I was weary at first but Terrance made me feel very secure and safe with my purchase. They have a great warranty policy that will be easy enough to file if necessary! They offer white glove delivery and ensure to keep us updated the whole way through to delivery. Thank you guys so much for affordable bedroom furniture! I cannot wait to receive my furniture!

They saved me money compared to the local furniture store for the exact same bedroom suite. It was effortless with white glove delivery and assembly of the bed. It was quick 1/6 ordered installed and finished 1/22. Price? Check Speed? Check service? Check quality? Check. They win at the game of capitalism, they beat everyone!

I am extremely happy with my purchase from 1stop bedrooms. I had ordered a console table from them and had a lot of issues dealing with the local freight company where I live. Andrew, with 1stop bedrooms customer support, was in continual contact with trend deliveries the National delivery company who coordinates with the local delivery terminal to deliver the furniture to the customer. The local delivery terminal whom apparently kept trying to I believe cover up their incompetence by saying I wanted delivery to another address ( this was a new home purchase) and then a new phone number ( I've not changed my phone number in 20 years)After several supposed attempts by the local freight company to delivery my item,( 5 that is and each time with an excuse as to why my piece never got delivered) and over 1 month dealing with them, ( and dealing with an elderly sick mothers bringing her to the hospital and Dr. apts during all of this) they finally made it one day only to find the piece glass doors all shattered. The delivery driver told me the markings on the box showed that they knew about the damage for a while, but I was never told and yet they still tried to deliver it?! During this entire fiasco, Andrew was in constant contact with me via email and text. He let me know what was going on, on his end, and I kept him informed of the constant excuses I was getting from the local delivery terminal. After the 5 th delivery attempt when the piece was destroyed etc. I was ready to just say that's it… but Andrew once again took control working with the National delivery company to assure a quick delivery for another console table. I was a little hesitant at first, but I'm glad I listened to Andrew. My piece finally came in today and it is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It completed my living room in my new home. I can't thank Andrew enough for ALL of his hard work during this entire process. I myself, when I was in my 20's worked customer service for a furniture store and I know how hard it can be. Let me say Andrew is a true asset to your company and I will gladly recommend 1stop bedrooms to anyone I know because of both the product I received and Andrew, but, really mostly because of Andrew in your customer support department! He deserves a raise!

Poor customer service

Just FYI - there is currently a lawsuit with NY attorney general against this company for fraud and refused returns against customers, we are currently joining it as well - placed an order on nov 28, got delivered on jan 15 with the wrong part sent and now they are trying to charge me delivery fee & re stocking fee and refusing the refund. Please be beware and read the fine print and ask them all the questions and have it recorded - back on jan 7 they stated i can have the order cancelled without any penalties but now they changed the story. Beware!

Overall, I am very pleased with 1 Stop Bedroom. Delivery dates were delayed but we were kept informed every step of the way. I had contacted them twice, and had a response immediately. Furniture was actually delivered earlier than anticipated! They earned 5 stars!

Great experience overall

Great experience overall. Ordering was easy, the only thing that got confusing was payment and shipping. While the initial payment seemed to have been final, it was only actually like a clearance of the payment method and my credit card sent me several clearance charge notifications over the course of the delivery period when things were adjusted and changed.
I appreciate being able to add the white glove service and that it was offered for stairs at an affordable rate.

I discovered this unintentionally discovered this website afrer visiting a newly opened Ashley Furniture store in my area. Their online store and retail store policies restricted them from matching 1StopBedrooms price!.

I found exactly what I needed on the website for a fair price. I had to speak with a customer service representative named Simon regarding shipping to a rural area. Simon was very nice and helpful. He helped us pick out a mattress to go with the bedroom set I purchased. The mattress arrived in less than three days, and I'm still waiting on the furniture to be delivered. As long as the furniture is delivered and in great condition, then I will definitely buy again from 1st stop bedrooms.
