I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THIS "SERVICE" NOT ONLY DO THEY DOUBLE BILL ME AFTER THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULDNT THEY SENT ME AN EXTRA SHIPMENT I DIDNT ASK FOR AND THEN I CONTACT THEM BEFORE I EVEN RECIEVE ANYTHING AQUIRE A LABEL TO RETURN THE EXTRA SHIPMENT THAT SAME DAY BUT NOW THEY TELL ME MY REFUND WILL TAKE 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS? THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULUS AND I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY OFFERED NO TYPE OF RESOLUTION IT DID NOT TAKE THEN 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BILL ME. THEY BILLED ME IMMEDIATELY! I AM FURIOUS!

They sells Aquasoft for $12.50.

This is defective for recall for eye irritation.

They always suggest colored lens harmful for my eyes.

This time, they sent my contacts for bc 8.3. This lens is very tight and prevent oxygen.

I have worn bc 8.7 for whole my life. I think they try to dump overstock.

Don't order from here!

I ordered my contacts on October 9th and was supposed to get them within 6 days. Over a month of no updates on the tracking information, I contacted customer support (on November 10). They informed me that they lost my order. They offered me no refund or compensation for my troubles. If I hadn't reached out to them, I would have never received my order. Ridiculous.

Never shopping from 1-800-contacts or dealing with AfterPay EVER AGAIN! Neither want to take blame or admit who messed up my order. AfterPay cancelled my payments and issued a refund bc supposedly 1-800-contacts cancelled the order all together. They said it was a system error on 1800contacts end. When I spoke to 1-800-contacts, they said AfterPay cancelled the order bc the order has taken 30 days to ship out. I was already annoyed in their delay of shipping out times. I don't want to get charged the full amount by 1800contacts before the refund from AfterPay hits my bank. The order is still showing as processing/not cancelled in 1800contacts system and could ship out in the next few days or so. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM 1-800-CONTACTS!

The lack of basic common sense, I would believe, just couldn't be humanly possible, until I spoke to reps. At 800 contacts. I am now a true believer. Or is it? Intentionally illegal!? So. Let's review.
Day 1- 9/12/2020 -Saturday- a $515.00 order for my son with an overnight delivery with potential 1 day delay to check with doctor prescription verification and a daytime delivery to be no later than 9/15.
9/15 - no delivery. No follow up from 800 contacts.
9/16 - I have call them to find out why no delivery. "ma'm, It should be there by 9/17"
9/17- STILL no contacts. No call from company. I call them AGAIN to find out that only a partial order now arriving by next day- Mind you. No mention of partial order and they say contacts have been on back order for a while. Would have been nice to know.
9/18- Still no contact delivery and no follow up from company. I call them to find out that it is still in transit and not their fault. UPS's fault!
9/19- still not contact delivery- they 50$ off order. A pinch of courtesy, though I promise you, it doesn't last...
9/19 late evening - a UPS delivery of partial order but the order is ONLY ONE EYE! And the point of this is what? Again. Would have been nice to know!
9/20- and DAY 7! I have to call them. "sorry for the mix up, we still cannot find the complete order". "we need to track UPS"
I then, cancel ALL order's and demand my money back. 800 contacts says they cannot do this until the order is found. NOW. How is their miscommunication between UPS and them, my problem?! Rep. Then refuses pay back, until order is found. I then get a manager and she says she'll refund part of my money and my card will be credited within 3-5 business days.
IT IS NOW -9/25- NOTHING returned. Not one red cent. I then call again. " i'm sorry, ma'm. You will get a check in the mail"
9/27- no credit to my credit card(partial amount) and still waiting on my check refund.
Oh. And to top it off. They won't refund the 2 boxes of right eye( useless without the other eye) until I return on my dime!. This is where you'd think possibly basic human courtesy would enter the situation. I was wrong. 15 days later, 6 different rep conversations ONLY when I call... still waiting on refund from these illegal POS company. My mission is to offer a PSA every week, somehow, to all who consider ordering from this company. Garbage company is an understatement.

Over charged

Used them for the first time my bill should have been 130.00 and went to 197.00 I am on a fixed income and the girl charged my account 197.00 I could have bought them from America's best for the 130.00

Scam artist

They scammed me by sending email with the type contacts i wear after placing the order they hit my credit card then said i needed a prescription, i have no prescription, putting a hold on my card if they don't refund, don't order from these scam artist

Horrible!

Ordered a years worth of contacts for what I normally pay for a years worth, only received one lens for each eye! I ordered it over the phone and when I called to make it right, turns out they deleted the original order and then changed it to only one lens for each eye but still charged the same amount! The only thing they could do is give me $20 off my next order. When the whole order was over $300! Never dealing with them again, huge waste of money and time.

They take your money, place your order. But no contacts. I ordered my contacts more than a month ago and all I get is one lie after the other about why my contacts haven't come yet. Calling my credit card tomorrow to dispute the full amount. I can't believe this company charged my card on the same day of the order but never bothered to send the contacts. Instead it was one promise after the other... "Your contacts should be there no later than blah, blah, blah." It takes a pretty twisted company to use these tactics over and over again. Too bad people can't get paid to leave positive comments for this company. They are terribly misleading.

Everything went fine when I placed my order. But then, about a minute later, I got an email from them stating my contacts were out of stock, and would take up to 8 weeks to get back in. There is no option to cancel the order online, (extremely inconvenient) so I had to call them to cancel the order. I was upset because they didn't even wait to charge my card, even though they knew they couldn't send it out, and the phone rep told me it would take 3-10 business days to refund my money. So, I'm short on cash, so now I have to wait for them to refund my money before I can go to Walmart to order them. (Which is what I should have done in the first place). They gave me a first time discount for being a new customer, but without the discount, it would have been more expensive than Walmart. I won't order from them again and make the same mistake twice.

I ordered contacts paid extra for expedited shipping and never got them. I was told by 1800 Contacts that because they were not delivered Friday my only option was to wait for Monday because they do not deliver on Saturdays or pick my package up at UPS. They scheduled for me to pick up my contacts but they never arrived at the UPS office so they sent out another order which was due to arrive Monday, that never came so again they claim that they are sending another order. I strongly suggest that if you need to order contacts you should not use 1800Contacts.

1-800-CONTACTS sent me the wrong prescription contacts (+8 instead of -8) and I had to book an eye examination because I thought there was something seriously wrong with my eyes. Within seconds the doctor told me I had been given the wrong prescription and gave me a pair of the correct lenses.

She advised me to contact 1-800-CONTACTS about receiving a reimbursement for the unnecessary eye exam. I paid $65 just to be told this company made a mistake. I reached out to 1-800-CONTACTS and they told me they were unable to reimburse me, but would offer 10% off a future purchase.

I will not be using this company again. They refused to right their mistake and I ended up having to pay for it.

Back in Feb 2020, I tried to use the FREE eye exam on the website. It didn't work the three times I tried it. It couldn't record my answers well even though I was in a quiet room. I had to get my contact prescription from my doc.

Having my prescription, I wanted to get a price match so I chatted with them online. My chat session was going well and my sale almost finalized when it dropped. Then, it kept dropping the next 4 times. After some time, I contacted them again. They still had most of my info except the price matching. I'm unsure if they called my doc to confirm prescription. The agent was able to price match again and the sale finalized.

I selected UPS Ground (standard) to ship my contacts. Initial estimates were for 11 days. I received it in 2 days; just like it stated in my initial shipping email. North Carolina to NYC.

I've always had an amazing time with 1-800 Contacts, but I recently moved and messed up my new address for my recent order. I submitted a request for a new order, and they immediately sent me an email confirmation, and are sending me a new pack, expedited, free of charge! I love love love this company, and will use them forever now! My fave!

I used to order from 1800 contacts all the time, but in recent years, I've discovered they are really not any less expensive than if you ordered directly from your doctor. I've also had difficulty in the past ordering, despite them saying that they had my prescription on file. For the most part, the reps are helpful and caring but I probably won't use the site again for a very long time.

A few days later I received a message from UPS they were damaged. I did not have a notice from 800 contacts. I had to find out on my own. Things happen but come on!

Customer service/ordering online is AMAZING! You can "chat" with someone, and get your issue taken care of in an instant. I ordered the wrong prescription, and they fixed it instantly! I had a torn lens... and they replaced it instantly! The ease of ordering is AWESOME... I can't say enough about them! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Amazing

I have not been able to get ahold of my eye doctor for weeks now due to this pandemic. I'm desperately low In contacts and tonight did a live chat with Kaysha. It was so nice to be able to chat with an actual person who was so quick and helpful. She did an amazing job! And I will continue to order through them from now on as long as half of their customer service does the job she did tonight!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for what you have done during this pandemic to get these much needed contacts to me!
I could not get in touch with my doctor to get contacts and you at 1-800contacts pulled through and have them headed my way!
During the summer months I cannot go outside or drive without wearing my sunglasses and now not only do I have contacts to see I can wear my sunglasses, you guys are an absolute life saver!

I ordered my contacts with the $20 next business day delivery. The contacts came in 3 days and came in good shape, with a receipt and an extra contact lenses case. I would buy from here again. Also had very nice representatives.
