Love shopping here there's always really good deals like buy one get one 50% off and huge discounts on last season models and wear. Love that they have smaller unknown company decks at different stores and a lot of sick stickers which is the best. And ways to get points to get free stuff on the Zumiez Stash app too!
Ordered online 2 separate times this January, qualified for free 3-7 day shipping, was offered to upgrade shipping 1-3 days for $, went with free basic, got the stuff in 3 days both times, love the globe fusion and Sabre shoes as I always do. Chino pants are super comfy (wish they had 33 waist). Had personal hand written well wishes on each invoice. Overall, I have no complaints at all.

Ordered a t-shirt on the 10th of December. Immediately after my purchase, I got an email that my order was shipped. Today, almost 4 weeks later, the status of my order remained the same. The package is still in Kenner, LA, and wasn't even shipped, the liars! I called DHL customer service, the -very friendly- lady on the phone told me that the order was never even ready for shipping and she recommended me to reclaim my money. I already tried to contact Zumiez by filling in the support-form 2 times, to get 2 times the same automatic generated email... I'm deeply disappointed. Online shopping is the only way to buy things these days, but experiencing an event like this, makes it very suspicious.
I recently ordered presents for my loved ones of of Zumbies, I ordered them over a month ago with them saying it would be delivered in 5-11 business days it's been over 20 and still have not received my items. Not only have I emailed them but the delivery tracker has still not moved since the 7th of December after reading other reviews I have regretted my choice in ordering off of this website they said my order was a total of $90 but after ordering the price charged just kept

I have never been a big fan of their products but I know plenty of people who love their website and stores. Christmas is coming up so I purchased an expensive chain from them for my boyfriends present. The chain came and it looked nothing like the picture and I absolutely did not want to give it to my boyfriend so I paid $15 to send the chain back and I have not received a refund or anything. I have contacted the company 4 times and they have not even given me a response back. This happened early November and it's December still being ignored and still have not gotten my $125 back. The product was in perfect condition when I sent it back, this is disgusting behaviour from them and I don't think I will ever buy anything from them again.
I ordered 2 pairs of name brand shoes In perfect condition, at an amazing price with free shipping, and they literally arrived the next day! I highly recommend them to anyone!
This was the first time I ordered something from Zumiez. They delivered one of the items very fast and there was an issue with the second item. I called customer service that was solved the problem quickly.
Overall this place is a good store to shop at especially if your trying to start skating. Everything arrived on time and came in good quality. I would definitely recommend this place if your trying to get good quality clothes!

So if i could give them no stars i would. After making an order on July 2020, I received an email a month later saying that one of the things in my order was sold out, i was WTF. I asked them how was that possible, they were like, well the other things in your bag are still available, i told them that was extremely terrible service. Instead of giving me my money back on that exact time, i was never given any money back. They sent the package two months later worth (49.95$ with together a ~8$ shipping cost), i received a message from DHL saying that i had to pay 21,40 EUROS worth of taxes, because they sent the package as EXPRESS.

When I get an email from zumies.com, it will say "sale, up to 85% off". There is nothing close to even 50% off. Most things are $15-$20 off, and its more like you are paying 85% of the regular price. Whats up with that?
I placed an order with Zumiez. Their website malfunctioned. I contacted them and they stated the order didn't go through. They did charged my card for the order. Then they stated I kept trying to place the order even though I didn't. I have a charge on my card for $117.91 from Zumiez#600 85.42_V. They stated the charge is pending (which it is not) and I will receive my money back in 3-5 business days and if I don't to contact them again. Their website says: "Your account is not charged for your purchase until we ship your order." After reading other reviews, it appears Zumiez has done this to many other customers whom have never received their money back. I am contacting the BBB. Do not trust this company!
Literally worst website ever. I ordered 150$ worth of clothes. After 4 weeks they didn't ship anything so I asked for a refund but they never sent any. Do not order from this website
There was an uncommon glitch when putting in my postal/zip code, I emailed them and they responded extremely fast with much detail and apologies and how to be able to put through my order. I had already put it through so the team member (Kevin) checked that it was going to the correct address and was very quick to reply and help me out. Great clothing range, great prices, and a team of quick and reliable customer service. I'm very excited to receive my order! Definitely recommend Zumiez. :)
Literally worst website ever! As I'm picking things and adding them to by bag for about 45 minutes I go to check out just to find out EVERYTHING IS "out of stock" I'm sorry but if I'm adding items to my cart they should be locked in! Not eligible for someone else to purchase! I just spent 45 minutes going through this website just to go check out and find out that literally everything is out of stock now that's in my bag lmao waste of my time. Don't waste yours!
I'm really happy about my last purchase. It arrives safe and sound and the skateboard deck is in perfect condition, no tear at all on the shrink wrap.
In the first place, i was not very confident to order at that store after reading reviews and bad comments about Zumiez on internet.

Customer service in this time of Corona virus is not so bad after all. Better call them instead of waiting for a response by email. It's faster.

I ordered something over a month ago and still have not got my order! After many attempts to fix this I still have not received anything! On one attempt it was sent back but no one contacted me and they kept the money out of my account?! Horrible service! I still have not received my stuff and have been charged for it

Now when I ordered through there website and it was my first time, since it wasn't Amazon I was expecting longer shipping, but they exceeded my expectations. They were extremely quick and have a great package tracker. They also left me a little note in my receipt telling me my choice in clothes was "sick" and gave me a pack of stickers for free! Amazing service
Answer: Zumiez is terrible at shipping to any country that isn't the USA, and the custom fees and taxes to deliver to Canada are ridiculously exorbitant.
