This company has no ethics. If you like anything from their site, just search for it and buy it directly from the manufacturer or another retailer. They will shoot any angle to steal money from you.
They sold me a matching dresser set. After ordering, I was told one of the items was backordered two weeks, which was no problem. The other half of the order was sent and I kept it in box unopened awaiting the matching dresser. The backorder date changed 4 times over the next 1.5 months. Upon the fourth change, I cancelled the backordered item through their terrible customer service. Their terrible customer service rep said that I would be given return instructions for the matching dresser and that the backordered item was refunded. I never received the return instructions. When contacting again, their terrible customer service said that I would not be allowed a refund for the dresser as it had shipped over 30 days ago, leaving me with one half of a dresser set. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Their terrible customer service rep attempted to tie the already agreed upon backordered refund to the BBB complaint. Once I refused to close the complaint, after receiving that refund, their terrible customer service rep reached out to BBB and said they would be offering me a resolution soon. Their terrible customer service rep never sent any offer of resolution, true to form.
I bought a nightstand and when I opened the top drawer bearings/bb's fell out and now it won't close. It wouldn't even work 1 time before it broke.
This company is 100% a scam. I had the most horrific experience purchasing from them. I purchased a King Bedframe that took some time to get to me. Once it arrived the item had minor damages but the quality of the product was horrible. I reached out to them and they offered to repair and if cannot repair they would send a new one. I told them No, the quality sucks and it was not sturdy enough. They didn't care at all and continued to say they will repair it. I asked for an exchange for a different product and they said no. Eventually I told them I am not keep Ming a poorly made frame so they need to return it. They then told me it would cost $600 to return it and on top of that 15%restocking fee. This is utterly ridiculous-they basically hold you hostage and gauge you. They sell you items that you are stuck with regardless of the quality. Once you open the box you are locked into not getting that item covered by them if you want something else. Do yourself a favor pay the $100 dollars more and deal with a reputable company that won't try to take your hard earned money.Most reputable companies understand you may not like an items quality and will work with you but this company WILL NOT do that. Unless you have seen the product in person before you buy it's not worth the headaches and potential huge loss of money.
I took the loss and returned the item and while my pocket is hurting I'm glad to be done dealing with this Dishonest company who care more about profit than actual customer service.
I wish I could give 1StopBedrooms negative stars. This company overpromises inexpensive furniture to be delivered ASAP for free. What a load of garbage. First, the upsell because "we can't deliver free to your area." Then, "the item you ordered is back-ordered. Please wait a few weeks." Then, "it's still back ordered you can keep waiting or receive a refund." By this time, I have no confidence in this company and opt for a refund. That was nearly 10 days ago, and still no refund. When I called to demand an ETA on the refund, I was hung up on. I've filed a chargeback with my bank against this fraudulent operation. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY
I hope the FTC and Attorney General are investigating this company for posting fake reviews to bolster their ratings. I looked ratings here before I purchased from 1StopBedrooms.com, and my experience has been like other reviewers who cannot get this company to cooperate after they sent me defective furniture. What makes me believe they are posting their own reviews? The frequency at which their positive reviews are clustered together to call out the same six representatives.
As for the furniture, the arm of one of the chairs I purchased is missing due to it breaking completely off. The company told me to Google it to find the manufacturer and call them- they wouldn't even tell me who the manufacturer was. They promised to have a manager call back within 1-2 hours, and I never heard from them. So, I emailed them. After my first email went through, suddenly their server started rejecting everything I tried to send.
Again, the positive reviews that are posted on multiple platforms appear to have a lot of similarities, and I am concerned 1StopBedrooms.com is scamming and frauding customers.
We have purchased a king set in July, in their website it was saying the item was in stop to be delivered in 3 weeks by August. They were fast to charge our cards and its October 24th, and no sign of the item being shipped. Scammers! Be aware! We will call the credit card company to get our money back.
After a long phone call to the service center (which has no ability to transfer any calls or handle anything out of the ordinary), I was refused any help at all. They said they were helping me by not helping me... hhhhuh. It was simple, I purchased a 5 inch foundation, and wanted to exchange it for a 9 inch one. It was still in the box mind you. I called back and requested only to exchange... I got nothing
I purchased one barstool to see if it would work. I saw where they said they take returns and that is the only reason why I ordered from them. I knew that I would taking the risk of losing 15% in restocking fees plus shipping and that is why I only ordered one.
I received the item last Friday and immediately I knew it wasn't the right bar stool. I packed it up, even added more shipping supplies to make sure it would be protected. Meanwhile, I call and they tell me I have to do this on line. I then have to wait 48 hours for them to get back with me. They emailed me and told me that I would have to pay the restocking fee and shipping and if I still wanted to go ahead with the return. I said, yes. I have to wait and then they calculate the amount and they ask me again. Again, I asked to return this package. I have to wait another day and they want my drivers license to see my signature. I did that. Now, they want pictures. I packed it up and I packed it up very good. I sent pictures that I had took the day I got it to show my mother. Anyway, I haven't heard anything from them today. I'm about to have to take this further. It's been so frustrating. I decorate houses for a living and work with many companies, I will never purchase another product from this company.
By the way, you cannot talk with someone on the phone when you have a return, it's only by email.

Placed $12k order and was given a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. It has now been 3 months and the company states the final delivery company is holding my furniture with no reason. Avoid this company and read the BBB reviews to know how fake this company is.
Made purchase Sept 3rd -order *******. Order was for powered recliner loveseats and single recliners. Site indicated based on zip code delivery would take place 1-2 weeks. After placing order and company taking funds, I received a call where was notified none of my powered furniture could use power features without an additional $800 purchase. I paid this and moved on. It took several weeks to get est delivery date which at one point was a month out. Once could schedule actual delivery was set for 2 months after purchase. Main issue is predatory business practices in fact they claim a est delivery time but informed of real delivery time well past the 24 hour mark. You only have 24 hours to cancel a order for full refund. If done after that the fee is 15% +$1.75/lb which makes it so expensive you can't and are locked in. They do not advertise that delivery can take 4x or more time they give you at time of purchase. They also don't list real price which is to make sure goods can be used for intended purpose. They then intentionally miss inform you so you can't cancel in the 24 hour window to get full refund (i. E. knowing realistic delivery window or total cost to ensure goods work as indented). The company uses false advertisement, coercive business practices
I paid for and had delivered a entire bedroom set along with the white glove delivery. Along with the delivery the company put all of the furniture together so that we did not have to touch anything. The people who put everything together broke a nightstand, but have since refused to do anything about it. No one let us know that we had 24 hours to do anything about it and we did not look at the furniture as we were moving into a new house and did not get to unpacking at that time. They have terrible customer service and have spent the whole time arguing with me instead of showing some help in getting everything fixed. They are an awful company and I would never use them again.
1. READ THE FINE PRINT. They give you only 24 hours to cancel your order.
2. EXPECT LO-ONG delivery times - after 52 days (June 2 to July 24) I had heard nothing, the order showed on their website as not having been shipped from the manufacturer, and I tried to cancel.
3. INACCURATE status updates on website. What they showed on their website as what was going on with my order, and then what they "said" was going on with my order when I called, were two different things. Website showed furniture had NOT shipped when I cancelled, and continued to show not shipped for several days afterwards.
4. EXPECT THEM TO CONTINUE TO TRY TO DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE EVEN IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED. I received a text from a local shipping company weeks after I had cancelled, saying they had the furniture to deliver.
5. I would never order from this company again.

Yes, they have great products (they aren't the ones making this furniture, just selling it, so I really don't give them credit for that, but you'll see a lot of positive reviews about the quality of the furniture). Yes their prices are good.
Good luck with everything else. In my mind, it doesn't matter how good your prices are if you don't actually deliver the product, and waste hours and hours of my time trying to get my issue resolved or my money back.

Took 3 months to deliver our sofa and without any prior notice, the delivery service called 15 minutes before delivery. Worse, I left town before unwrapping the sofa and when I got home, the sofa was broken in 3 places. Per 1 Stop Bedrooms policy, after 24 hours it's your problem. Would never buy from this company again. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Horrible company! Waited a year and half for a sectional i ordered. Due to Covid the shipping dates kept changing. Now that i put in for a refund they will not issue one. Management refuses to talk to me and customer service says "they are working" on my refund. It's been over a month, no refund, no furniture, and no calls from Management to explain.
Here is my entire experience with 1StopBedroom. I placed a whole complete luxury bedroom set and Living Room 2 months in advance to have it delivered to my new home (items were in stock). 1 day prior to delivery the company notified my email saying my Living Room Set is delayed until December (2 more months). Then my bedroom set arrived late (scheduled for 1 Sept but didn't get it until 12 Sept). The night stand was totally damaged to pieces, footboard was damaged and scratches because the box didn't even have foam packed and bed drawers are broken in pieces. Called customers service and uploaded the claim but took me a whole day to try and get this resolved. They responded back by saying my claims will take 3-5 days to review. I also tried to talk to a supervisor and they will not let you talk to a supervisor. Wow, love this company! I wonder if anyone had the same problem as I did.
Please be careful what you order from this company I have submitted a claim with the BBB and files a lawsuit for false advertising what they have listed is not accurate. Once it was brought to my attention they wanted to charge me $1500 to cancel, even though payment wasnt processed and items were not shipped.
I ordered 2 night stands. The first one arrived damaged and the second one arrived without hardware. Two weeks still waiting for hardware. Order at your own risk!

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
