We purchased an expensive console from this shady store on-line. It was received with major damage and they refused to replace it. They DO NOT stand behind their product. Any money you may save is not the aggravation of being stuck with something I now have to cart off to the dump. They WILL rip you off if they can.

Garbage company

Beware of this bad company. I order dresser, which stated will come in 2 weeks but came after 3 months and it came damaged in multiple places. I been fighting to get money back but no avail so open case against them in various places. They are crap.

This company is unwilling to listen to its I ordered a dining room table, eight chairs, and a china cabinet. I received one broken chair, one scratched chair, and a table leaf that doesn't fit correctly. I also did not receive white glove service because the delivery personnel said they had no tools to put the furniture together. Efforts to resolve these issues fell on deaf ears. We were offered $75 back for the white glove service., but we were told, that the money couldn't be provided if someone was sent out to align the table leaf. We have yet to hear from anyone about the scratches and broken chair. As of today, I would not recommend doing business with this company

In May 2023 I paid for a set of bedroom furniture to be delivered white glove due to my injuries. Two pieces were damaged. Crew wouldn't take it back and company has sent me 5 more damaged replacement pieces each worse than originals. I had to pay someone to unbox, photograph, file complaint and dispose of what they sent while they are getting paid from shipper again & again. We still don't have our order fulfilled. Below are just a few pics of what we received.

The single worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I'm not one to complain about companies. Like ever. I know things don't run smoothly always, things get mixed up along the way, etc. But this one was just ridiculous.

I ordered a bed frame from them that was listed as in stock. The following issues occurred:

1. They emailed saying it wouldn't actually ship for 2 months. Fine. That happens.
2. Then they called me to say I hadn't ordered the support slats for the bed frame. No where on the product listing does it say that that's the case. When I brought this up they just kept repeating they were sold separate and that I needed to pay for the bed slats and then charged me $60 more.
3. Then I get an email saying the bed shipment was delayed a further 3 months.
4. Another email saying it's delayed 4 months more.
5. Nine months after the order (NINE MONTHS) a box just shows up unannounced one day. The slats are packaged in the box (clearly not sold separately). But missing from the box is the headboard. The bed was basically just wood supports and a headboard so it was the main part.
6. I messaged them about the headboard. They said they'd look into it. I waited a month. Messaged again. They said they'd look into it. Waited a few more months. I messaged them a dozen times. Each time I had to explain the situation or tried to tell me the bed was already delivered and then finally said they'd look into it again.
7. It's now more than 2 years after I placed my order. I still have no headboard. I emailed them again. All I get is "Our management has reviewed your request and the claim request has been denied".
8. Now when I visit their website and login to my account they don't list my original order anymore. They still ask me to review the products so they clearly have a record of it, but they deleted my order.

They're just a reseller of furniture shipped from other company's factories. Everything they sell is available on many other websites. Please, for the love of god, order it from any other website!

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Absolutely horrible company with terrible customer service. Return policy published on their website is not to be trusted. We purchased a sofa and love seat and the love seat arrived damaged. Called within the 24 hours to report damage and the office was closed. Left a message for a call back and spoke to someone who said they couldn't accept the items for a return because we were reporting it after 24 hours! Then they wanted us to send them photos of the damage, the items in their original boxes and then they would contact the manufacturer. Seven days went by, no follow up until a call tonight to say the manufacturer won't take the items back. Unbelievable. Damaged items, one weeks waiting, and now having to escalate. Will never do business with this company again. Very difficult and dishonest return policy. 1 Stop Bedroom -buyer beware

NO RETURNS! 24 HRS

I ordered a table and checked out on their site, and shipping was free! Then a customer rep called me and stated my area (OHIO) did not qualify for free shipping. I asked where my table was shipping from and specified North Carolina. I had to add $29.99 to my order for shipping. I can tell it was a call center when the rep called me, and he even tried to sell me other items. WORSE PART! The table had been broken and used. I sent pictures per their request, but they refused to refund me. Their policy is that all returns must be initiated within 24 hours. We didn't open the package right away due to remodeling. You can see in the pictures that the legs won't strap down and the corner of the table is crushed! My husband and I are in the process of remodeling a fixer upper. This was our first time ordering with 1STOP, as they are all over the web in Google results. I wonder why. TG I did not order my living room and theater furniture from them.

Do NOT ever buy from these scam artists. We paid $736.62 for an executive office chair that is hot garbage. They won't refund or exchange. Instead, they claim we had 24 hours to report any defect and we cannot have removed the product from its original packaging. The product was delivered 3/16/23, while I was on spring break. When we open the chair and removed it from the box, we noticed that the two screws in the back were both stripped. We immediately reported this and were told tough luck. I'm debating suing them over this. Attached a few pics of my lousy $736 dollar chair.

I ordered and paid for a recliner over 2 months ago. They delivery kept getting rescheduled over and over and over again. I kept asking for a refund and I could not get a response other than your delivery is coming. Ridiculous! They forced me to do a charge back from AMEX to get my money back after asking for weeks. Do not purchase anything from this website as you must look at their canceling policy and return policy it is brutal. They are not customer service friendly.

I placed an order on July 24th. The website advertises that it will ship out in 2 days. Most of there products advertise that they will ship out in two days. This is not true and they know that it is not true. It took them 3 days to just process my order. I was then told that it would not ship out until August 23, one month later than my order date. When I called find out why there was a delay, I was told that this is the normal time and two days is just an estimate. If one month is the normal time, then two days is not a good faith estimate, it is a lie. They knew the item was not going to ship out in two days but advertised that it would. Even during entire month that I was waiting it was still being falsely advertised as being able to ship out in two days. I am now typing this in September and the item STILL has not shipped. They told me I could cancel before it ships out. I called to cancel because I found the item somewhere else. They refused to cancel without a large fee. They also uncharged me for pillows that every other website selling the product says comes with it. Unethical crooks.

I purchased a patio set (Aug 3), and my credit card was charged, but they never delivered it. Initially, I received an email it would ship Aug 11, but it never did. I have been calling every week for four (4) weeks, and they tell me every week it is shipping out that week. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and they could not transfer my call. They told me one would call me back two (2) weeks ago, no call. Very disappointed with the customer service. I put in another request for a supervisor to call. I will cancel my order if I do not get a return call.

Am sleeping on the floor as of 8/8/23am due to Storage bed refused at delivery. Called requested Supervisor, told the call back would be 72 hrs or 42 hrs. No call back from anyone at 1stepbdrm. 1st request was photo of the refused bed material and 2nd request was locating the missing bed material. Both items are while am sleeping on the floor. This is the worst; I've experienced ordering online. How could 1Stepbedrm let a paying customer sleep on the floor as of 8/8/23 after customer has paid in FULL the Order# *******. This is so BAD. The other items shipped were so Pretty, beautiful. But I don't have a bed and when I call Customer Service it's the same answer; this matter is being worked.

TERRIBLE experience. NOT RECOMMEND. I waited and extra 4 weeks for my bedroom furniture and it arrives cracked. The drawer feels like it's going to fall if any weight on it. I missed the 24 hour time frame to complain because there website was down.

Buyers beware! If you place an order you may not receive your purchase in a timely matter or if at all. Then after a month as passed they tell you that they have to charge a restock fee of 15% of the purchase + 2.00 if you decide to cancel the order for delays in shipping time. For what? An item that you never received and the rep can't even provide you an accurate ETA. What type of business are they running here? I am very disappointed in the service I have received thus far and hope you don't have a similar experience like myself.

The worst experience ever!

Do not do business with this company (1stop bedrooms). Long story short, expensive furniture came delivered horribly broken, After the store agreed to replace the damaged piece, the replacement never came. The store refuses to let me talk to the manager. (multiple calls and emails) No manager has called after months of "escalation to the manager" I Filed a claim with BBB, and the store told numerous lies saying a replacement piece was shipped. I had also paid for an extended warranty that isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

We had to replace furniture in our home due to a fire. We placed our order on May 11,2023, for a Mirrored Wine Cabinet. Total cost was $949.49 which included a 5 Yr Guardian Protection Plan for $99.00. Cabinet was left outside by the garage on 5/18/23—no signature was requested, and they did not ring the doorbell.

On 6/18/23, as we opened the box, we found that the Mirrored Cabinet was broken. We immediately called 1 Stop Bedrooms but did not receive a response. After not receiving a response, the next day (6/19/23) we went to their website and found how to contact them via email regarding our broken item. We received an email back from Matthew T. Advising us that they were sorry that the order had arrived in less-than-perfect condition. He further advised that we only had 24 hours from delivery to report any damage or imperfections but that he would see if there was anything he could do.

On 6/21/23, we received an email stating "that we only had 24 hours from delivery to report any damage or imperfections and therefore, we regret to inform you that your claim was reviewed and denied." They advised us to open a claim with Guardian Ins. Where we had the warranty and assured us that they would be able to help us. We did as instructed.

On 6/28/23, we received an email from The Guardian Ins. Stating that the warranty does not cover "Damage caused during, or as result of delivery, handling, set-up or assembly of furniture items; furniture items in transit or storage." We reached back out to Matthew T. And he said he had never heard of the Ins. Denying coverage.

On 7/11/23, we received an email from 1 Stop now claiming that we didn't report the damage until 6/19/23 and thus our claim is denied. So how can you report damage if you can't get a response from the Co. And their phone calls go unanswered.

On 7/12/23, we notified them that we were very disappointed & requested a refund of the total purchase price including the price of the warranty. We will never purchase from 1 Stop Bedrooms again!

Don't send merchandise for 2-3 months, no communication, just a charge on credit card. Still no table and chairs 2 months later.
Charge YOU to return long awaited furniture, call to cancel and they want to charge me for return.
Scammers, unprofessional and downright criminal. Save yourself hours of work and DO NOT ORDER FROM 1 Stop Bedrooms!

I ordered a sectional from 1 stop bedrooms. On July, 12 and they told me it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. And now I am in MY WEEKS FOUR AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FORM THEM. IM KEPT CALLING THEY SAYING YOU SHOULD REVIVE THEM SOON. HOW SOON? Like in month? If y'all can't do your job correctly then let the people know at first place. I WOUND NEVE REVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO BUY STUFF FROM YALL. THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND ME MY ORDERS NUMBER.
