We purchased the Stoneland Power Reclining Living Room Set by Ashley. The delivery was fast and One Step kept us notified by email during the shipping process.
However, they waited until the shipment reached the local carrier before they informed us that the power packs for the reclining mechanism are NOT included in the purchase price and must be purchased separately! WTF?! So that was an unexpected extra couple hundred dollars.
The delivery itself was not exactly the "white glove" we expected. The crew was not very experienced (a 16 yr old boy and a last minute substitute). It took them quite a while to get the furniture into the house.
We were missing a power cord for one of the recliner power packs. So we called One Stop and they said they would mail one out right away and to expect it in a week to 10 days.
The furniture is pretty nice. The seats recline almost all the way back (great for naps) and the fabric is very soft and warm. The fossil color is a nice mocha shade.
