I can not say enough great things about this company. I nervous about ordering furniture without actually seeing it in person but I couldn't beat the price so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did. I received daily emails about the status of the order, when it was going to be shipped and when it was going to be delivered. Everyone I spoke to was so professional and helpful. When the furniture was delivered, I realized something was wrong. I called the company ( after hours) and left a voicemail. Within an hour, I received a phone call from Robin who said she would be the one handling the claim. She explained what to do and what the next steps would be. Within a week, the new part was delivered and someone was scheduled to come out and fix it. Robin was amazing at communicating with me when the part was ordered, shipped and delivered. I never had to contact her to get any info. She kept me updated and answered any questions that I had. I'm so impressed with the whole process and can't believe the great customer service I received. It's very rare to get that now a days. I have told all my friends and family about my amazing experience with this company and will definitely be using them again!

Our furniture (a full Monique bedroom set with King Bed, nightstands, dresser, mirror and chest) was originally delivered with multiple damages --- scratches, cracks, horrible marks --- quite possibly due to mangled handling, or maybe it was already this way at the warehouse (more on this below). At the time I bitterly complained over many emails and phone calls for weeks, after which they finally offered us a measly 15% discount which we foolishly accepted, for we had just moved into a new house and really needed the bedroom set to hold our belongings and feel 'at home'. That was Regret #1.
Regret #2 was purchasing the OnSite Warranty which a salesman very slickly persuaded us to buy as a 'no-brainer' because, for a few hundred dollars you would be buying insurance against anything happening to your furniture for 5 years: they would just come and repair or more likely just send you a whole new piece. And if you never invoked the warranty it would be refunded. Well the other day we shifted the dresser 1 foot over to get at an outlet behind it, and what do you know the leg cracked, revealing a cheap foam-like interior --- not wood or even plastic! I immediately called the Warranty number whereupon I was told the piece was no longer in production (so did they in fact sell me the last, damaged set in the warehouse?) but I could file a claim for repair. I filed this claim but was promptly rejected by the OnSite agent as my confession to moving the piece even 1 foot amounts to a 'Location Transfer' --- that's the term used in the Service Contract which they slyly invoked. Of course I protested, but my arguments fell on dead ears. As a final nail in the coffin of regret, the agent explained to me that the 'refund' on the warranty after 5 years is really just a store credit. Given my negative experience here, there is 0% probability of me using it to be cheated again.

I placed an order Jan. 28th received email confirmation of my order promptly. A day later received another email saying my order would be shipped no later than Jan 31. Feb 3rd, I get another email for an address verification with instructions to call. I make the call and was informed that I live outside their normal shipping area they couldn't offer me free shipping and I would have to pay an additional $125 for shipping. After not hearing anything more I sent an email inquiry Feb 10 for an order status. Reply came back Feb12 that the order is expected to ship sometime between Feb 20 and the 27th. After getting no shipping notifications I called Feb 28 and am told my order is at the local shipper awaiting delivery. March 5 no shipment, no notification, and at this point no surprise. I called again with the intent of cancelling my order and was put on hold indefinitely after stating I wanted a refund. I hung up called again and got a different customer service rep. Once again, they claim my order is at the local shipper and they would get back to me after they contacted the shipper to let me know when it will ship. I've agreed to wait one more day before pursuing a refund. Buying a five-drawer dresser shouldn't be this difficult. It's worth noting, they charged my card Feb 4th. They also will not provide a tracking number or what shipper has the order. This company seems to be a mess, and I will not do business here again. There isn't any valid reason it should take over a month to receive an order. I just hope I either get my order or a refund. If it comes down to the refund it better be a full refund. No excuse!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! This company sent me three broken tables. After the first broken table, I requested a refund rather than a replacement, they said no. So two weeks later I got a replacement, another broken table. Again, I asked for a refund and they said no, two weeks later I receive A THIRD BROKEN TABLE. They still refused a refund. They sent out a technician to "repair" the table but the damages were beyond repair. Now, they are refusing to answer me and I am out $1300. I have three broken tables sitting in my garage, and no way to dispose of them. I had to miss 5 days of work (3 days to be there for the tables, even the ones I did not request) and two days for the repair technician. The repair technician has a 6 hour window, so I had to take off a whole day of work. No call, no show on the first one. I am absolutely infuriated. I have been scammed. These other reviews must be fake. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. Read up and the lawsuits and piling complaints on BBB. This company needs to be shut down.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
