I ordered a bench in JANUARY, its was backordered for MARCH delivery, and its now scheduled for JULY.
I sent a email to cancel order, but was told Its has to be done by phone. I tried to get through, and the recording suggested touch # and they will call back (CB). When they CB the call ends after 2 -3 rings. When you return the call they again suggest you hit # for a CB. When they CB (if your able to PU immediately), they have to transfer you to the "cancelation" dept., and its another hold and another CB response. I will contact the BBB. It's ludicrous!
It has been 72+ days since I ordered several thousand dollars worth of furniture, and all I get is excuses. They won't deliver the furniture, and they refuse to give me my money back. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and I can not afford to be ripped off like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!
If they have a problem with THEIR carrier that's their problem not mine. If the order is lost they need to sort that out on their own dime and send me another order by a different carrier or refund my money so I can shop someplace else. The should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off like this.
Always delay delay delay. First, they said the delivery time is February 27, then March 6 now March 17. The lousy company I have ever seen. If I do not call them, they do not keep updating me. Would never purchase with this company again.

My fiance and I bought a bedroom set from 1 Stop Bedrooms. It had decent reviews at first glance. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. This company is a complete scam. They design their system to sell you low quality furniture and make it so expensive and hard to return you have to keep it. The furniture took 2 months to arrive and when it did half of it was destroyed from the private party delivery company (another way they cut costs). I could see how low quality the furniture was through the broken boxes, the particleboard had crumbled. I wanted to send them the whole thing back and get my money back. The furniture was over $1600 and after the shipping and restock fees I would have only gotten $432 back. It took another 6 weeks to get the replacement items. They made that process a nightmare as well. Like I said their system is designed to make it so difficult to get money back that most people give up. I ended up selling the furniture for half of what I bought it for because that's all it was worth. Do not look at just Google reviews, I'm confident they pay people to either remove bad reviews or write good ones. Look at their reviews with the Better Business Bureau, all stories just like mine

I booked my order around Jan 23, it was stated that my sofa will arrive by jan 13th but the shipping date moved from Jan 13th to Jan 28th but update from 1bedroom i checked it with them manually by calling them then once again they moved the date to Feb last week without any information

The order for furniture was placed October 2022 after i was informed via phone that the product was "in stock" and "ready to ship". When i received the receipt via email i was told to expect within 2-4 weeks. I contacted the company 4 weeks later and informed i should get it any day. After repeated attempts to communicate and getting no answers i wondered if they were even a legit company. I did receive outright lies and then nothing. Without warning nearly 5 months later i receive a call from a freight company that my order is ready to ship. The problem was that it was only a partial order. I then call the 1stop, and the inform me that the price i paid was a misquote and that i need to pay more to get the total of the order that i have a receipt for. I would never recommend this company and if possible i would give them less than one star.
I received our order on January 16th but the wedge was missing from the set. Case #*******. I called as soon as we unpacked the order and was told that the wedge was shipped separately but that we should get it within 48 hours. Today is January 31st and I have talked to 4 different people and they all tell me 48 more hours. This is terrible customer service especially since I paid in full for the order on December 20th. Not likely to purchase from you again and will let others know of my bad experience.
I ordered 5 pieces living room set in August 2022 with the 2-3 weeks deliver time frame which was is round the beginning of Sept. 2022. However, they emailed me every 3 weeks to postpone the shipment. After 7 times postpone I finally the items were delivered on Jan. 24,2023. The one of the chair has many major damages plus its structured wrongly: base frame not fit into up frame. I asked for the return, but 1stopbedroom asked me to pay $286.5 ($500 x 15% = $75 restocking fee & $2.25/lb x 94 lbs = $211.5 shipping fee). Or they want to send some one to repair, it is impossible repaired based on the major damages. Because their policy says "we will resolve the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as warranted, at its discretion." Due to the 1stopbedrooms has postpone 7 times on shipping my items (every time is 3 weeks delay) to ship my order. I asked for refund but they would not except I pay $286.5 for return. Also they lied to me, at the time I placed the order with a sell's, he told me the deliver is called "In Home Drop Off -- Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home." After I reported the damage item 30 minutes after I opened up the items with the phone number given by the driver, and drivers took two pictures for the furniture in my living room, because they would not want to wait for me to open up my 5 items to make if there is no damage, but they signed saying it items were not opened. I reported to 1Stop Bedroom about the damage 1 hour after the delivery. I am very much suppressed by being told by 1 stop bedrooms that I made the damage when I moved from outside to inside the house. The facts are, the driver delivered in my living room I opened at the original spot because it is too heavy 100lbs for me (67 years old with major low back spine issue) to move them. Also, the 1stop Bedrooms has said they take issue report within 24 hours, they will resolve the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as warranted
Besides the issue above,, they charge me $99 for delivery when they said free delivery, the sell's guy told me my house is remote, but after they charge me I checked their remote locate area, it said "my location is not remote"
This company sells furniture that has not been manufactured yet. The china cabinet we ordered arrived (16 months later) damaged. We waited over a year and a half for a dining table and chairs, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I cancelled the order nearly two months ago and surprise surprise, I still don't have my money yet. Please do not order from these people.
We literally waited over 3-months for a table and chairs when it said, "in stock ready to ship" on their website...when we purchased in October. Customer service told me 8-12 weeks shipping is standard for "in stock." I then paid an additional $295 for a surface heat treatment seal put on the table top (to stop with rings from coffee cups, etc). It was never applied. The table was shipped with a HUGE crack at the base. And scratches on every other piece of the table. None of the chairs were level. They all required multiple footpads to get them to sit flat. Extremely disappointing. We worked with the delivery service to process an exchange, but I have not heard a single thing from 1Stop other than they said the manufacturer is shipping new pieces (every piece is damaged). No dates were provided. I have messaged, replied to customer service email threads and called. No one will reply to back to me. I simply want to return this product without getting charged a 15% restocking fees and delivery fee. The product was shipped damaged. I don't want it.
Ordered a couch in stock in June 2022. It's been over 7 months now, still no couch. Customer service gives a run around that the order is Acknowledged by Ashley and is getting ready to be shipped. This date changes every time I check, they just push it up the calendar to repeat the story when I call. At this point I don't believe I'm ever going to get it.Their refund policies make it impossible to get your money back. Will work with my credit card company to get full refund.
Fraud company. I ordered a bedroom set in May 2022 with promised delivery in June, then July, then Aug. I canceled and was told that it was already shipped. Items arrived in Oct. All items were damaged: scratched and dented headboard, missed areas of paint, bedposts are different colors, pierced nail through footboard, chipped sideboards, and nightstands that are cracked through or can't pull out drawers. Sounds unbelievable but no lies! I sent videos and photos immediately. They kept giving me fake promises and indefinite dates for replacements. We exchanged emails 1-2x/wk for 2.5 months. This was almost a full-time job for me. After numerous emails, they sent replacements that were still damaged and refused to give me a refund. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and is still pending investigation. I sure hope the cc does the right thing. It's been a nightmare! Save yourself from making a costly mistake.
The furniture is cheaply made. It goes on back order for months and months and you never know when you're going to receive it. Then when you do part of it's broken and half of it is the wrong color and you now wait for them to resolve this somehow. They charge you for true coat even when you canceled it. The white coat delivery is a joke. They needed to borrow my screwdrivers and they didn't even complete everything.
I pet her a love seat and a sofa set in 11/29/22 and today is 1/6/23 and I still have not received anything. First it said it will be shipped the 12/28/22 then it change to 01/01/23 then it change to 01/04 and now it changes to 01/19/23. It's been almost 2 months of this and they got the money right away out of my card. Horrible service
Took my money and then took months to deliver a faulty lifting chair. Sent out a tech who did nothing and now won't do anything. I recommend avoiding this company like the plague.
Ordered a white flowered duvet cover. I got a dark beige cover. The back and edging was listed as blush. It is dark mauve. Nothing like what I ordered. I can not get assistance in returning it. They said restocking and shipping fees apply, I said okay and still no response from them

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
