Everything was easy. Purchased cpap and masks, faxed my script and everything came quickly.
I can't breathe thru this mask. You must have sent me a small when I needed either a large or medium. I tried to make it work...it needs to be replaced.

It took me about 3 weeks to get used to wearing the mask, but now I can't imagine sleeping without it! I thought it would be difficult to travel with it, but it has not been an issue at all!
I received a new mask. It took me several days to try it. What a difference this mask makes. Light quite comfortable and doesn't make any noise to cause my wife to make me change position. I even set my CPAP back a couple of numbers I didn't need all that air blowing, slept better than I have in a long while..
I've used a cpap for years. When I need supplies I don't want to go through a hassle of prescriptions, etc. I know what my machine requires. 1800cpap made shopping easy peasy. My new go to for sure.

After 4 calls and reports of service required ~ we finally reached someone who gave permission for replacement, since it was under warranty. The stress of my husband not getting it to work for weeks was detrimental to his blood pressure issues.
I would recommend updating your website with proper phone numbers and it's related departments. It was hard to find the correct phone numbers and then waiting 45 minutes to be given another number to call.
We did finally get a replacement. So, all is finally ok.
Great way to obtain much needed CPAP supplies when MC and other providers will not! If you depend on and use religiously, then this is the place to get your CPAP equipment when your providers will not approve them.
The product is good but expensive. The company was easy to work with and the delivery was fast.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
