Found barstools i loved locally here but they were close out and the company only had one in stock. Used chatgpt to find them online somewhere and it broume here. Website was easy payment was fast with lost of options on how to pay. Shipping was extremely fast less than a week and boxed very securely. Stools arrived in perfect condition and im very pleased. Beautiful pieces and much less than other sites or local design center. The delivery prompt, only slightly delayed due to ice storm. The delivery service was on time and set up was quick. The desk was delivered with a blemish that I did not catch prior to their leaving. Recommend but look over the items closely.

Do Not Order From OneStopBedrooms, i paid $3,400 for a bedroom suite. When I finally did receive it. It was severely broken and damaged. When i emailed them about it. They ignored me and didnt reply. Still have yet to receive a reply.

After a little hiccup with the order it was sent to UPS for delivery had another hiccup but contacted 1 stop and the people I've had to work with have all been great. The items did finally arrive and 1 stop especially Neil kept in communication the entire time. The chairs are great very sturdy and well made. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The product is very nice. We are extremely satisfied with the island/top and chairs. It took longer after ordering to finally receive the products. The white glove service went quite well. I had to tighten a couple screws but all in all quite satisfied

Great shopping experience. I was matching an existing set purchased from a big bix store thats no longer is business. The overall color is spot on, but I'll need lighter toned hardware. Their "bought together" section helped me add pieces that I didnt think I'd be able to find

The only hickkup in the delivery process was no one spoke English. When Miya wife arrived home she recognized the two deliver people were speaking Cuban Spanish which in which she is fluent. The rest of the delivery when without any issues. Teddlivery people were nice guys but it was impossible to talk to them. Should put at least one English speaker on the delivery team.

I was weary at first but Terrance made me feel very secure and safe with my purchase. They have a great warranty policy that will be easy enough to file if necessary! Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
