I bought a EW52 Scooter for $3,000, dealt with Lisa Stapley. Also a cover for $110.00. Received Scooter on a Wednesday, was very dusty. Called Thursday to tell Lisa, it was just to big for my Son, Then it starts, she said they will not take it back if it has dirty wheels, underneath. I told her we just got it, he took one run in it in front of our garage. It will go back cleaner than when we got it. Her attitude was so different when I said we needed to return it, I am sure it was about her commission. I told her he needed to try it out, she was saying oh he used it. I knew there would be a restocking fee. She sends me the number to Central Freight Lines to call them. It is going to cost me $423.00 to ship back, plus restocking fee $303.50 and they might not accept it she said. I will never buy anything online this big ever again, they make it impossible for you to return it. Also I called Fed-X before the cover got delivered and told them to send back. I told her that and she said Oh, you didn't get it delivered, that might be a problem also she said. I know she wanted me to get it and then pay to have it returned. Also, I told her we didn't even get a manual with this expensive scooter, we got Xerox papers stapled together to read, which doesn't have everything you need. I am a single Mother and it was hard enough for me to charge this on a credit card to pay out, now he will end up with no Scooter and costing me $750.00. I would have liked to exchange it for a smaller Scooter, but she didn't even offer me that. Like I will send you a COD label to send this back and we will send you a Suitable Scooter in return. Just be very aware when you buy something from here and have it shipped, they try their best to make it impossible for you to return. This was my first and last time I will ever do this, a very expensive mistake on my part. I was trying to do something good for my handicapped Son. Would not recommend this place.
It's quite an enjoyment knowing this company has the things I need for my disability issues. Promt delivery as always and very nice people. I would highly recommend this comany to anyone that has the need to buy equipment or replacement parts for their handicap needs. You won't be sorry!

I ordered a wheelchair on 10/10/2016, they got paid by my bank the same day, today is 10/25/2016 and I am still waiting... Their web site advertise that this particular products will "leave the warehouse in 4-5 business days' LIE.
If you call to ask for status you get more lies, actitudes and they even hung up the phone on you... forget that they will greet you either.
Two days ago I learned that the chair is coming from Shanghai, China so who knows when I will get the chair I paid for 15 days ago.
Order taken promptly and great follow through when shipping error occurred. Custom Service Rep. Followed through until I was completely satisfied. I would definitely use this company again!

If you are needing a lightweight folding wheelchair this is the place to order one. My husband has Parkinson's and we finally needed a wheelchair. I am his caregiver and so needed something light enough that I could lift into the trunk. Not only is it well constructed and weighs just a fraction over 14 lbs it was delivered in 2 days with free shipping and a great bag to put it in for traveling. I would recommend this company to everyone and will not hesitate to use their services in the future if needed.

After ordering and receiving a lift from them my mother was unable to work the machine. When we ordered over the phone we were told of the ease of use that is a crock! We ordered the Power Patient Lift 400/HE and were never told IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED! IS THAT SATIFACTION GUARENTEED? Epic fail and will review on all sites they are crooks!
I ordered this chair on Friday morning and it was delivered on Monday. We had a Tuesday doctor's appointment and needed to have it for that. The chair was in perfect condition and we appreciate the good, fast service.

I purchased a wheelchair cushion for my husband from 1800wheelchair. I couldn't be more pleased. It fits perfectly in his wheelchair. It is a Support Pro Anti-Thrust Positioning Foam Cushion. A lovely young lady named Rose assisted me with my purchase. She was very helpful in helping me with the right size. So glad I found this company on Google.

The Transformer Wheelchair will work perfectly for my brother's situation. Love that we have the option to not use the 24" wheels when not necessary. Needed a bit more communication via email while resolving a minor problem, but parts to correct the issue arrived more promptly than expected and fixed everything. Easy to fit pieces together. Will be easy to maintain.

I ordered a mobility scooter for my 87 year old Father a week ago on 7/18 based on such positive reviews here. It was promised delivery 3-5 days. That would have been Wednesday to Friday last week. In a phone call yesterday, there was no indication it had left the warehouse, the order marked "processed." Pardon my skepticism, sure it's processed, our card got charged! I got no follow up email with tracking information this morning, contrary to promises. In two follow up calls, the first one with the same "processed order." To get that same information, I was on hold for 13 minutes. When I asked for more information, I was put on hold and hung up on. I called back, was told the same information and empty promise that the email with tracking number. My Father is a high risk for falls and I am wishing I had not "saved" $100 and gone with a local retailer.
Please make this right and expedite shipping at company expense. I want to update this review and make it more stars.

Great service, no messing round they knew exactly what I was talking about even though Rio was not the salesperson I placed the order with. The proof is in the pudding, lets see if the correct item arrives in a weeks time. If you don't hear from me than all is well. Keeping my fingers crossed.
My mother has been trying for weeks to get a wheel chair for my father through the insurance with no success. My husband and I decided to get them a wheel chair since my father can not walk and may not have much time left to wait for the insurance. We found 1800 Wheel Chair online spoke to an agent who said the chair would be delivered in one to two business days. We ordered based on that information though it all seemed to easy. Sure enough the company was true to their word the wheel chair arrived one day after we ordered! Thank you
I ordered an Invacare embossed wheelchair seat for my wife's wheelchair on 7/7/16
On 7/20 I called to inquire about it because I had not yet received it.
I was informed that tracking information showed it had been delivered to my doorstep on 7/14 in the early afternoon. I was away all that day and looked for it when I returned home as I always do. To my knowledge it had not yet arrived.
A woman named Menzel graciously and efficiently investigated the problem. Menzel advised me the very next day that an order was on its way and provided me with the UPS tracking number.
I am pleased with the customer service I received to resolve my problem.
