I spoke to Raymond about scheduling a bedroom set delivery. He was very meticulous in the notes he took for the driver, very friendly and professional and he offered a warranty that was a super great deal. I usually pass on warranties, but after a very informative yet short and sweet bit of details from Raymond, I decided to go ahead and get the warranty.
