Horrible company

Do not recommend. They are horrible. You do not speak with anyone in the US and they have no customer service. Do not waste your time or money. These people only want your money and once they get that they do not care or resolve your issue. My couch took almost 5 months to come it finally came I was out of town. Told them something was wrong and they did nothing about it after paying cash in full and waiting all that time.

Do not shop here

If you enjoy getting the run around and getting told multiple "stories" this is the place for you. I ordered a bed for my daughter April 27. It was supposed to ship on or before May 21. It didn't! I reached out to customer service and was told it was delayed a week. A week later I check and am told it has been shipped but they "cannot provide me with a shipping confirmation due to confidentiality reasons". I am sorry what? I give them the benefit of the doubt and check in again a few days later only to be told it has not been shipped. I ask them to cancel the order and radio silence. I get a message a day later saying the item will not ship until June 24! Are you kidding me! I am finally able to cancel the order and go elsewhere! DO NOT waste your time with this company. Ridiculous!

I am out of $3,000.

I need to know how to get this company to either deliver my furniture or give me my money back. This has been a gimmick. My husband has multiple scelerosis and I purchased a new set to accomodate a special mattress we had to purchase for him. The mattress came in a few days from another vendor. I purchased this bedroom set on Dec 26,2021. I have not received anything to date and it is May 23,2022. I just keep getting changed shipping dates and no official email or phone call. I can't even claim fraud with my bank b/c I chose to do this purchase with a lending company. NEVER AGAIN! The lending company says it's too late to file a claim. Still collecting my payment every month. I am devastated. I feel stupid. I will never order from no-name companies off line like this again. So hurt. The nerve to have to give one star!

I have ordered furniture for over 20k on November 26th, they been promising be delivered in 6 weeks, guess what I'm still waiting for my furniture.
Every time I call I get other promises.
Finally I canceled my order today as of April 11th.

I will not Recommend anyone.

Did not receive white glove delivery or one of the pieces I purchased. Their customer service team, except for someone named Zack, is horrible. I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor- that the only supervisor's name is Trevor but he doesn't have a phone number or email… that he would call he back when he could get to it…. It's been 5 days, no call AND still no refund for the missing piece and the delivery.

I purchased an $1800 power recliner in January. I STILL do not have it, yet. They are now ignoring my multiple emails, and when you actually get someone on the phone, they MAY speak English that you can understand, they lie and tell you that they will 'call you right back'. But they do not.

I purchased a table priced over $1000 over the phone. The sales guy named * charged me and extra $128 for the expandable leaves of the table but after the phone call I went back to the details of the listing and sure enough it writes clearly in the description "2 expandable leaves included". I had to call multiple times and fight to get the $128 refunded. * was rude and condescending. At my purchase I was promised a coating for the table and it was just taken off the order and the worst part of it all was that even I was on the phone with them a million times which means they had plenty opportunities to tell me the item is on backorder, I didn't find out it was on backorder for another 6 months until I had waited a month for it to be shipped. Literally on the scheduled shipping day I got an automated text saying "Your item is on backorder. You can cancel this order or wait". I selected cancel which was supposed to be processed within 48 hours but here I am days later still waiting for my item to be cancelled. Don't buy from them!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST OF A COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP OUT YOUR FURNITURE! THEY HAVE REVIEW TEAMS POSTING FAKE REVIEWS HOURLY! Look how closely together the positive fake reviews are from eachother to cover up for the real reviews which are all bad saying the same thing! This company is a SCAMMMM! SCAMMM! This place is an absolute joke of a company! I ordered a bed back in September 2021 that never came! They asked me in January to change beds and they said the other bed I ordered will arrive on time and that was another joke of a lie! It was supposed to ship out 45 days after I ordered it (which is a joke) and I just received a message that it won't be shipped out until May! THE LAST ORDER CHANGED 4 TIMES BEFORE NEVER ARRIVING AND NOW THIS BED IS DOING THE SAME THING. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE INVENTORY. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THEN STRINGING YOU ALONG UNTIL YOU CANT DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERS WHAT YOUR ODERED! This company is still blaming this now common cold "Covid" (I did take Covid serious back before the Vaccine fyi and before everything mutated to a common cold)as an excuse for beds to never arrive. Any company that is still using the pathetic excuse of Covid needs to be shut down. THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME THR BIGGEST SCAM ON THE INTERNET! It it's apparent that this company is a straight SCAMMING COMPANY WITH NO FURNITURE.

HORRIBLE END TO END
April 14, 2022

Our sofa was delivered last week. The two delivery man rushed in, shoved the sofa in the wrong place. I asked them to wait to make sure sofa was not damaged and they literally and physically ran to the elevator to avoid accountability. Lo and behold, I see that 1) they damaged my new wood floors (JUST bought my condo) with large wood scratches that are. 25inches deep 2) stained my new white walls and 3) delivered a fully damaged sofa (the bed pullout is completely broken).

I called 1stopbedrooms and they * gave me an email to convey the property damage. I emailed them, followed up twice, no response for over a week. Then I call 1stopbedrooms and they don't pick up, don't fulfill the call back request, don't email me back on their help line for days. Finally I get in touch with somebody * and she promises to email me the return info within 15 minutes after refusing to connect me to Ryder regarding the delivery issues and refusing to offer assistance. I did not pay Ryder, I paid 1stopbedrooms. Who they use to fulfill is up to them and not the Customer's problem.

And of course, * promise to email me the return steps never comes through. Then I chase again, finally get them. The return instructions say that I have to DELIVER the sofa to the drop off location AND pay the return shipping fee. They are clearly doing this to avoid Customer's actually returning items. I call back and say they DELIVERED the item faulty and I expect them to PICK IT UP for free and a refund and they continued to read off a script with useless information for 30 minutes. Finally I gave up and filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

My purchase from dec 2021 finally arrived in March. At the time of the purchase I was assured that if there is any problem like the loveseat not fitting, the white glove team will take it appart and will make everything work. Well, the loveseat didnt fit, it was the kind that could not come appart. It was not even unwrapped or brought in the house. I never took posession of it, never signed for receiving it. I requested a refund immediatelly. It is impossible to talk on the phone to someone helpful. They pass you from a person to another and nothing gets solved. Finally I received an email stating that they will issue a refund. From an almost $900 i paid they want to refund $300. This is not right, unjustified andcwrong. They are running a very suspicious business and I don't recommend anyone to deal with these people. Just the way they explain everything you realize they are not honest and qilling to help. Go to a reputable store, maybe pay few $$ more but avoid the headaxhe and the loss of many $$. Really, dont buy here, it's not worth it. I hope this will help somebody.

I placed an order for a dining room table in October 2021, it is March 2022 and I still don't have my dining room table. Each time the shipping date arrives, they push it out 3-4 weeks. I have been In contact with customer service with no resolution and no refund of my money. This place is a JOKE!

Their Customer Service is terrible! I've been emailing and calling daily for over a week and have yet to hear anything back. My shipment suppose to have delivered a week ago today and whenever I track it, it shows it hasn't even been shipped yet. My advise, do not use them and go to the vendor direct! -Sep 27th

Update: It is now Dec 14th and my order has still yet to even ship out! This is legit ridiculous! DO NOT USE! I originally ordered this product on Sep 13th and it showed a 1week ETA delivery. Lol It's now been 4 whole months and it hasn't even shipped. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Update: It's now Jan 11th and my order has still yet to ship out. Customer Service is now taking almost a week to email me back anytime I request an update. This is legit ridiculous! I originally placed my order on Sep 13th. That means it's been 5 whole months and the order hasn't even shipped! The original time frame for DELIVERY was a week after placing the order. Lol Unreal!

Update: March 7th, 2022. I still have yet to receive my purchased products. I just emailed the 1Stop Bedrooms Team this morning and waiting to hear back. I'll keep you posted but this is legit crazy! It's now been 6 months! Stay away at all cost!

Stay away from 1Stop Bedrooms. I ordered a piece of furniture on 1/5/2022 and still haven't received it. Today is 3/4/2022. Multiple conversations with their "Customer Support" team has led no where. Can't even cancel the order over the telephone. I'm probably going to chalk this up to a $275.00 learning experience, as I doubt I'll ever see my money back or my furniture. Thank you 1 Stop Bedrooms for probably the worst Customer Support experience of my 53 year lifetime!

Horrible response times and no resolution

Do not bother with this company. You will wait for near an hour for customer service reps and get the run around. Shipping dates just get moved later and later and when items do arrive, they are damaged. They want you to accept all orders so you are stuck with it while hoping they can send you replacement parts to fix it yourself.
I ordered a lot of furniture in April of 2021 for my new house after purging my old dinging room and kitchenette furniture in the move and accepted back orders changing my delivery date twice. By September, I was ready to cancel the order. Each call to customer service would be 45 minutes waiting on average. I talked with someone and they were able to split the shipment since some of the order was available. That furniture did not pass inspection at the local delivery company and then the headache of getting those companies to talk to each other and get replacements coming was a nightmare. By December I was asking to cancel as I was done waiting when each replacement was also coming damage and customer service could not keep things straight to know what to order for replacement next.
I requested a call back instead of waiting once and two day later received a call, but the rep wouldn't want to resolve anything and said they would have the last rep that handled my case call back and that call would never came. I am so done playing roulette with the customer service and one call experienced was very rude. They have mentioned that there is penalty for cancelling as if trying to deter you from doing so. There should not be a penalty for unreasonable circumstances that are on their end. They certainly should not be wielding that like a weapon either to stop you from cancelling.
After this long, I would rather pay a penalty then stress out about this company one more day. I learned my lesson the hard way that online represented companies can be very devious.

I do not recommend purchasing furniture through 1StopBedrooms. I placed an order on July 31,2021 and have yet to receive the loveseat recliner. They offered a credit of $125 for the delay and I asked to cancel the order. They will not cancel without associated fees which will return less than half of what I paid for the recliner. I understand our current environment but I've been more than patient. 1StopBredrooms' inflexibility and lack of focus on customer service is concerning, especially given how patient I've been up until this point.

Worst ever!

I tried to cancel my order the day after my order and got no return phone call until the next day. Now they are charging me $1400 in cancelation fees!

The person I corresponded w about the problem told me she is the supervisor and there is no one above her to speak to. There is no reasoning with these people.

She said if I don't pay the cancellation fee then the sofa will be held in storage and I'll be charged fir storage fees too.

Scam company!

Do not shop with this company as they are scammers selling damage furnitures and till take your money and refuse give you back your money. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY ITS CRIMINAL AND ROBBERY.

Their managers, customer service and financial service team all work together to defraud customers. They don't live by their policy and refuse to reply to emails and will not return your call when you reject their damaged thrifty product. Everything on their site are all LIES.

BUYER BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISING & EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY!

Unethical business practices including removing reviews of real customers from their site

Waited months to receive this table after purchasing. The table arrived with multiple defects, damaged and unusable.

1. This is NOT real wood. The "wood-tone" is contact paper or a thin, sticky patterned paper over MDF. They even patched it in several areas prior to shipping.

2. Arrived defective, but they refuse to refund fully if returned. They will charge you for insurance, taxes and shipping to return based on a predatory, unethical return policy. No liability is accepted by this business despite shipping damaged and defective furniture.

3. They offer to "doctor" the table using technicians from a local furniture store or a $50.00 compensation if you plan to keep it as is.

4. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return on their terms or it will not be eligible for return after.

5. Contact the Better Business Bureau and report them> it's your only chance to address the issue. Dealing with the seller directly is a waste of time. They do nothing to remediate the situation and aren't prepared to take a loss for their negligence.

DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
