We have bought a few products from 1800wheelchair ranging from a cup holder to a manual wheelchair. In each case, the products are of nice, sturdy quality; they were accurately described and looked even better than their pictures! I would highly recommend 1800wheelchair products, you won't be disappointed. I have also called with questions about products and the representatives were very helpful and did a great job describing items and answering my questions.
Been waiting since September for a promised refund of $1500. Only getting the run-around... Horrible consumer service. They all talk very nicely and are going to check it out and get the refund going but it never gets done! Their policy is a joke!
After filing a complaint with BBB I got a refund in about 3 days.

Please do not order from this company there call center is in China each time I ask for a refund they saybthe system is down and they cant assist the information at this time. Most of the people that order from this company is disable, how dare you prey on disable persons. Update: Darren, who responded to me, and his colleague Evelyn were able to provide a return number and I did receive my refund. Thank you, Darren and Evelyn. I have ordered from this firm before and was very satisfied. However, when I needed to return an item I ordered in mid-November I had a very poor experience. I first attempted the return before Thanksgiving. After being disconnected twice when I selected the return option from the phone menu, I selected the order option instead, which seemed to be the only way to get connected to a person. The person told me he could not process the return because the system was down and suggested I call back in a few hours. I've been calling off and on now for about a week and this same experience is repeated each time. No one can tell me when the system will be available for returns, though it certainly seems to be available for new orders. When I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available and that if they were available they wouldn't be able to give me a different answer.

I recently purchased a wheelchair poncho for my son and I couldn't be happier! Aside from the poncho being more that I had expected... shipping was extremely fast and 1800wheelchair website had the best deal on the poncho. I purchased a $529.00 lift and its seen over a week they still cannot tell me if the lift has been shipped or even when it will be sent. They do not return emails or calls... they transfer your call from one automated system to another. Save your-self the stress and aggravation order from anywhere else but here.

Everyone up until Evelyn and Audrey was very friendly and nice but not able to take that extra step to resolve the problem. Ordered an iWALK 2.0 knee crutch from 1800wheelchair because of their advertised free shipping for orders over $59 and 1-2 day ship from the warehouse for this product. Wanted to have the item to use after my surgery the following week. Ordered on 10/1; shipped on 10/2; and received on 10/8, the day of my surgery. I was using the item as soon as I got home, perfect timing!
My experience with 1800 wheelchair had been good. But the last time I ordered a wheelchair they delivered different colour and different type I ordered. It took two and a half months to refund the money after the returned wheelchair. The refund it is not completed. 18 dollars are missing. I ' ve written many times and did not get any results. The chat was fast, though I did not get the proper amount and not a single notice by mail as they promised. Sad, I would never buy anything fro them. To much trouble, the mistake was theirs and I ' ve lost my ti e and money.

I think the title says it all. Only request I have for the bariatric version is to have the hand brakes that are shown for the standard chair. Easy to use. After a few uses, very easy to open. Well built. Great for my wife.
