We are very pleased at the quality and communication from 1StopBedrooms. We were a little hesitant to spend the money $3k+ online without being able to go see it in person, but it is perfect. When arranging the delivery, they actually brought up the Ashley warrantee could be purchased and if it was never used it would be reimbursed. Also, it was nice to have it delivered before the original estimated date. Finally, it was great to call customer service and have a person on the phone so quickly rather than the automated round robin of going through all the button pushing prompts. Great experience, better quality.

My customer service representative was Raymond, ext. 7035. He was the best. Throughout the entire process he was very personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Had already ordered an Ashley Lindyn sectional, then called back a short while later and changed the whole thing. Still the Ashley Lindyn, but different configuration, number of pieces, and color. NO PROBLEM. Raymond hooked it right up. All late in the day on a Friday, so you know he's cool. Best price I could find, even direct from Ashley, so I was able to throw in a 3 year warranty service plan and still paid less than I would have paid anywhere else. This was after Raymond explained that you get the warranty money back if no claims are made at warranty end. Can't beat that! Good karma, no drama. Thanks Ray

I accidentally order 2 ottomans and only needed one. They were easy to work with and credited money back.
