I decided to return the shirt. I had the tags, they were just taken off the shirt. Still, I tried to exchange the shirt and lo and behold, they took it back no questions an swapped it. For that I am very happy. I mentioned to the cashier what the other women said about shrinkage and the new cashier agreed it should shrink. Still, the extra small size is still a bit took big for me so even if it does shrink, it should be ok.
The reason my 2 stars still stand is because how wonky the sizing is. The small was too big and, as I said, the extra small is big. I guess it's a bad cut. Odd, since the shirt should be fitted.

If you're into that skater/stoner vibe and don't mind paying top dollar for it, you'll find something. At least the customer service was good._________________

I bought bought a shirt online and went to pick it up at my closest location.The shirt was $30, which is pretty ridiculous for a shirt, but one I couldn't find anywhere else. At pick up I saw the shirt and wanted to swap it for a smaller size (I bought a small, but after trying it on in store it was too big) but the woman working said it would shrink "a lot" in the wash.
Well I tried washing it. And putting it through the dryer twice. No shrinkage. So now I have an overpriced shirt that fits badly that I can't return because a store doesn't know the store product.

Disappointing
August 3, 2016

I ordered a penny nickle board from Zumiez.com. The board took almost 3 weeks to get here and when I finally got it, the box was beat up and not taped together that good. I took the board out of the box to find it wear on the tail indicating somebody had ridden it before they shipped it to me. This is very disappointing for a store that impresses me in person.

Terrible customer service

I ordered some shoes online for Christmas presents a day chose to get one for myself. I wore these $40 vans for approximately 12 hours total, most of which sitting but some walking in our dusty warehouse at work. When I went to put them on again I noticed the rubber sole was tearing apart from the rest of the canvas shoe. When I called to ask about the best way to return them I was told I could pay to ship them in to the warehouse however it would likely be deemed normal wear and tear since I had worn them. I am appalled, I paid for vans hearing all of my friends say they were great quality but truth be told the defective pair I got didn't hold up as long at the $5 pair I bought at Walmart and this company distributing them doesn't care at all!

Disgusted, dissapointed!

Was given a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. Opened them to find not only were they used, but whomever returned them literally walked around with dirt on the bottom of their feet while wearing them. A little wear n tear maybe I could deal with but this was just dissapointing and disgusting. How are they ok with reselling returns like that?! Hopefully once we return them we get a NEW pair.

Lack of responsibility

I bought a pair of vans slip on and it's delivered this morning. I was so disappointed, one of them isn't the right size. One is 5.5, the other is 7

Terrible company. Bought shoes from them in my regular size, and they didn't fit at all. Sent them back and it costed me $12 to ship. Requested a refund over the phone and was assured it if I emailed pictures of the receipt. Got an email back saying the only thing they could do was send me a gift card instead, when I had already bought new shoes elsewhere. Took then weeks to respond through email. Don't bother with this company. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely Terrible

I could write a saga about how much of a disappointment this site was. My initial order was cancelles without letting me know and they ended up sending just 3 out of the six that I ordered. The three out of six that they did send did not arrive and as I'm writing this it marks 2 months since I placed that order. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Illiterate american imbisciles who are no where near the word helpful.
When the packet arrived here in Germany it was returned to their warehouse due to them labelling the box incorrectly, causing a further 3 weeks to be wasted.
When they finally shipped the order witg DHL express, I get a call from the post office saying that I need to pay for the shipping, yet in the original payment I was already charged for it.

Thieving, uneducated employees and an overall poor service. It's only tolerable if you live in the US and that doesn't fix the issue of illiterate staffers

I shop at zumiez a-lot, and honestly they have good service good clothing, shoes, and skateboards and snowboarding gear if you shop at zumiez and order something online your order will get to the location needed and on time and you will be satisfied with what you got at the end

Bought Shoes buy 1 get 1 half off when I received shoes, the pair that was considered the half off came with dye tag still attached. When I called customer service about one pair of the shoes coming with dye tag on... RUDE! Finally after a few days, I was emailed a return lable and they would send me another pair out... Unfortunately, they emailed me back they were out of stock of the shoe (instead if them just removing dye tag and resending back) that they would refund me the half off that (the whole reason I bought the over priced shoes there to begin with.) TOTAL SCAM!

Placed order on Black Friday. Made a mistake with billing info, called customer service and was taken care of immediately by a very friendly Rep. Got an email on Saturday 11/29
That there was a problem with the stock of some of my items and that they would look for the items at the store level. Got an email on Monday 12/01 that they found all items and order was on the way. Great service. Never an issue when ordering with Zumiez.

I recently placed an order for international shipping. Took a while for it to get shipped and I was worried I wouldn't receive it on time. Surprisingly, my package did get here within the period that was given and I'm very happy with my purchase :)

Sweet skate boarding and snow boarding gear. Zumiez doesn't have too many coupon codes out there, but if you sign up for their email list (I just put in a separate folder so I don't have to look at them all the time) they send out free shipping and other discounts and promos from time to time. Good to get snowboarding stuff in the spring/summer etc.
