We purchased a love seat online from 1StopBedroom. The whole purchase process went very smoothly and 1Stop was extremely good in keeping in touch through the whole process from A-Z. The love seat was on back order for quite some time and we received updates on the delivery date and it was a great experience overall. We just got our love seat today and couldn't be happier! The delivery team was also great in communicating with us and cleaned up the mess from the box when they were done. We highly recommend 1Stop if you are in the market for furniture!

Excellent experience. They sent updates all throughout the process. Was able to reach a person for questions on delivery day, they called us to let us know they were on their way, got my furniture in the house no problems and washed their hands to unbox so my furniture didn't get dirty. I got the best service from the last call. Forgive me I forgot his name but he asked why I wanted to cancel and worked with me to handle my frustration about an extra fee. The last guy I canceled with didnt even try to save the sale. True customer service saving the deal! This website carries the same exact furniture that you will find in the Ashley store but much better pricing and 1stopbedroom has really good customer service! Highly recommend!

I am elated with 1stopbedrooms. I messed up my order online and they fixed it for me. Simon was my phone representative and he is excellent customer service!
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.
Answer: They sent me damaged furniture and 8 months later I'm still getting the runaround! Very unethical company!

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
