For three straight days I have been trying to get information about a missing part from a recent order. The order was for a personal monitor and requires a pull cord. After no less than ten phone calls, I still cannot get this part. One call was close to 30 minutes long, mostly with me on hold. Do NOT use this company

Bought their 24"x1-1/4" Full Profile Slight tread tires to replace worn-out tires on a Quickie 2 wheelchair. Very quick delivery! Tires appeared to be identical to the tires they replaced, with the same inner cord construction. I'm handy but decided the installation of these solid tires (which have little stretch) was than I wanted to tackle. A local bike shop helped me out and installed the tires for the same price they'd charge for 2 flat repairs on a road bike. New tires were a perfect fit - tight on the wheel, no slippage, every bit as good as the originals on the chair. An excellent product from an excellent seller!

I sent a note to customer service asking if there was a product that a person could operate by his/her self to get up off the floor and back into a wheelchair. I am able to transfer between sitting locations, but am unable to consistently get off the floor and back into my chair if I fall or want to work on something at floor level.

While the answer was that there was not, at least I received a quick and kind response telling me that. I'm still waiting on a response from another company many days later. I appreciate the response and the offer to keep looking and to let me know if any other product becomes available. Sounds like Customer Service to me!

Extremely good product!

I recently purchased an adjustable fabric Oxygen tank Holder for her wheelchair.
The product is very well constructed, easy to attach & adjust and provides no discomfort to either the wheelchair rider or the person pushing the wheelchair. I highly recommend this as an option to carry an O2 tank on a portable wheelchair.

Ordered a time sensitive wheelchair delivery, and they didn't ship. Customer service was 'sorry' but could do nothing. They made no attempt to set it straight.

Multiple transactions and not been disappointed yet. Most recently I purchased an Afikim Caddey scooter. I received the scooter the third day after ordering and shipping was free. The scooter was very high in quality and workmanship. Exactly as described on the website. I have needed several wheelchairs and bathroom assists and have never been disappointed with this merchant. The wide selection and excellent customer service keep me coming back when I need an assist with paraparesis and a BKA.

I would buy from this site again. Items were shipped fast. There were info videos that helped to pick out the right items. Staff was friendly on the phone and answered my questions completely. Prices are excellent. The wheelchair I bought came with a free travel bag, cup holder and saddle bag making my purchase a great value! I have told many people to buy from this site.

Ordered a wheelchair online when I found out my brother was having an amputation. Ordered on Dec 21, delivered Dec. 24! Right on point. When I needed to add an amputation attachment, I called Customer Service and they immediately did the research to find out if it would attach to the chair I had purchased. They got back to me overnight and I ordered that as well. I am VERY VERY happy with the service level and the speed with which all my concerns and orders were handled! Highly recommend them and their service.

It is great and sturdy!

I have had other wheelchairs that the screws kept falling out of! This is comfortable and secure and I feel very safe being wheeled from place to place even if the ground is not smooth! When I am able I am planning to buy a second one for inside my house as it is very comfortable not too big but just wide enough without being cumbersome! Have tried five other wheelchairs and this is my favorite! Received it very quickly and feel that if I needed service that it would be quickly accomplished!

Fabulous!

If you must use a wheelchair, this is the one! It's a two- fer as you can easily take the large wheels off and it transforms. Into a lightweight foldable chair perfect to put in the car for medical appointments. It is lighter for the user and caregiver, and I love the tilted ergonomic handles! What a dream to push compared to the old heavy clunker. My 93 yr old mother pointed out the back and seat are lightly padded unlike her old one. The color brightens things up too. My heartfelt thanks to whoever invented this!

I had to replace a basket on my rollator & this company was right there to help me out when I had no idea where to turn. Their customer service was so amazing & patient. I lost the basket on a flight. So I was out of state trying to figure it all out. I was so frustrated but their customer service was always so prompt in answering my questions. She even tried getting a picture of the basket for me to reassure me it was the right kind for my rollator! You can't do better than this company!

More than I imagined

Dear 1800wheelchair.com,
I purchased the Bariatric Rollator w/Flame Finish in Blue, item #*******, SKU #1033MAR for my husband for Christmas. I ordered it on Christmas Day and just received it. I am speechless. First, because I ordered this on 12/25/2015 and received it 12/30/2015! I honestly thought we would get it some time next week! Secondly, I'm very pleased with the construction. Again, I will be honest, I thought this was going to be a piece of junk for $125.00. My husband is a larger man and he felt very safe trying to sit on this for the first time. Third, I was a little concerned about the 20 inch seat width. And the weight limit. But those have passed. I believe this has a 400# weight limit and again, Rich felt comfortable sitting on it. The brakes work great and it's very easy for Rich to get off of.

I cannot thank you enough for the great price, construction and value of this product! If it were the original price, Rich would still be hobbling around with his old walker. I will definitely recommend your sight to all.

Horrible in all areas!

I ordered a $1000. 00 lift for my father with ALS. There was no wait for them to take my money out of my account however I've waited 30 min on hold every time I called before their slow computer system could even pull up my information. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I was told it was in the warehouse ready to ship multiple times, then I was told it was on back order, then I was told it would be shipped today and when I called back a week later after never receiving it I was told it shipped yesterday. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and always told "there is no manager here, you must talk to me". Today when I called and expressed my frustration on my service, I was hung up on. This company is the most unprofessional, poor servicing, with the slowest technology and rude people. It appears there is no body running this company just a bunch of people with language barriers who have no idea what they are doing and you can't believe anything they tell you because it's never been true since I've been dealing with them for a month. At this point I'll be surprised if I ever receive my order or my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The people at 1800wheelchair made promises they kept and more so.

I chatted and then talked on a Saturday to a associate and told them how my wife and I were leaving on Thursday on the train for trip. But, we NEEDED a lightweight transport chair. (All I could rent here was 50 lb wheel chairs). They promised it would arrive by Wednesday. Guess what? It got here Tuesday afternoon, from Brooklyn NY to Sandpoint Idaho for no extra/ overnight charges. Amazing. Really appreciate the folks at 1800wheelchair. They kept me informed all the time on the chair's status. Don't hesitate to order from these people. Hands down the best.

Lousy customer service.

Received item is not what I expected. Contacted 1800wheelchair.com about a return. That was over 3 weeks ago. Today I receive email about shipping status. I inquired about a return and refund not shipping status when I already have the product.

Run away from this place

EDIT: to make Darren happy I have since received refund only after contacting the BBB and filing a complaint.
