Just a click of a button and my contacts were on my doorstep. I was able to get my prescription with one of the physicians on line and from there was able to submit my prescription to receive my contacts
Lenses were delayed. I had to wear glasses for almost 2 weeks because of the delay. Not happy.

I placed an order and then later received an email saying out of stock. When they finally shipped, I had to pick it up at the post office.

Nobody has the Freshlook Colorblend contacts. I been looking around for my color and this brand.So happy I found Get-Lens... I will be ordering more 😌
I don't mind paying, I would much rather have all the fees of service and such be included prior. I already expect to pay for shipping so I prepare some wiggle room for the cost, but the extra fees go beyond that. If that is presented before hand I would appreciate. It genuinely feels like a scam when the fees are revealed only at the end. It felt like robbery. Please make it feel less like that by having pricing up front and direct. Very confusing when it's not. The shopping experience was less than pleasant.
