All was good. I love the rebate on my brand. But people should know it will take 3 to 4 months to get it. That's not very quick. The contacts experience is just as good as 1800contacts.
When I tried to renew my contacts with 1800 contacts I was told they no longer carried my lenses. So I found this company and it was just as easy to order from. The biggest difference is this company will keep my prescription on file. The other one had to verify every time. Got the contacts within 5to7 days

I initially had a little trouble getting my RX loaded onto the site. However, when I reached out to Customer Service, they responded within an hour or so and assured me my RX had been accepted. A day or two later I received an email to let me know that because my prescription is a high number, they needed to order my contacts. Within a few days I was notified my contacts were on the way and arrived less than two weeks after I ordered them. Much fast than thru my optometrist! Thank you to everyone involved in fulfilling my order! I'll definitely be a repeat Customer! If I had ordered thru my optometrist, my year's worth of contacts would've cost me over $700 out of pocket. 1800Lens cost $377 for the same order and also offered me a mail-in rebate of $135. No contrst on which way to go! I highly recommend this company!
