I had a great experience with 1-800-GET-LENS. The prices were very convenient, the website was easy to use, and shipping was reasonably fast. Everything arrived as expected, and I'm very satisfied with the service.
I put my prescription In for contacts and I got multiple calls and emails over and over again saying my order was on hold. I called back and they said I needed to verify my address, which I did multiple times. They finally realized they had to order contacts outside of their company to fill my order. Customer service was nice but I won't order from here again.
This experience was so easy and convenient for me! I'll be ordering here again and again! Highly recommend

I had to follow up only to find out that my prescription was incorrect, this was 5 or so days after I placed the order.
Found because your site came up when I searched for 800contacts, didn't realize I wasn't on that site until after checkout, which I'm sure is intentional because you design your site to mimick them, I had a subtotal, checked out and then the subtotal changed with no explanation as to what the extra fees were. I tried to contact customer service for an explanation, and was told I had to call to cancel order. Won't buy from again due to these shady business practices. I did get the contacts I ordered, but at more money than it would have been at 800contacts, even though the cost listed on your website is less than they list, due to the added fees.

Ngl I thought it was 1800 contacts and was surprised that the contacts were so expensive… that's why. The contacts came and the boxes were smashed and it looked a little suspicious but the contacts have been fine so far. It was pretty easy to talk to a real person when I called. There were literally no instructions on how to get the mail in rebate so that's confusing
