They are the worst, I ordered a dining room set and received it on 5/24/2023, I found more than 25 damaged area ( dents, scratches, unleveled chairs, one arm chair has different color arm, the hatch light doesn't work) Can't not imagine it's a new furniture, maybe used or refurbished, I have been tried to contact them through BBB better business bureau, to let them come and replace it or fix the 25 damages but no response, and now I'm trying to dispute the money, f anyone try to purchase anything from this company, please don't
I love the part of my sectional that I did finally receive after 6weeks. However, there is a piece I did not receive, and I received a piece of someone else's order. Customer service says they are getting in touch with the delivery company and the delivery company says they are waiting paperwork from 1Stop. I will absolutely NEVER buy anything from them again. I am working with Paypal to see if they can help me in any way and if they can't I guess I'll have to seek legal advice.
HORRIBLE INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased my bedroom set back in March I have been calling and emailing and I am being told every week the part been ship out and absolutely nothing as of today my bed is still on the floor. Photos enclosed of the terrible service, the customer service is just as worst than the individual whom didn't fix my bed correctly. Horrible company. I had ordered my couch the end of April and to date still no couch. They lie and said item will ship out within the week. I would check status and no update. When it finally ships out a month later it's now taking an additional month to reach to the terminal. Like legit what is going on? I paid so much money for crappy service. NEVER again 1stopbedrooms.
I will never use this business again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well. I ordered a bed from them in February - as of June 1st, the bed has not shipped and I paid for it when it was ordered in February. Orders were repeatedly delayed with reassurances the item would ship. The date would pass, many times with no update and surprise, a new date established. If I could rate them zero stars, it would be more appropriate.
I ordered a bed from 1StopBedrooms on 5/1/2023. The status immediately showed "Acknowledgement Received" and that it would ship out on or before 5/4/2023.
By 5/10/2022, nothing had changed and the order had not been shipped. Emailing 1StopBedrooms as to whether or not I should cancel the order and purchase the bed elsewhere, I received the response that the bed would ship the week of 5/16/2023. I decided to wait in good faith for 1StopBedrooms to fulfill the order under this new arrangement.
After that time passed with no change in the order's status, I emailed them to cancel the order. I was told I would owe restocking fees if it had already shipped. I responded to proceed with the cancellation after I re-checked and ensured the status remained as "Acknowledgement Received" and had not been updated to "In Transit."
The next day, I got another email from 1StopBedrooms stating the order has suddenly shipped and I owe restocking fees only $81 less than the total cost of the bed with added indoor delivery...a cost of over $1000.
I have all the emails and screen shots of everything that has occurred to insure full documentation of this nightmare.
We ordered furniture from 1 Stop Bedrooms in early April and our credit card was charged immediately. On April 25 we were told our furniture was at a local delivery terminal and we would be contacted within 5-7 business days to schedule delivery. After 10 business days I began trying to figure out when it would be delivered. I have called and emailed 1 Stop Bedrooms daily and if you call their main number all we are told is that someone will call you back, but we have not received a single call back. Our emails have also been ignored. It is now May 24,2023 and no delivery has been scheduled. I've even offered to pick up the furniture in a rental truck from the local delivery terminal, but no response. I have filed complaints with our state Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau, but still no response from 1 Stop Bedrooms.
The customer service at 1 Stop Bedrooms is very poor. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, only offer call backs but as I mentioned, I have never received a single call back, and although my order appears lost and my credit card charged the full amount, I cannot even get a courtesy call or email with an update of any kind.
Placed an order and was told item was in stock and 7-14 days to shipment. They charged my credit card for the full amount the day after I ordered. Then proceeded to change ship date 3 more times-extending it 3 months and lying each time I called saying it was already shipped. Customer service reps were rude and one hung up on me. Would not transfer me to a supervisor. Refused to cancel the order. Now charging me with cancellations fees. After 3 months I am still without furniture and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Will NEVER deal with them again. Should have read the multiple bad reviews first:(

I do not recall having such a bad experience with any other business I've encountered. I was supposed to receive my bed set over one month ago and have yet to receive it yet. As I call to get updates, I encounter the worst customer service I have ever endured. I receive different information every time I call for an update and have been hung up on multiple times. The representatives get defensive and have told me they are unable to transfer me to a supervisor or provide a phone number for them. I have requested a refund and they told me I will not receive a full refund and will suffer a 15% fee for canceling even though I was supposed to receive my furniture over one month ago. I understand being behind in shipping but one month behind and not being able to give me any information or updates is ridiculous.
Very mischievous about there delivery, insurance, and policy. Its been almost 3 months and still NO furniture. Once they have your money, it's all down hill from there. Their customer service is terrible! Also most of therec5 stat reviews are fake! You want truth? Read the 1 star bc that's what this company will offer once you have paid.
I purchased a sofa over three weeks ago, they said I will get it within two weeks at max. I call to find out where my sofa is, they say it's at the terminal but the people at the terminal have had it for over two weeks when they were supposed to contact me within five days. I tried calling them, and they said that I would get a call that same day or the next day. It's been four days and I have no idea when I'm going to get my sofa. In the meantime, my living room is in shambles because I had to take everything out of my entertainment center in order to get my old sofa out and allow delivery for my new one. Ordered a sofa almost 2 months ago. Was suppose to receive it in 3 weeks. Was supposedly out for delivery yesterday between 8am and 5pm but never got it. Now being told they will reschedule delivery. Getting no help from 1stopbedrooms or the delivery company they use. They are not worth what appears to be savings in price. If you see 1stopbedrooms RUN.
Please stay clear of this fraudulent company. Ordered a bed, and after three long months. No delivery. Then they send a picture saying item has been delivered. Call support desk and all of them say the same thing. We will have a supervisor call you back which they never do. Beware of Scams on the internet.
To make the story short, they tried to keep my money $784 and tried to make me give up refund for mattresses that they hadn't have shipped to me.

They kept lying to me saying "It's on transit ""It's waiting for local carrier to pic up"etc. For two months until I made claims on BBB and PayPal.
They threatened me saying "You need to pay restocking fee if you cancel"…
Turned out they confessed "Manufacturer doesn't have mattresses you ordered "
After BBB contacted them.
Furthermore, they said "We cannot process your refund unless you turn down claims on BBB and PayPal."

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Do not purchase from them! I chose to go with them because they confirmed my items were in stock. I waited almost a full month and then received an email saying it was back ordered. Purchase elsewhere, they were absolutely no help and getting this resolved!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS. Trust me - DO NOT! It took three months to receive my furniture, and in the meantime their csvc people called me to urge me to pay more for delivery so that I'd get the product delivered upstairs to my bedroom and set up. "White glove" service. Well, the delivery wonks just visited my house and REFUSED to deliver beyond the front door. ABSOLUTE CROOKS. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.
Had less than a day so not happy with 1 bedroom customer service is terrible refuse to replace until they have a technician come out to see if they can repaired $#*! that I need need sofa period
Ordered a bedroom set on 12-21-22. Haven't received it 3 months later. They refuse to refund my money.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
