Had a gud experience

BEFORE DECIDING TO USE THEM I DID SOME RESEARCH AND SAW SOME NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON ANOTHER SITE BUT THAT WAS YEARS AGO. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES. YOU CAN'T WIN THEM ALL I GUESS, BUT THEY WON ME. THE STAFF WAS FABULOUS AND WE KEPT IN TOUCH THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THANKS A LOT

Unfortunately 3/4 though our trip our bike broke down. So instead of having it fixed in Mississippi we hauled it back to Fresno and fixed it there for much less. Although our trip was cut short, at least the staff at AA was able to make the shipping process easy.

My buddy and I went on a 1-way road trip and decided to drop our Harleys at a terminal in Florida. We rode cross country from Los Angeles. What was cool is that there is an area where you can leave your motorcycle and catch your flight. You don't have to be there in person for the driver to get a signature since it would be done before his arrival.

Overall the experience was good. The driver was courteous and the delivery was on time. We always knew where the truck was. They have a system that shows everything. Other shippers don't have that. I think that's what I liked most about the experience. Always knowing where the bike was.

Couldn't believe how easy it was. A couple years ago we used a different company and it was a nightmare. This time we used 1 AA Motorcycles and everything went as planned. The staff kept us informed via email so we always knew what was happening. Couldn't have been a better experience.

We moved across country and needed to ship our bike. The staff did a great job in keeping us updated. There was a slight delay but we were okay with that since the truck driver called us to keep us informed ahead of time. If we move again we'll probably use them again.

Shipped my Honda Interstate. No dings or anything. Arrived just fine. I recommend using them again. The truck driver picked up at my door.

WE USED AA MOTORCYCLES FOR SHIPPING A TRUCK LOAD OF QUADS INSIDE A TRUCK. THE TRUCK ARRIVED TO OUR DEALERSHIP IN NEWARK AND WENT TO ARIZONA. THERE WERE NO PROLEMS EXCEPT WHEN THE DRIVER GOT STUCK IN TRAFFIC BUT THAT WAS EXPECTED.

THE PRICING WAS FAIR AND SO WAS THE SERVICE.

Wonderful service. Bike arrived on time, no surprises and in perfect condition. Whenever I needed assistance the folks responded immediately. I would recommend these folks to anyone who needs their motorcycle shipped.

Prices were a lot less than other companies.

Good job to the people there in the office. I bought a Harley over the internet and AA Motorcycles picked it up and delivered it. No scratched or anything. It was inside an enclosed truck so nothing was able to penetrate it while on the road.

Shipped my chopper from california to texas. I was able to drop it off at the terminal in los angeles and has it picked up. 1st time shipper here. Shipping the chopper was a piece of cake and I was informed of the updates.

Good experience. Pricing was fine. The shipping was as expected.

I was very pleased with the entire experience of shipping my motorcycle, basically, I just handed it off to the two men, they lifted it into the truck, skidded it, tied it down and off it went. It arrived on time and looking as perfect as it did when I handed it to them. Very professional job in my opinion.
