While i can't review the product as I am still waiting for it to arrive (it has been 9 days since I placed the order). When I called them I was informed that the product (transport wc) was no longer available in the color i selected but they had a similar chair and it would be there in 2 days. Still waiting! The most frustrating part is that no one bothered to contact me to let me know that i wouldn't be receiving my shipment.
Recently when I emailed 1800wheelchair.com to explain a problem with a recently purchased wheelchair my wife uses; they only asked that I email back a photo of a broken release tab; before they could replace it. When I did that and told them I could probably fix the mechanism with the new tab; the company sent a completely new wheelchair to solve my problem.
I ordered a transport chair Wednesday evening and told them I needed it for Saturday afternoon. They said it would be there Friday, but they called and said the order was delayed and would not make it on time. They kindly asked if I wanted to cancel the order, but I told them to go ahead and send it and that I would make other arrangements. Much to my surprise, the chair came Saturday morning! I know someone went above and beyond to get it there on time, and I really appreciate that. The chair is exactly the quality I expected, perhaps even better. This is not my first purchase, nor will it be the last.
I must say that doing the research for a mobility chair to fit my needs I pondered for a long while before deciding on the chair I eventually purchased. I found your site very informative and easy to understand. I have even passed your website onto another of my friends that is looking for a mobility chair. Thank you.

I placed a fairly large order after much on line chat and calls. Got an acknowledgement of my order, my order did not show up. When I complained, they said it would ship "tomorrow" 11 days after the order was first acknowledged. No explanation. Again waiting to see if it shows up.

This was fast! I ordered on Saturday and it was on the porch before 8 am Tuesday... well less than two business days. This one is adjustable for height of seat from the floor (so I can now sit with my feet on the floor), as well as height of handles. And the back support is very easy to remove so I can move large containers on it, which I often need to do. AND because it is so light... 11 pounds instead of nearly 20... I can actually put it in the car myself.

Had a great experience in ordering my daughters wheelchair, and will recommend to family and friends
The 1800wheelchair power scooter far exceeded my high expectations. As a bonus, if you own a Ford Escape you can easily load this awesome Pride Victory 10,4 wheel scooter with a pair of folding ramps in one single piece. There is No NEED to take it apart and then re assemble it again, just put it in neutral, roll it up the ramps, and then put it back into gear to keep it from moving around. It will ride as steady as a rock! Highly recommended to all.

The unit that was delivered to me was exactly what I was looking for. The price was exceptional compared to all the other vendors I investigated.
Needless to say, this was the worst customer service I have found in 50 years of life. If you are wanting a wheelchair, use a local company or a different national agency. Maybe you pay more, but at least you should have someone who cares about your order and makes sure it is smooth and timely. This company has no idea how to work as a team and they do not care at all whether your loved one is suffering because she cannot get her electric wheelchair delivered.

Be careful with this company. I ordered some wheelchair tires, and was sent the wrong size. They came from an aftermarket group in Ontario, CA. I got a return authorization, and was stuck paying the cost of shipping them back to a place called Tag Returns in Ohio. I never got my money back. When I called to complain, I ended up speaking to a person in the Philippines. She was hard to understand, especially with all the other representatives in the background handling similar complaints. If things go wrong with this company, you are out of luck.

I ordered a product that needed to be returned after receiving it, and sent it back immediately. It has been over 2 months and I'm still yet to receive a refund! Every time I call to speak with someone I'm put on hold in order for the operator to call the wearhouse. Each time they return to the phone call there is some problem/excuse in regards to the wearhouse and why I'm yet to reimbursed! It's unbelievable! Worst company ever! NEVER buy anything from this site!

The wheelchair is as advertise, the costumer service is grate they are wiling to help and they resolve the problem quickly. Went I order the chair I order the swing away leg rest. I was going to change the leg rest back to the regular ones and like most of us I hit submit, I contact them via e-mail, this was on a Saturday. Monday I check my e-mail and there was a respond from them, problem was resolve and the money refunded. I know were to bay mi next chair wen time comes. OK now the chair, it is comfortable and lightweight like advertise in there video now I do not need to depend on others.If you looking for a lightweight comfortable chair this is the one.
