Items are always reasonably priced. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering is easy and arrives quickly. These days there are few places about which I can say so many good things.
Ordered a medium sized nose pillow head gear set. Arrived timely, but nose pillows were XS. Made several attempts to speak to someone at the 800 phone number provided, but unable to call during the day hours. Used the.com address to finally make contact. Then I had to send photo confirmation of the item ordered. Lesson learned: ALWAYS take a photo of received items with the shipping receipt. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't done that, especially since so much time had lapsed.
Pricing (like everywhere else) has stopped me from buying supplies. I am seeking another form of sleep apnea control. No more CPAP machine or equipment. I no longer can afford it.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
