A good product. The contacts seem of good quality. It just took a few weeks to receive. I would think it would be a week tops to receive them.
I'm so glad that they were able to work with me of what the correct contact lenses I should wear based on my optometrist's recommendation. The only issue I have is that it took a week to recieve them.

I shopped around for contacts and they all pretty much said 1-2 week till they arrive. I noticed after a week I received an email stating they ordered them from the manufacturer and would be sent a week later than expected but it ended up being 3 weeks. I called 1800 contacts but they did nothing and didn't care and kept repeating to me what my email said. I then received an email stating they were getting shipped to them. I called again and asked them to expedite them. They told me I would have to pay expetited shipping. Very disappointing. I only went with them as they were a little cheaper, like $10 and there was a rebate which I'm not sure I will ever receive.

They made it so easy to get your right contact prescription. Give them your doctor information, and they call and verify the prescription for you. I ran out of contact 3 months before my eye appointment, my doctor is always booked so I normally have to book a year In advance, and I can't stand wearing glasses on my face so I needed contacts quick, 1-800 contacts did not disappoint.
Cheapest I found for my husbands contacts and he needed them badly. However the extra processing fee was insane.

I ordered 2 sets of Boston OX gas permeable contact lens and the left lens in both pair are blurry. The two right lens are fine.
The total was 180 but it took double out of my account and the money was never paid back as promised.
