I was able to get my order completed with the help of a very nice young man. My internet wasn't working so I couldn't place order on line. But he helped and ordered thank you So Much
I think the communication on initiate shipping could be worked on but overall delivery finally happened and pleased with the couch. Also the price was changed on me last minute.

Good price on a hard to find item. Took a while to actually ship, but it wasn't needed by a certain date. The only problem was once it did ship, UPS destroyed the box for the most part and it damaged the item. That's when customer service stepped in, namely Sabrina, and easily got a replacement part shipped right away.

I just received my center table - it is absolutely gorgeous! It was worth the wait! The delivery team was awesome - they had the table unloaded, unboxed and in place in record time. They removed all the packaging as well. Customer service is top notch - extremely courteous and professional. They were responsive to all my inquiries and kept me updated on the status of my order.
