Important info! Please read! The only positive that I got out of this experience was that I am pleased with the furniture. The rest of my experience with 1stopbedrooms was awful. They have terrible customer service! I was lied to by representatives multiple times, and was constantly being promised things that fell through. For example, on a Wednesday I was told that the furniture would be delivered that Monday. I took off work, waited all day, and it never showed up. This happened multiple times. Eventually, the furniture was delivered at 10:15 pm in the evening on a day they said it would come between 3pm and 7pm. I also tried for months to reach some sort of manager or someone in charge, but I kept getting ignored over and over again. On top of the terrible customer service, it took FOUR MONTHS for my furniture to arrive! Even with one of the employees promising a 2-month delivery window, assuring me that this 2-month window was taking into account that covid was in full swing. I came extremely close to cancelling my order countless times, only to be stopped by another promise from an employee. Overall, it was NOT WORTH IT, this is an extremely unprofessional business! I will never use 1stopbedrooms again, no matter how good the prices are.
I ordered a bedroom set from 1stopbedroom on July 3rd 2020 for over $2300. The estimated delivery was set for 2 weeks till end of month. Come end of July, I called to check on the status of my order and was told several items of the order were in back order and asked if I wanted to wait, I accepted to be patient with them and wait with the understanding that this was likely going to be a 1 Max 2 weeks delay. I called again and again in August to check on my order, and each time I called, I was given a different delivery date. I explained to the representatives that I was pregnant and due in September. I needed the bedroom set urgently. After several calls in August and long conversations with their reps, I was offered $100 compensation and asked to wait for delivery first week of September. September came along and I have been calling weekly to check on the order. Each time, I've been told there's a longer delay and the delivery time has now been pushed to October. Also, the compensation offered was never processed and removed from my balance. When I spoke to a representative, I was told A request was forwarded to billing department for the compensation. It has been over 2 weeks and still nothing from billing. Today September 23rd, 2020, I spoke to a representative and asked for my refund. After placing me on a very long hold, he returned and said I could not be refunded without penalties because I accepted to be patient. In order words, by being understanding and patient with the company, I will penalized. I have asked to speak with a manager and was told I will be placed in a waiting list for call back from the manager. I have had the worst experience with this company. I honestly believe it's a scam and needs to be shot down. It takes over 2 hours for them to answer calls and every representative will always tell you something different. Please take your money and time somewhere else. DO NOT SHOP FEOM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.
Have had nothing but problems getting my ordered fulfilled. Many calls (with hours on hold) as well as many emails. They will not assign a single person to your claim! It's so frustrating to explain to each person the issue for them to give another empty promise or contradict direction we were provided by one of their other employees.
I love love my sofa bed and ottoman. Delivery company was on time and helpful. My biggest disappointment was that I ordered my sofa and ottoman on June 26 2020 and received it September 18 2020. I feel like l should have been compensated somehow for my patience and time.
Ordered a bedroom set on April 14th 2020, the dresser came in damaged on 5/15. I sent emails with pictures of the damage to customer service. They in turn gave me less than $100 in credit for excepting the item with scratches and even through in some spray coloring paint to hide some of the defects. I received the replacement part on 5/27 and realized that I can't install it myself due to the parts coming in un-assembled. A tech was scheduled for 6/27 after numerous inquiries of where we are with this process. On 6/27 the tech came and declared that the frame for drawer was not assembled properly from the manufacture which is why the drawer did not fit in the first place. He wrote a report and took pictures that was sent to 1Stopbedroom. At this point I asked for a refund. Once confirmed that they received the report a customer service rep said that in order to receive a refund, I would have to pay back the money that was given for accepting the furniture with the damage. I paid the money back and requested the refund on 8/12. I have called 4 times since then inquiring about my refund and have been given conflicting stories on what happens next. First I was told yes, I refund will be given in 5-10 business days, then I was told who did I speak to they don't see the refund request. I then spoke on 9/15 to customer service and was told the same thing but this time he will follow up and call me back personally in an hour or by noon next day. Today 9/18 I finally spoke to another rep that seemed to finally tell the truth, it needs to be escalated to the GM for a refund due to them sending a tech from a different area that may not be as experienced as their in-house tech to try and fix the problem.
A - I've opt for a refund not to fix the dresser
B - I already substituted with another dresser
During these times we're all extremely sensitive to who we allow in our homes, I can't continue putting our family at risk for a transaction that should have been seamless.

Beware as this company gives you the run around after buying furniture and tells you the furniture is in transit. It has been almost 6 months since I purchased my furniture from them and I have not seen it yet, they have given me 9 different delivery dates and all of those dates fell through. I wait on hold for hours at a time to talk to someone and all I get is an automated answering service asking me to leave a message after being on hold for hours. Poor customer service, I feel as if I was scammed out of over $4,000+! Before I purchased from they told me it was free white glove delivery, after they took my money 60 days later there would be an additional charge for delivery because they don't serve my area I live in Portland Oregon which is part of the United States. After paying them the extra $200 which I now regret I feel like a fool because they took advantage of a senior citizen.
I am SO happy with my purchase. This sectional sofa is an Ashley product, purchased at 1StopBedrooms. I went to Ashley store in Medford, Or. To price the same set - it was almost $1000 more PLUS delivery. AND thru 1stop, we got white glove delivery.

I seldom write reviews and when I do, it is normally to praise the positive. However, I have nothing positive to report about this company. I ordered a dining table 6/11/20 and it is now 9/1/20 and I do not have my table nor can anyone in customer service give me any idea when it will be delivered. They have been telling me for over a month that the table is in the Houston deliver warehouse to be scheduled, but cannot get an answer from the warehouse when that will be. I have requested assistance from management on multiple occasions but they will never place a person from management on the phone. I did get one email from management who told me the same story. That has been a week ago and still nothing has happened. This is the worst experience of my life from any establishment. I am about to request a refund, but from what I am reading on these reviews, I suspect I am going to get the same run around.
Purchased a bedframe, two nightstands, and dresser on 1stopbedrooms.com. I was able to get a 20% discount through a coupon which was great making the price cheaper than the competitors. Unfortunately a few days after purchasing the products, we were contacted saying we needed to purchase an additional 3 slate support system for the bed for an additional $450. This made no sense what so ever given that the bed should have included the support system to begin with! The person that we spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. We did not agree to purchase the support system at the time. We went to our local furniture store and found the exact same bed which already included a 5 slat support system! 1stopbedrooms was clearly trying to scam us! They don't even have a 5 slat support system on their website! The support system they have isnt even $450! They were clearly making up an additional cost! After emailing back and forth with 1stopbedrooms.com and getting nowhere we finally disputed the transaction on our credit card account for the whole price of the order. At this point, 1stopbedroom finally agreed to provide us with the support system at no additional cost. Several weeks later we finally received our furniture. Unfortunately, one of the nightstands was damaged and the delivery company immediately took back the item and told us we would receive a new nightstand with no damage. Fast forward two months later... we are scheduled to receive a new nightstand but we are called the night before by the delivery company stating that it is also damaged! That was about two weeks ago. At this point we have contacted the delivery company, deliveright, and 1stopbedrooms.com and we are getting no response as to where our item is. 1stopbedrooms.com has hung up on me multiple times and is not responding to emails. We are beginning to file an additional dispute with our credit card company for the cost of the nightstand. We are looking forward to purchasing this item from another legitimate and honest company. This company is a huge scam and cannot be trusted!
I wish I could give zero stars. I made my order of a bed set, one chair, a mattress and 3 lamps.
1. The bed was canceled on me. I accepted that. They wanted me to wait. I couldn't. I needed a bed. It took a month to issue the refund.
2. The website constantly gives me incorrect updates. It said they'd delivered my chair. That was wrong.
3. No one answers the phone. They call you back at a random time. Meaning, if you want to cancel something, you have to hope they call you before your window closes.
4. They are still trying to send me the mattresses even though the bed was canceled.
5. The excuse is always that the Cancelation Team is busy. This is all to pad the time, so that my cancelation window closes too soon.
6. You have no idea how difficult it is to cancel with them. I must've said it on the phone and in emails a hundred times.
7. Instead of issuing a refund outright, they adjusted charges and claim I now owe THEM money. How does that work?
This company is horrible.
The outdoor sectional is beautiful and we are already enjoying it. The team that delivered it did a great job putting it together and were very polite and personable. Thanks for such a great service! Good job guys!

I placed my order on 8/8/20 and told it would ship in 8-10 days. Now it is 8/27 and still hasn't shipped. I called to speak with someone and had to option to request a call back when a representative could speak. Never got a call back so I called again. 35 minutes later - still on hold. I messaged them and they said the item is on back order and won't be delivered until the second half of October. To be told 8-10 days and now this, is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience and they said no. I hope I receive the item eventually but who knows at this point. I will be sure to contact my bank to dispute the charges if that's the case. Don't spend your money here, VERY unreliable.
I purchased the couch in May and just received it August 19th after paying for the "2-3 week shipping". I received no communication from 1 Stop Bedrooms about the delay unless I reached out and waited an hour on hold each time (they don't respond to emails). I would never recommend using this vendor, find furniture somewhere else as their communication is sparse and they offer no apology or reimbursement for the delay (they tried to make me pay an extra $250 which I refused).
We love our couches. Our delivery men went above and beyond to get them in our household. Thank you!

Do not under any circumstance order from this company. Horrible Horrible liars liars. I had been searching and searching fro a certain home office desk I finally found it at 1StopBedrooms. I called and placed the order and said to the the sales person that I was so glad they had this desk because every where else I looked they were out of stock are you sure you have it - yes he said, we have it. How long will it take to get here. 3-4 weeks he said. I said that is a long time he said he knew but with the current economic situation that's what it is. He convinced me that it is some time but that it would go fast and that the desk would be my reward at the end. I agreed. I was so happy I also purchased a bed and mattress for my daughter 6/30/20.3 weeks later I get an email saying that they can't deliver the desk because it's out of stock - Lie #1. I was so pissed I cancel the order. On that order was also the bed mattress which I didn't want to cancel but it was cancelled also. 7/26/20 3.5 weeks from order date I get an email saying that my daughters bed has been shipped. This made me happy because my daughter has been sleeping on a inflatable mattress since we moved into our new apartment on 6/15/20.1Stop's website says that once it's been shipped allow 7-10 days - Lie#2.
I'm at day 22 and still no bed for my daughter. Do not trust the sales people at this company they will say whatever they have to to make the sale. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Customer Order #*******
This company stated dast shipping when I ordered from them. A month later they tell me the items will ship by the 10 of July well it didn't so I call them Monday and ask for a call back because I sat on the phone for four hours waiting for them to answer. This was the second change in shipping. I talk to someone to cancel the order because the email stated they will only be able to ship by the 24th now. This was the 3rd change of Shipping date. I told her to cancel she told me she would yet i never recieved a cancelation notice. So that Thursday I get an email stating they will ship out soon. So I call back to tell them I cancelled. Well instead of canceling they still ship it. I then call FedEx to return to sender. The items where never delivered and it took fedex forever to find out how and where to return it to them. Then finally they received the items back. But still no cancellation number. By the way this is a month after the first cancelation. They want to charge me return fees even though these were canceled before they were even shipped and shipped a month and 4 days after the items where ordered which wasn't fast shipping that they stated on their website. Bait and switch. And I am still waiting calling every single day for my cancelation number. Oh and I'm paying interest while I wait on items never delivered and already returned to onestop bedrooms. Most Horrible company i have ever dealt with and still dealing with. And still waiting on a call back from Marie who was supposed to call me back on the 13th of August.
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.
