This is a very good chair for transport. Folds easily to lift into my van. Foot rests don't have too much extra to get in the way and this 70 year old woman can push a 250 lb person around. Easy to maneuver around corners and through doorways. Very lightweight but seems sturdy enough.
Perfect wheelchair for a small special need child (my granddaughter) - traveled with it to Disney - perfect! Easy to maneuver from the plane to the bus to the rides

I purchased the transformer wheelchair for my father and he loves it. I love it too. Very easy to handle, lightweight, and comfortable. Must get the gel pad seat though. It's worth the price. I've purchased several other items from 1800wheelchair & am very happy with all of the merchandise.
I ordered my grandmas premium wheelchair for a trip. Had a phone call from the company within 24hrs to tell me its being shipped. The wheelchair arrived in a lightweight box fully assembled. The wheelchair was worth every penny. Rolls Royce of wheelchairs!
Unable to find the wheelchair cushion cover I had been using, I found the Jay2 cover and decided to try it. This is a very well-made cover; it seems to be tough and durable, and even with a crippled hand, I found it easy to put on my cushion. It fits well, and the loop on it seems more sturdy than on the cover I had used. I recommend this item.
After posting my customer service nightmare, I emailed Darren. He had everything right in two days! Every company should have someone of his caliber working for them.
I will have my part by Monday and he has refunded my money. My faith is restored.
We bought a cast cooler from 1800wheelchair because I daughter ended up in a spica-cast. The cast cooler is amazing and worth every cent we spent on it and the site we bought it from 1800wheelchair kept their promises with delivery and the product. It was easy to order and quick delivered. We would use 1800wheelchair again any time.
UPDATE on my review: A representative from 1800wheelchair (Darren) responded to my 4/7/'16 comment regarding the wrong part being sent for my neighbor's walker and the resultant hassle. I must give credit where credit is due: Darren, the Rep, took care of the matter professionally and expeditiously. My neighbor will get the correct brake assembly for his walker at no extra cost or hassle.

My 96 year old Father has been using an older style heavy wheelchair during his illness and recovery process. We researched what was available in ultralight chairs and decided upon the Karman KM 1510 (S-Ergo 115F18SS), as being the best selection for his type of rehab and possible use should he have a relapse. It is structurally sound, while being light enough to increase his mobility, despite his infirmity. We feel that once you evaluate the construction and design, you will see this a superior unit. We chose the supplier simply because they offered the most assistance in answering our questions and concerns, as well as did the manufacture (Karman).
First time order for father-in-law who is a stroke victim and recently broke his ankle. Rio was very nice and helpful. She found exactly what we needed.
I am not impressed with 1800wheelchair. The product I ordered was promised deliver within 2 days of ordering and we still do not have status on the deliver. Customer service is horrible. Help please.

Dp NOT do business with these people if you expect any type of competent customer service. All I wanted was a replacement part for a walker. It has now been almost 2 weeks and the part STILL has not arrived. This walker is my 96 year old mom's only means of getiting around... absolutely no excuse for it to take so long to get one simple part. All the customer service people I dealt with were a bunch of imcompetent fools... got a different story everytime I called. I hope I never have to deal with this bunch of idiots again.

I have read all the reviews and corroborate with many of them. The customer service at 1800wheelchair is HORRIBLE. I think there is something shady about this company. I had a very difficult time getting a refund credited to my charge account for the return of an UNOPENED product, which was returned well within the 30 day requirement. If I had not pressed and called repeatedly, even becoming quite angry, I doubt they would have refunded my purchase on their own accord.
It is stressful enough for those of us trying to care for elderly, injured or sick family/friends without having to be ripped off by a company such as this. STAY AWAY, there are plenty of other companies that sell these VERY SAME PRODUCTS.

The wheelchair was just as I order. It came in 2 days. I am very happy with the product and service. After reading some reviews on here, I was maybe I shouldn't order from them. I am glad I did. The price is the cheapest I founded on the net. Very happy customer.
I would not recommend this company. However, I did finally receive the scooter I ordered.

Their site promises to "ship in 1-2 days" but the product hadn't left the warehouse in 11 days. Multiple phone calls and emails were not returned. There was resistance to cancelling the order and the emailed refund amount is incorrect.
Within 2 hours of posting my review, the company contacted me. Why not answer emails and phone calls in the first place? My card was debited immediately, but I'm still awaiting a credit!

We ordered a time-sensitive rollator/ wheelchair combo two weeks ago. On their website, they said that it will ship in about 3-5 business day, yet the product was shipped AFTER ten business days/ two weeks, and will still take a few more days to arrive. I'm bringing it to a relative overseas, so I really did need to have it arrive at the latest in two weeks, but they still couldn't make it.
What's worse, I've called them twice- once about 3 days after the order was placed, and another time once later, because the order status remained as "order received" after so long. Both times, the CS reps said that for some reason they couldn't get its tracking information and will need to call us back the later. Both times they did not.
A day later( Wednesday of the second week; the order was placed on a Sunday the week before) I called them again. The CS Rep called the warehouse, and told me that the order will not be shipped until Friday of this week. I requested that the order be expedited, as I need to leave early Monday morning for my flight. She called the warehouse again, and this time told me that the order has already been shipped the day before and thus cannot be expedited. I doubted her right on the spot, because 1) the online status has not updated 2) changing your answer part-way through a call is highly suspicious. But, she refused to admit lying.
I kept on checking the online status, and alas the order didn't ship until Friday! They lied about the shipping status to avoid expedite service fees even when it was their delay!
It was absolutely a horrible experience. We ordered the item from this site because of its claimed short shipping time. We would've have ordered this from Costco if we knew it would be like this.
