Have bought many things that I have liked, but sizes can vary a lot. It is 8 dollars to return several items, which sounds great, but then you can't pull up all the items that you want to return. You have to call, and hope that the person you are dealing with is nice.
Zulily is a wonderful website. It offers a such a wide variety of products, with lots of well-known brand names. It's also a great place to shop when you don't know what you are shopping for! I have found perfect gifts for friends that I've not found anywhere nearby. I highly recommend this website.
There are always new and interesting items to choose from. The prices are good and if need be, returns are easy.
If you're a discerning shopper, you can occasionally find something worth buying on this site, but I think the women's clothing looks cheap and tawdry, for the most part. And the shipping charges offset any savings on the costs of items you purchase. Usually, you can get better deals shopping locally, by watching for sales.
The past two times I have placed an order for clothing (boots and a dress) both times the fit has been WAY off. The $8 it costs to return an item is pretty high and way too much to justify me purchasing from Zulily again.

I really have had great experiences with Zulily. I have been shopping with them for years now and have bought jewelry, things for the kitchen, clothes, just about everything they carry. My favorite is Suzanne Betro.
You can find some of the best deals on Zulily! Every day you will have a new shopping experience! Only thing is I wish they will offer free shipping from time to time.

I have enjoyed being able to purchase some fun clothes shoes, and other items. I have understood that some things take a bit longer than others. There are some things I don't understand... 1. Why is there no consistency in garment sizing? Shoes are reasonably sized-- garments are all over the place. 2. Why does shipping have so many inconsistencies? Yes, I know you order from the Orient & that takes time. Why not order an assortment and sell from US? 3. Shipping both ways is not consistent. 4. How could an order of Vitamins take weeks to deliver in ones and twos... thus running up your shipping costs. ***Noticed anything? The mantra here is INCONSISTENT. PLEASE GET ORGANIZED! Zulily is a great shopping experience-- until it isn't. Stop shooting yourselves in the foot~
I love the deals and convenience of Zulily. I was able to get alot of my Christmas gifts on Zulily. Something for everyone. The only thing is I wish there was more free shipping opportunities.

I have had 11 emails back & forth + 4 phone calls & 26 days later I have been unable to get a return label that doesn't say "GROUPON" on it. I have been an excellent customer & cannot believe that Zulily has out me through this. Obviously Zulily could care a less about a repeat customer to put me through this. This is not customer service at all!
Even though I still order through Zulily I only order things that I can't live without. But I know that if I need it soon I will not order. It takes forever for my orders to ship to me.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
