Don't understand why they advertise free 3 day delivery! Bought parts on 8th! I didn't purchase before 2 pm! So part's shipped out on the 9th! Ok, all good! Start tracking order and find out three days just turned into 6 days, tracking says will be delivered Monday the 15th! Really needed parts to repair my truck for getting to work Monday! 3 to 4 Day free delivery would have at least had them to me by Saturday! Come on guys, why sell me on it and not deliver it like you claimed and advertised it!? Just disappointed! Thanks Ronnie Hawthorne, rear wheel bearing buyer!

I returned an item that didn't fit my car I originally paid over $500 but I was deducted $144 to return it and when it arrive back to them it took four days to issue a refund plus another 5 days so I can get it in my bank account BUT it takes them seconds to take the money out of my bank! This company is a joke a get they advertise ok parts but overall I had a bad experience with These guys.

You guys are the best. I was on the phone with your representative for only 5 minutes and she was so polite, knowledgeable and professional. I received the new parts 2 days later. I've been with you guys for years, I will never go anywhere else and everyone I know looking for parts I always give them my recommendations and your phone number. THANK YO ALL SO MUCH

I had ordered a set of O² sensors for my 2010 Ram 1500, one of the sensors is throwing a code to cause my check engine light to come on so I contacted 1A Auto customer service. They asked a few questions to try to troubleshoot shoot if my truck was the problem or the O² sensor. They decided to replace the sensor for me. I will definitely continue to shop with them for replacement parts, and watching their YouTube videos for help on fixing my vehicles.

This company is one of the few left that actually stands behind their parts, and the service was fast and to the point, I cannot give enough stars for them, they really are good people.

I bought axle from them and it was delivered in 2-3 days and I installed it and everything was good for couple days. Then I started hearing noises from it and vibration. So I sent a email to 1a auto the the axle is defective and next day I received email letting me know that New axle is on it way and they apologize for the inconveniences and if they can do anything else for me because what happened. I am grateful for this fast reply and sending new part right away. I don't see anymore many companies do it this for their customers and giving awesome customer service like 1A auto did for me. I would recommend it 1A auto to everyone. They have good prices and free shipping and great customer service. Thank you.

I find this Company actually cares about what they sell, and that the customers are actually satisfied with the product. I bought two headlights from them, and one headlight seemed not to work correctly. I only had the part number of the headlight. They simply told me their sending me a new headlight at no cost. I did not have to send the other headlight back and they said if I find that my present headlight somehow starts working correctly, they request I donate it to a vocational school. For me this type of service is very rare and hard to find. That is why for now on I will only buy from 1A Auto Supply. Incredible people and an Incredible company.
