Bought a Medline Rollator from 1800wheelchair.com for my 87-year-old Mom, who insists she doesn't need help yet. On our annual outing to the Eastern States Exposition, I packed it in the car, but she didn't want to use it. After walking through the gate and going about 20 yards, she changed her mind. I went back to the car and got it for her, and it was like a miracle. She had no knee pain or back pain and was pushing it around the fairgrounds like she owned the place! And having the seat right there whenever she needed to sit for a few minutes was so convenient! We didn't leave the fair until 6:30 p.m.--from 11 a.m.! Plus, ordering from 1800wheelchair.com was so easy--no shipping, and I received my order in two days! They even threw in a free cane! All in all, this was definitely a great purchase from a great vendor!
I ordered the Medline walker/transfer chair for my father. He loves it and has had many compliments on it. The walker arrived in respectable time, was easy to put together, looks good, is easy to fold and very light to lift, is very sturdy, rolls so easily and was a super price. The back rest, foot rests and arm rests are great assets and add to making this walker heads above the other walkers I priced out. This walker allows for someone to be pushed in it as well as walking by themselves. I would definitely encourage anyone to look into this product if they need a walker.

I recently bought a transport chair for my 87 year old mother-in-law from 1800 wheelchair.com. For just under $100.00 I was really surprised at how comfortable and sturdy this chair is and for me very easy to push and navigate. It also easily folds up to rest in a small space. My family is very happy with this purchase and it has made our lives easier.
This company is awful. The customer service is not a working part of the company. They aren't worried about their reputation, just the dollars being spent there.

First mistake was paying 5500. 00 for a power wheelchair from this company as they prevaricated about almost everything beginning with the warranty, returning a call and eventual delivery. Stupidly, I am now looking for a replacement battery and it is deja vu all over again. If you are looking for horrible customer service this is the company for you.
Ordered this wheelchair on a Sunday, it was delivered in less than a week. Just had to put the leg rests on and it was ready to go! Great value for the price. I will order from this company again!
I recently purchased an Excel Extra Wide Manual Wheelchair for our visitors to the Museum of Art. I found 1800Wheelchair.com via Google and liked what I saw... and I was correct to trust. Shipping was free and expected delivery was two days - - imagine my surprise when it arrived the next morning! The wheelchair itself was of fine quality, durable construction, and easy to assemble. Thick leather seat and ease of motion/maneuverability as well.

Returned an UNOPENED wheelchair because the person to use it died before she had the chance. Received RMA number and where to ship it and was told that I needed to check the tracking number to see when it was delivered and let them know (seriously?). So, I did. A week later I notified them again. Another week and I call and get a useless person on the phone who "checked with the manufacturer" and said only one of the two boxes was received. Total lie as I have the tracking delivery notice indicating a 2-piece shipment was delivered. Oh, let me talk to the manufacturer again. Finally comes back and says she'll forward to her supervisor to process the credit and I'll see it next week. I ask when next week. I don't know, but it will be next week. I ask to speak to the supervisor and am told (no surprise) she is unavailable. I'm not holding my breath to ever see my money. Now I'm out the price of the wheelchair and the $70 shipping charge to send it back. Do not do business with this dishonest company.

I needed to get new tires for my daughter's travel chair. 1800wheelchair.com had the right product, reasonably priced, in stock when I went looking for it. If you are reading this review then you already know that wheelchair parts aren't always easy to find and are usually expensive. I don't kow about all their inventory, but when I went looking 1800wheelchair.com had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Easy to order, reasonable shipping, good payment options (I like PayPal), no problems ordering, quick shipping. What more could you ask for from a merchant?
Next time I need something in wheelchairs, accessories or medical supplies, I'll go there first.
I ordered a pair of wheelchair tire online on July 22th. But they did not provide tracking information 7 days, so I sent e-mails twice regarding my order. Finaly they replied.
It said, your shipping cost is $40 instead of $7 online order. It is kind of fraud.

I bought a risedale lift chair for my 90 year old mother who can't walk. Her physiotherapist recommended this company! The chair arrives 2 weeks later and my mother didn't have the strength to operate the lift lever. I phoned right away to tell them that I wanted a refund, and like the other reviewers, have had NO action since. All the staff say is, " I promise to to call you by the end of the day to update you". No call. No update. I don't want an update, I want a refund slip to send with the chair! I am extremely upset because this company caters to the elderly and mobility challenged and they probably get away with a lot more than they will admit. We are close to 30 days now and I have called 5 times. There never seems to be a supervisor or anyone who has the authority to provide this refund slip. I feel sick for my elderly mother and feel embarrassed that I went along with this recommendation. My mother will be out $700 and these thieves will keep on fleecing innocent people!
I ordered a pair of crutches online on June 18 and called to confirm that they would arrive in time for a trip I was taking on July 3. So far so good.
When they hadn't arrived by 6/29 I called to see what was happening. At that point I had not received any confirmation of my purchase except for the note from PayPal. The lovely woman I spoke with apologized up and down and assured me that she would make sure they were sent out 2nd day air, no extra charge, and that I would receive them by the end of Wed 7/1. OK.
Thursday morning I called again. I was going on my trip Fri. I was not happy. The woman I spoke with gave me no fewer than three different reasons that they had not arrived. I kept challenging her misinformation until she finally admitted that they were out of stock and had never been shipped. Are you serious? I was completely irritated by her, essentially, making up reasons (or reading them from a card?) and beyond irritated that I'd been lied to on Mon. If they'd been honest I would've been able to cancel the order and get the crutches from Amazon.
My guess is that they are not honest because it seems that they do not have access to computers. No one had any records of anything and twice they had to physically call the warehouse and call me back.
I will never do business with this company again and would advise you to do the same.
Ordered an item for a parent who died before using it. Return approved and received. I kept getting emails saying it was in process, should be just another couple of days. I emailed, faxed, and left a message with no return call. What a horrible company. Like others I wish I had read the reviews first. My next move is to file a claim with my Visa card.
I bought a faulty part that broke and caused me injury, then was told to send it back for a refund. I did and they have not refunded me for three months now. When I call they tell me they are going to process it, and give me my refund, but never do! This company is a scam!

And today is 23rd of Dec-14, but day said last week my payment was not processed but I have credit card statement that said they did. When I said I want cancel my order they said it was ship. How can un-process order be ship? I do not want to do business with you. I waited for 18.5 minutes to speak with a supervisor or manager, I got tired of waiting. I left a message for accounts last week no one return my call. There is no customer service at all. Especially that that they sale product for needed people with disability.
