Service was professional. The two gentlemen that delivered the couch went above and beyond. The couch was a bit difficult to get in but they worked with me instead of taking it back they was miraculously able to get it in. The couch is soft and great. Sits hight and is very comfortable. A much needed upgraded to the couch I previously had.
This is the first time I ordered and everything was very good. Customer service is great and the delivery of furniture was top notch. I will definitely Oder again. 1Stop Bedrooms did a great job.

I order the furniture online, it accepts the purchase and deducts the funds. I get an email to call them so I do. I'm told, "let's see if we can get that for you", I said I would hope so since you took the funds. Then they stick me with an additional $109 on top of the "Free Shipping". After a month I get an email saying another farmer months to ship the order. I cancel then have to beg for my money back to purchase one elsewhere. Just lots a month on a couch purchase, finally got my money back. Disregard their 13,000 great reviews in THEIR website, I think they're fake or purchased reviews. Horrible experience, just order the product direct from the mfg, skip the middle man.
I got my coutch at a fairly good price, "in-home" delivery was delayed bcause of the covid but, the customer experience was really good and adress all my concerns!

I was shopping for furniture and came across this company, and was attracted to the white glove delivery and OK prices. I was concerned that the delivery time would be too long as we were moving into a house on a definite date. I was assured that the company had "its own warehouses" for Ashley pieces - that the Ashley website itself said were "out of stock." But I stupidly believed a salesman. They gave me an early delivery time so I agreed. Next thing I know, the delivery is two months instead of 3-4 weeks. Called them again and was told that they could get some of the stuff earlier - but then got another 10 week delivery date. Called to cancel - 15% restocking fee and $1.75 per pound "pallet" fee - for something that they could not deliver on the terms that I was told on the phone. So this is really too bad - I would have much preferred and respected them had they been clear that there were no warehouses and this stuff just wasn't in stock. I will never buy anything from them again...
Great product (couch and love seat just arrived) and excellent service from the delivery team; so far, could not be happier

Easy to order and loved the tracking system and contact. I was given an approximate delivery date was delighted when we got a call saying they could deliver 4 days earlier. White glove delivery came within the time slot, called 35 min prior to arrival, set up my Magnolia marble top bar and after asking to inspect it they left. Very polite gentlemen.

I ordered a sofa for $500. According to the initial transaction delivery was free. After I reviewed the order I realized I entered the wrong delivery address. I emailed them but the response was I had to call. So I called. After an hour wait on hold, I finally reached a person to change the address but was charged $30 to do that. I wasn't happy about it, but figured it was my mistake.
A week later I got a text asking me to call the company to confirm delivery address. When I called they told me I HAD to get fabric protection because after 6 months it would fade. Fabric protection would cost $199. Figuring it was just another gimmick to add to cost, I said no. Then I was informed my delivery was $139- Remember, on the website it said free delivery and on the initial order it was free- I agreed to pay it. I knew I should have said no, but I didn't.
After we finished the phone call I realized my $500 sofa was now up to $669. I got on Better Business Bureau and found out this is the way they do business. Of course you can cancel. If you do it within 24 hours of the order... But remember, I didn't find out about the $139 delivery charge until 7 days after the initial order. I also found out that if your furniture is damaged they may or may not be bothered with repairing it. Did I mention the cancellation fee would be $300?
So I call my credit card company. Basically since I waited 7 days to cancel they would be willing to dispute the transaction but there is no guarantee I will get the $300. Either I pay an extra $139 to get the couch delivered or I pay $300 to cancel the couch.
I purchased a beautiful sectional from 1stopbedrooms and it arrived just has expected. The delivery and setup process was absolutely great! I would buy from this furniture store again! Thanks 1stopbedrooms.
Rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone. Tried to get problem fixed they wanted to charge us extra $280 to ship it to right place bc for some reason there system automatically changed my billing address to my shipping, then I just wanted refund even ruder that they even hung up on us. They don't deserve any stars at all.
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
