with an incomplete bed frame with my bed on the floor.
I placed an order 7/16. I've been trying to contact them since 7/20. There line is always busy. On 7/21 I got a text from them stating my order was incomplete and I needed to update billing/shipping information and to press 3. Anyway I got ahold of someone. They said that I needed to make another purchase after I've already paid $918 for a bed frame. (Which did not make sense to me). He told me I needed to pay for a separate part and he would give me a discount. I stated to him I would rather have a refund. He transferred me to customer service. After waiting on the phone for an hour I decided to use there call back feature. I got called back 4 hours later. When they called I answered and the phone hung up. They called back again and I answered and they hung up the phone again. This company is something else. Be very careful ordering from this company. Read all reviews first!

UPDATE: 7/22/2020. Instead of them inquiring about my refund they instead decided to add on a lowered discount for protection plan. I emailed them stating I wanted a refund and this is what mark sends me. I called up there and pushed option number 3. I immediately got ahold of someone. I asked him how much the extra piece is. He said $99 dollars. I asked why isn't this on the website. He stated he does not know. The added piece of the furniture is the wood and metal frame that isn't listed on the website. Don't you guys think you should update that? This company seems to have a lot of positive reviews. I wish for a different experience.
I've ordered my furniture over three months ago, still never delivered. Every time I call the company they tell me it's going to be delivered next week (they have been saying this every week for the past two months). Then when I finally tried to cancel with the company they said the furniture is already shipped so there will be a cancelation fee of 15% of the order plus $1.75 for each pound of the shipment. I have high doubts the furniture is shipped and they count on customers just paying the fee. NEVER order from this company! I'll be in contact with my credit card regarding scam.
I'm filing a complaint against this company with the BBB. They refuse to deliver what I paid for. This has been going back and forth for almost six months. Do not let their lower prices fool you. They will advertise an item and send you a lower price item and will not correct it. I will probably have to file in small claims court and this will be drawn out for another six months. They truly do not care about their customers.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
