False advertising

Ordered online said can deliver to address when odered then said pick up at their store and could not deliver to address why have that option when odering online then? Not happy with that

I walked in and was politely introduced by this young lady named Del, she helped me get a pair of vans which I absolutely adore. I go to pay and another lady named Genesis told me about a 3 for $12 sock deal so I checked them out and while I was there this fella named Juan came by and was showing me the more exclusive socks and was really good in his entrepreneurship. So good, I ended up buying a pair he recommended. He helped me at the register along with another young lady named Jesi who was incredibly charismatic and showed great customer service skills. I was in awe at the service I received. They were kind, funny, entrepreneurial, polite, and they even complimented my wardrobe. Beyond amazing service, and all those workers deserve a bonus or some type of award for their customer service. Could not asked for better. I never write reviews but they made me want to leave a positive one.

I ordered a pair of pink checkered vans online. They were $50. I didnt feel like waiting 3-8 days for shipping so i payed $8 for 3 days or less shipping. The shipping timing was fine but the actual shoes were the wrong color and i got 2 left feet. 2 LEFT FEET! I payed $58 for these shoes to get here fast and they are totally messed up! I will never order from zumiez again.

Awful

I ordered my packages at which I paid expedited shipping for and the dates of the order kept changing. They kept telling me to wait x amount of days and resolved nothing. I have not received my packages and they have did nothing but kept opening claims at which has been going on for about 3weeks now. They do not resolve the situation at hand and basically says it is out of their hands. I will never order from this site again.

I can't say anything but good things about this company so it comes as a surprise that they have some bad reviews. I spent around $400 on this company during the Black Friday sale and they never got a single order wrong. My brother would shop here occasionally as well. Everything arrived on time, everything was exceptionally good quality and had no issues with customer service. Though they take some time to respond, I do appreciate that they listen to you and verify your identity before cancelling a purchase if it so happens that you've got different billing addresses and mailing addresses. I recommend this site and believe they offer good value for money.

Read the reviews decided To a pair of adidas from this company anyway cause I liked the look. But When it arrived it a beat up box, I opened it and I was shocked! My left shoe I ordered had pink lipstick or some bull$#*! on the ALL WHITE LACES... was really upset about this... not to mention the left shoe was obviously worn in cause the tongue is all scratched up amd I had to clip some strands that were already coming out which is not a good sign. And it's less clean than the right shoe. I just don't understand how someone could do that if your a professional lol. Got my package on time that's about the only good thing that came out of this transaction. Kinda bummed In my zumiez purchase and it all seems too much to try and get my money back so a whole new pair would be nice...
Wish I had just bought from inside the store highly Reccomend future shoppers to do so. You should get what you payed for. I didn't order used adidas But it seems like that's the case...

After an issue with a Christmas purchase for my son, I contacted Paul, District Manager of Zumiez' Ithaca NY store. Paul addressed my issue in an extremely timely manner, and made the situation right. He was absolutely great! Paul has restored my faith in Customer Care for sure! As long time customers, we will continue to be patrons because of him and his professionalism! Paul, is a true Gem! Again, thank you Paul

I paid $20 to have something overnight shipped, I will get the item 4 days late and they refused to refund partial shipping fees. Customer service representative told me they didn't care to lose my business, he was very rude!

Terrible return policy

Be careful what you order from this company! They won't let you return any clearance items back to your local store. I tried to contact "customer service" and they wouldn't even provide me with a return label. There is no mention of it during the checkout process.

So, I'm just a Mom. A Mom of a VERY brave 14 year old daughter, who came out this year. It's been hard on her at school. The lunch table went empty that first week she told her girlfriends. It's much better now. Here is where Zumiez, comes in, for Christmas. All she wants for Christmas is hi-top checkerboard Vans. I found... ONLY... on the Zumiez site, the most awesome "checkerboard patch" hi-tops! Good price! Then they arrived. The shipping was SUPER FAST! I purchased on Tuesday Morning, they arrived by Friday morning. The product is so much more well made and incredible than I could have imagined! That "patch" is actually embroidered, with suede and leather accents on the shoe, for less than $80! AWESOME BUY!
Now for the shipping from Zumiez. Not only so fast, but perfectly packaged! The Vans came actually in a branded shopping bag, included were the receipt, and a Holiday catalog. Now I see more brands they carry... that not just my daughter, but also my 20 yr old son will LOVE!
Further... when I called customer service at Zumiez... they were AMAZING!
I'm just a Mom, who loves my kids and works so damn hard for my money. But Zumiez, just hit top of my list with great companies that are WORTHY, of my hard earned dollar!

Zumiez is the worst

Never order from zumiez online last year, they made me verify my own order with a confirmation that took over an hour to complete because their security check is so bad and unorganized. Was on the phone with them for an hour to verify my order and had to tell them what my total price was or some stupid crap like that. And this year same issue with a credit card saying it was the bank when it was them. Do not order from zumiez ever.

I ordered a long-sleeve shirt from their website and one of the arm holes are wider than the other for some reason. Heavily recommend buying in store so you can try the clothes on.

The skateboard came in a beat up box with bunch of ripped paper inside and just basically thrash and a note saying in red ink: "you think you're a skater but do you wear thrasher?. What does that even mean? Such a poser. The disrespect and lack of professionalism. And the board looked used too and dirty wtf. Never again. Spending my hard earned cash elsewhere. Pissed off honestly whoever packaged that can eat $H1T. Employees are probably bunch of 1diots with no education and can't assemble a Fuuuck1ng box properly especially the ones who prepared my package. Go Fuuuck yourselves *******@ssholes!

I order most of my clothes from Zumiez. They are a great website and I've gotten all of my orders.

If you want a good size I suggest ordering a size up in most clothes. If you want mom jeans/boyfriend jeans, order a size or two down.

I wouldn't suggest getting express shipping because it takes just as long as normal shipping. The processing is fast and takes about 12 hours - 2 days (depending on what time of day you order.)

Their clothes are comfortable and soft. I would suggest ordering shoes in store than online because it can be a problem. Sometimes the company runs out of your certain size and will either try to go a size up or down.

If you still aren't sure don't order online and rather go to the store in person. It will cut the shipping cost and time!

They charged me $38 in shipping and they delivered me the wrong size in my pants which means I have to pay again for an exchange. I send them an email saying I was not happy and they reply with some bull$#*! excuse that their office isn't working. Not happy.

I have ordered around five items from Zumiez and has had minimal problems. Their clothes are very nice, and I've never had a problem with their sizes. Some of my orders were very fast to ship, around three days. But there were others that took much longer, around two weeks. I have also contacted the support team to ask about certain items, and they were very helpful. I'm not sure why all these reviews are leaving only 1 star because the quality of the website is nice. Shipping would be my only concern. I would still highly recommend ordering from this website.

I ordered a pair a shoes two weeks back. Got the shoes pretty quick but when I tried them on they were two different sizes. Contacted them and told them what happened and they said once I dropped off the shoes at UPS they would express ship me another pair. This was Friday and I finally received an answer back today asking for my address. Ummm... should my shoes already been shipped? Never shopping here again. I'll go to Rue21, Dillard's and BC skate shop before I ever go here again.

Surprisingly Excellent!

After I made my online order, I foolishly read all the horrible reviews that Zumiez. I was kind of depressed by the reviews and wished I didn't make my order.
I picked free shipping, which was 7-10 days delivery I believe.
And to my complete surprise, both of the packages I ordered showed up on my door almost exactly 23 hours after I ordered!?! Incredible!
Way to go Zumiez! I will absolutely be ordering from them again!
P.S. I live almost an hour from the nearest Zumies location

Terrible Shoe Delivery

Don't order online from this site due to the fact that they can't even send new pair of shoes or shoes sizes that MATCH! So the story is I ordered a new pair of Adidas and when I opened them up, I realized the left shoe's sole was yellow as if has been out in the sun or on display for months! Were as the right shoe looked brand new. So being disgruntled I sent them back and just decided to get a different pair of Adidas which were the same price. When I got these ones. THE SHOE SIZE'S DIDN'T EVEN MATCH! One was a size 10 and one was an 8.5! So at this point I've wasted to much time dealing with this and decided to get a refund. This happened all across two weeks so I advise anyone thinking about buying shoes on this site is to save your money and time! And take it somewhere more reputable and reliable.
