Horrible customer service. Placed an order that I believed would be delivered on the 19th. When I checked the order, it said October 25th. I tried to change the order, but I was told that was not possible. I then tried to cancel the order, and, again, was told that was not possible. Of course, the flowers had not even shipped, but I could not cancel my order. No customer service at all. Just a bunch of sorry, sorry.
Order from this company at your own risk! You'll be sorry!

My brother sent an arrangement for my birthday and they said they would have it "re-delivered"
I was in the front yard all day doing yard work and nobody ever showed! He called and they said they tried to deliver it but will try to re-deliver! Don't they realize that most people nowadays have cameras too? I have nothing on my camera of a supposed flower delivery! Now they have to re-deliver? Liars!
Attempted delivery was what was actually said!

MISSING ORDER & MISCOMMUNICATION

I placed a order on September 25,2023! I've been Speaking with flowers representatives since September 28,2023 to check status of the order! Each representative that I spoke with assured me that my order will be delivered on October 2,2023! I even informed them that my tracking number was invalid and again they assured me with no question that my package will be delivered on the expected delivery date! No package was delivered and when I called and spoke to a representative they gave me the runaround put me on hold several times just to come back and tell me that there's nothing they can do to help me with my order! They also informed me when I placeed my order I placed it with their "sister company" but how is that so when I ordered through 1800flowers.com! I ask for a refund I was told one cannot be provided to me! This is my third time ordering with this company to no avail! I ordered flowers in September for my daughters birthday never received them just got the runaround and now this order that is for my sister's engagement is having the same issue! I would no longer use your company because I see you do not value customer service!

We ordered the flowers to arrive the day before my dad's celebration of life. We get a message from a robot and turns out they didn't deliver the flowers and said they will give us a refund. Really annoying and DON'T order from here

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered arrangement for a funeral service. The next day I get a call from someone identifying themselves as 800 Flowers, but the number comes up as a possible scam. The person on the other end has 0% grasp of the English language and I'm incapable of understanding what she is needing. Feeling it is a scam, I call the customer support number for 1-800 Flowers to check my order. Seems the original call was legit. The florist that 1-800 has assigned the order to wants the full name of the deceased. (If this is something that is necessary, why wasn't their a box in the order form for a Middle name? - This could have saved us all some time). The 1-800 person puts me on hold to then call florist to relay this information. 1-800 comes back to me after a minute or two, and now wants to reverify delivery date (again, this was on the original order... why is all this reverification needed?). 1-800 puts me on hold to call the florist again with this information. I wait a few minutes and now 1-800 returns to me and asks me what hours the church is open on the delivery date! Are you freaking kidding me?! I live in Atlanta, the church is in Houston, how would I know?! So I ask 1-800 representative why the florist can't simply call the church herself to find this out. I'm told the florist can't do this! So now I have to put 1-800 on hold, while I call the church to find out. Once I have the information I pass it along to 1-800 representative. She now has to place me on hold again, to pass the information to the florist.

This scenerio goes on, and on, and on, and on. In all it took over 25 minutes, most of that time with me on hold. Next time I'll just google a local florist and save myself the frustration of the 1-800 middle man.

Now I'm left crossing my fingers hoping this order actually gets completed successfully.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my daughter's 19th birthday. I live in Connecticut. She attends school in Rhode Island. The flowers my daughter received were not the ones I chose. She also received a balloon that said. Congratulations on your baby boy. When I specifically chose a birthday balloon. I wrote a note in a card which was to be attached to my flowers. And that was not there either. So she had no idea who the flowers were from and even more confused. By the balloon itself, I was so upset. My daughter is away at school not with family. On her birthday. I tried to surprise her and do something. Nice to let her know we're all thinking of her and it was a complete disappointment. I will never order from them again!

Never trust them with important delivery of your order. They not only fail to deliver in the requested time frame, THEY CHEAT YOU by delivering the smallest size of the flower arrangement even if you pay for the Extra Large size.

I ordered the Extra Large Heartfelt Tribute White Floor Basket Arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. Added a note requesting that the flowers be delivered no later than 1pm. Based on their Product Details, the size of what I ordered was EXTRA LARGE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 39"H X 42"L. Immediately after ordering the flowers online, called their Customer Service and emphasized that the delivery should be done before 1pm to the funeral home.

At 11am of the day of delivery I called their Customer Service and reminded them that the flowers should be delivered no later than 1pm to the funeral home. The Customer Service agent assured me that he would personally see to it that it is done.

ON THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED.
I called their Customer Service at 3pm asking why the flowers were not delivered. They said they would be delivered by 8pm. When I told them that the funeral was over and nobody was there to receive the flowers, they offered to send the flowers within an hour. I repeated that the funeral was over and asked them to at least deliver the flowers to the deceased house. They rerouted the order but delivered THE SMALLEST SIZE! I feel cheated by 1800flowers.com and WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN.

Their customer service is poor, they do not make it easy to do business with them. I am a member of their Passport program (one year free shipping), yet they charged me for shipping because their software does not recognize (after proper log in with user name and password) who is and who is not a Passport member. When I called them to straighten up the problem, they cut me off several times. When I finally talked to their representative, she suggested that I pay the shipping charge, and they would issue credit later. I've been had like that before, I decided not to risk it. This is not the way to do business. I gave up eventually and went to shop elsewhere. I do not understand how they can stay in business.

I ordered flowers more than one week before delivery date. I learned 4 days before the delivery date that the recipients would be on vacation on the date, I asked that the date be changed to a date after Labor Day. This was for a 50th wedding anniversary. I was told by customer service that the flowers were being sent by a local florist, I couldn't understand why the local florist could not change delivery date as I gave more than sufficient time. Found out through the tracking that the flowers were coming from no where near the recipients, said Edison, NJ to Keasby, NJ then to Beth Page, NY then to Huntington, NY. Lies!

I will never use this company again. The flowers sat and rotted on the recipients front porch. Very sad.

Don't trust them!

This place is terrible! I ordered a same day delivery for my friend's birthday and it did not arrive. The next day they told me it would arrive a week later. They said that item wasn't available for same day delivery. So, how was I able to order and pay for it?! At least I got a refund. Do not order from them!

1800 flowers is garbage. Order funeral arrangements. For my friends dad service and was horrible. I'll post the pictures of what I order compared to what I received.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The company reached out to me three and a half hours later stating that they can't deliver the flowers and they don't know why! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Zero stars if I could.

50% For Nothing

I ordered a $100 flower arrangement for a very special occasion. The arrangement that was delivered was a mess. Most of the flowers were dead. The best thing their customer service would do for me was a fifty percent refund. I will never use 1-800 Flowers again.

Terrible service

You talk to an agent and she tells you I'm going to replace your tracking with no additional cost and give you a new tracking number mind you she never change anything and she left the old tracking number. I purchased a teddy bear for my son's birthday I couldn't pull up the tracking for him. It says FedEx but it's not really FedEx. It's USPS they give you false information. Terrible. Terrible service 800 flowers deserves zero stars

Horrible experience

I ordered flowers from the company on July 21 for a memorial service in Germany. They were to be delivered to a residence by the close of business in Germany on July 27. The flowers were not delivered by the close of business so I contacted the company through their chat feature on their webpage, dealing first with a computer and then with a personal representative. I was the one who initiated the conversation not the company. I was told my order could not be fulfilled because of some kind of internal quota or something to that effect in the area. As stated this information was provided almost a week after the order was made and paid for and more than 7 hours after the flowers had failed to be delivered. The personal representative was apologetic but of absolutely no help at all. He originally did not want to give me a full refund when I requested it but wanted to foist me off on ordering some flowers for other people here in the US. He ultimately agreed to a full refund and some kind of $20 savings pass ( Like I'd trust them on anything important). My experience with the company was, to say the least, horrible. There was no professionalism other than an apology because "things didn't go as planned with my recent order". There was a total failure on the company's part to do what they were paid to do. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.

Not As Advertised

I paid $90 for a beautiful flower arrangement that was delivered on time for a familyfriendwho just lost a loved one. The first pic is what I paid for (what was advertised). The second photo is what the recipient actually got. Total rip off. Just an embarrassment. Then a rep offered to schedule a re delivery for the next day. I was assured that the new bouquet would look like the picture. Gave me an order number and said it would be re delivered the next day free of charge. I told the recipient to be expecting the new flowers. Of course...no delivery the next day. I asked for a full refund but was offered another redelivery of which i declined. The rep then said she'd issue a full refund but i wont get it until about 10 business days. I wont get email confirmation of the refund until 24 hours. Use caution and don't purchase anything from this company. They are a complete headache and a scam.

Placed an order 3 days ago to be delivered today they were not delivered. This company would not tell me the name of the floral shop that had my order and majorly dropped the ball. I demanded this order be cancelled and a full refund. This company is very unprofessional and I told them so. Do not ever order from this company. If there was a a blank star for zero I would of choose that.
