Extremely smooth shopping experience, great price on our Breakfast Nook set and they call to go over all the extra little details of delivery of our order. This is our 2nd large order from them and hopefully after we receive we will be just as happy as the 1st. Insurance prices on furniture peices are also the most reasonable I have seen at any furniture chain store...always covers 5 years!

So far this purchase has been very easy and enjoyable. I have struggled with what I wanted to get because there were so many choices! The young man who just called to confirm my order was very sweet and professional.
Good website our recliner was delivered today and we love it. 1stop is the best. They may be slow on delivery took 4+ weeks but it was worth the wait.
We received our sofas yesterday and they arrived in beautiful condition. I ordered them the week before our vacation and I was worried that they would arrive while we were gone. After talking to a nice man in shipping, he assured us of a shipping date to make sure we would be here when the couches arrived. I appreciate the personal service and that I was able to talk to a human without going through a bunch of hoops. I would not hesitate to order from 1StopBedrooms in the future.
If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a joke! I have never received worse customer service in my life! I ordered a couch back in November I still have not received it! I had called weeks ago to cancel the order. I was told I could not cancel because it already shipped and I would have to pay a $1,500 fee. I now had a call that the couch had supposedly just shipped out on the 14th. Which was 5 days after I had called to cancel! I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and I am told that I cannot. I will NEVER shop from them again and I urge everyone to not take any chances with this company unless you want to wait months for your furniture and not be able to speak to someone that knows what is going on with your order!
I was able to find a piece of furniture that I have been looking for and unable to find. The service was fast, and the website was very easy to use. The price was very affordable. I will purchase from 1StopBedrooms again.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
