We saw the same furniture in a showroom for a lot more money. Turn around time was 2-3 weeks to PA. We received a call to schedule delivery and furniture came the next day. We got a recorded phone call after our address was programmed in their GPS telling us exact time of arrival if no problems. We had to screw the legs on and carry inside since I didn't pay extra but that wasn't too bad since my husband and sons did the work. We all love the feel of the couch. It is really soft to touch. Our family of 5 just fits on it to watch TV. We actually got 2 chaises and put it together for a huge couch. My grown son who is 6'3" thought it was so comfortable that he's sleeping there tonight.

This is the most beautiful furniture! Once I ordered it I received it just shy of four weeks. It was a large bedroom suite so I thought that was reasonable. 1Stop kept me apprised as to the status. I was very pleased with the white glove service once the furniture was delivered. They unpacked and assembled (where necessary) all furniture and took the packing materials with them. They did an outstanding job!

I was looking for two additional dining room chairs to a set. I bought a year ago. Could not find them anywhere, but I finally googled the description of my chairs and up popped one stop bedrooms. I ordered my chairs and they were here within a week. I was so impressed! Thank you one stop bedrooms!
My salesman was Shawn due to my repeated attempt to order the furniture through online. My card are getting declined because of the amount of the purchase I called Shawn and he went above and beyond for me to get through a very tedious and exhausting transaction so that I could place my order fully today, also he was very helpful in telling me exactly what I needed to stabilize the bed for the mattress and to recommend a better mattress to me. He also explained about the benefit of getting the five year plan regarding protection of the furnishings and that if there are no claims made, I will receive the total amount refunded in full. He was so patient and helpful it was a pleasure to have him as my salesperson.
