Beware of 1StopBedrooms

I wish there was an option of giving 0 Stars.
PO# *******

I ordered bedroom set in Jan 2022.
I was informed that it will be delivered in March 2022.
Website used to show same status (Scheduled to deliver in march) even in April.
Called customer care every time precooked response "You will receive it next week!"
I got fed up and cancelled order after some days.
I got a call from 1stop "Sir your order is in Transit and will be delivered by May 1st week. Please don't cancel. Sorry for delay "
Nothing was delivered in May or June!
In June at least we got nightstands.

July we received Bed ( Headboard for the bed we ordered and rest of the furniture belonged to some other bed).
Took multiple days\emails\photos for them to admit their mistake. (Initially the y created a case and closed it after saying you received correct parts - even though they had pics of all the parts)

Later I was informed within 2 days someone will pick up wrong parts and will deliver right parts.
It been more than 20 days everyday they say will be resolved within next 48 hours and still nothing changes. (They rarely respond on email and on phone they have same response)
My bedroom is fully occupied with furniture which is in pieces, I don't have any space and with a toddler it is very difficult for us.

Being fed up of all this pathetic service I asked team to pick up everything and refund what I paid for.
I was told I can send everything back at my own expense!

Amazing service!

Seems fine on the surface

Had ordered a full bedroom set from them. After 2 full weeks of no update I get an email saying my transaction (which I've already been charged for) is pending because I need to "update billing information".
After calling it was apparent it had nothing to do with billing information I was told I would need to pay another 200$ for a "stabilization bracket" or I can't use my bed. I informed the guy I wouldn't be paying anything else because of something like that was truly needed it should've been disclosed BEFORE the sale not two weeks after. He "pulled some strings" and got his boss to give it to me for free after he realized I was going to cancel the order but I cancelled it anyway. I will not deal with shady business like this and neither should anyone else.

I bought 8 dining room chairs and the delivery date kept getting delayed, so I finally talked to someone and they said the manufacturer discontinued the chairs and will be refunding me my payment. Well, days went by and I never received the refund. Then I noticed on my order that they were only refunding a partial amount. After spending several days talking to several 1stop employees they said that the partial refund was an error and to expect the full refund in 3-5 business days. Its been over a week and nothing...

Terrible experience please don't trust the 5 star reviews, ready the 1,2 stars and they are most genuine reviews the rest must have been bought
Coming to my experience I purchased a bed worth of $2000 after couple of days the price dropped to 1800 something so I checked if they can price match but they said so many stories about it and on top of it added that since I live in a different state I have to pay shipping for which I didn't agree and later they delayed the process and sent me the bed after like 3 months which is damaged again when I asked them to cancel the order since they sent me the damaged product they claim I only get like $900 because that's how their return policy is designed i have to pay for cancelling the order and shipping the damaged product also.
So my sincere request is please do not use this site for any kind of purchases
Forgotten to mention about the quality
"Its very cheaply build bed"

Still waiting...

I ordered a bed frame in April. It was supposed to be here in June. Then I was told July. Now it's August. They refuse to disclose the shipping company used or any tracking information. I run an online business, and I am disgusted by the lack of care, professionalism, and reliability of this company. They want half the cost to cancel the order. I could have had my bed three months ago if I would have bought it somewhere else. Right now I'm out $1400, and have no bed. I will never purchase anything here again.

I ordered a couch from this company back in November, they promised to have it delivered in January. They sent me an email in January telling me that because of the virus the product was not available but that it will be ready in April. April turn into June, we are now in July and no couch. I call them to cancel the order and they threaten me to charged me if I cancel. I this point I'm done dealing with this company and never want to do business with them ever again.

Don't Do it

I ordered my furniture from here 2020 and it wasn't a big problem. I ordered my bed the next year end of March 2021. And still a year later 2022 I do not have my whole order and I feel like they could care less and are not trying to help me resolve this problem. My stuff got lost and then headboard was damaged and then the company no longer made that bed any longer, but was told that I would eventually have a headboard. 3 different times 3 different months. It is now July 2022 and I here nothing and no one knows what's going on and I feel like someone should be on my case trying to make sure this headboard is delivered or call and tell me other wise. I couldn't even find a replaces every bed within my price range was out of stock and I shouldn't have to pay more money for a bed. Oh then I would have to restock it to return the bed paying them what I paid for the bed. Never in the whole year have I spoke to a manager like I requested probably 10 times never. New people take the case and no one knows what's going on or call me back. Oh and they want me to take a damage headboard they will try to fix stating the last person I talked to. Nope I don't want it damage and shouldn't have to take it that way. I want to get a lawyer but probably going to cost the amount of the bed. I just want them to pick the items that the moving company Ryder dropped off and take it away no cost to me because this is the delivery company fault and 1stopbedroom for not taking care of their customers.

Iv'e been waiting over 2 months. For my refund or new furniture UNDAMAGED. They use a third part called final mile for the white glove delivery... They are bs over 1200 1 star reviews. They. Bought furniture first trip and furniture was damage and looked painted over.We refused delivery. After stalling us a month we said take some money off and we will accept the damage. So they did... Then 3 weeks later final mile brought the furniture worse then first time.Not one piece of the 4000 bedroom go undamaged I mean even the mirror was shattered for the dresser. Every time I call 1stop their response was we will reach out to you in 24-48 hours with decision so now 2 months and 4 days later not 1 call. I opened dispute with my credit card company...

I bought a vanity on this site June 25th and they listed it would be shipped latest of June 29th, and the total price was $521.56, with free shipping and no tax. I bought it from 1stopbedrooms because they were cheaper and faster than buying from Ashley directly. Wrong! July 7th, they still haven't even shipped it, and I get an email that my order isn't complete and to call a number. It took me a total of 20 minutes on the phone with them for them to tell me they needed me to pay sales tax on top of the full advertised amount I already paid, or they wouldn't ship it. This is incredibly unethical and I cancelled the order and will buy it from Ashley, like I should have done to start with. What a waste of my time...

I ordered a sofa set in April, promised to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. The date had been pushed back three times so far, and expecting more delays. Customer service, of course, is not helpful on figuring out the situation.
Disguised as a serious business, 1stopbedroom feels like to me a fundraising game, taking interest-free loans from 'customers' for perhaps financial investments. They use slightly-lower-than-others price to lure you in, cannot-keep delivery dates to make you pay and cancelation fee to deter dropping outs and back order policies to keep you even longer. So your money goes into their investment pool interest-free for several months to a year before they eventually decided to get your item shipped and perhaps pay the manufacturer another half a year later. Is this legal? There are many angles to sue though. But as long as they delivered item before the impatient customers become determined and organized to bring a lawsuit forward, they are just fine.
I had an expectation of delays since I placed order. Three months is about the limit to start asking questions. I will update in the coming months.

No call, no show for delivery!

This is a copy of the message I sent to this company yesterday:

Well, it is now July 4th and we have received no phone calls about our missing furniture delivery despite the so called "escalation" that I was advised of some days ago. Not only was our delivery day completely missed without ANY explanation as to why, our family gathering has been RUINED! We purchased all of this food in preparation for a house filled with people, only to STILL have NO IDEA where our purchase is and why we don't have it! Again, this is after we gave our furniture AWAY and had people here on standby for hours waiting on this delivery so that they could help bring the new furniture upstairs for placement, not to mention the fact that my husband took off took off work on Friday for this. We accepted the appointment day and time that we were given, so we have done our part. Why no one from management has bothered to reach out to us through this supposed "escalation", is highly unprofessional and beyond me.

So, I am posting the status of this transaction to make others aware of things to consider when making a purchased from your company. A deal is only that if the quality is there at a reasonable price, combined with the all important service during and after the sale. Needless to say, your handling of us is at a grave deficit! I will update your public on how you proceed from here.

It's been 288 days since I paid 1 stop bedrooms $8,000 for three bedrooms of furniture. Ship date should have been September 2021. It's now almost July of 2022 and they have bumped my shipping date for the 11th time but they will bump it a month from now. I've asked to have my emails elevated and they don't. They are using my money and as far as I can tell have no intentions of ever shipping. Do not buy from this company. They feed you lie after lie! Horrible company with the worst customer experience!

I ordered a dresser from this "company" in March. I called ahead of time to see if it was in stock. At that time, I was told it would be back in stock in April. I was fine with that. However, since then, my order has been pushed back four times with little to zero communication from the company. I sent a message asking to cancel my order. I received a "we are in the throes of a supply chain issue" response back. Nothing is taking 4+ months. I ordered windows two weeks ago and they will be installed in a month. I was also offered a $30 credit off the balance. That was a slap in the face. In my opinion, regardless of these other reviews, this is not a real company and want to make anyone else aware of this potential scam.

The order was not delivered at the specified time. The answers to the calls are standard, only they reacted to the e-mail somehow. They were delayed for a long time and I wanted to cancel the order, it hasn't been sent yet, so they asked for 15%. It's their fault and they haven't returned the money yet. I ask for a discount for the delay, they don't even respond to this, although in another store they offered me a discount for the delay and of course I will buy there, it's more reliable. From this 1 stop bedroom Came messages from this store that something is wrong with the payment and address, call by phone. When they called, they began to offer us unnecessary services for additional painting. What for? If it is not specified on the website. I began to doubt the existence of this store, it is impossible to get answers! While all this has dragged on in other stores, this furniture has become much cheaper. The furniture turned out to be 0.5 inches lower than in the application, and how to return the tm? For sending 15% and 1.75 for each paund. Substandard!

I ordered a couch through them. Their dates of delivery changed five times, I tried to cancel they said it was Approved to cancel, and then they try to charge me and deliver the couch three weeks later after cancellation. They refuse to give me a refund and try to charge me restock fees after I had already canceled in time. Worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life do not go through this company there a rip off!
