I enjoy online shopping and Zulily makes it so easy. They have things I never knew I needed and things you can use around the house, the office, and the car.
I used to shop on this site but have noticed that prices have gone up on much of the types of merchandise offered (which can be obscured by the steady stream of differing brands/items continually being offered). I also found several of the items that I last ordered were of poor quality (even brand-name items with a reputation for quality, which is primarily what I look for). Inconsistent sizing is also an issue - even with brands that I am familiar with and know my general size. Shipping has also gotten much slower - mind you if it's coming from a warehouse in China, then I suppose it would take some time. Returns are incredibly expensive and mostly not worth it since you lose most of the value of the 'deal' that you got. One thing that additionally seems suspicious, is the wave of reviews that center around certain dates (generally, most sites have a continual trickle of reviews that come in with sometimes varied wording/experiences). It seems like some of the reviews are fake and are generated/planted - and with lack of, or a poor algorithm at that.
I'm thoroughly satisfied with my many, many purchases over the last 6 months. Returns are easy and simple. I've seen some amazing deals come and go, most of which I took advantage (Coats, shoes, boots, clothes, storage cubes, you name it!). I'm even more amazed when I see companies that are not your average neighborhood store, like the Charleston Shoe Co. I learned of them when I was in Charleston SC. Imagine my surprised and joy to see them on here! Zulily is absolutely a wonderful site!
It's addicting checking Zulily just about everyday. Some things I've gotten I really love, some things were a disappointment. I think the descriptions could use work. I would like to know where an item is made too. A fair number of items I've ordered seem cheaply made and of poor quality material.

I've ordered many items. I've never had a problem. I had one order that I never received and Zulily re-shipped it right away. I have bought a couple items that the quality wasn't that great but overall I've been happy with all of my purchases. I do think Zulily should have a better return policy though.
Zulilly is pretty easy to use from either a mobile or desktop device. I wish they would offer coupons or discounts for frequent purchasers.
I love the huge selection of items offered at Zulily and their Customer Service Site is 2nd to none. I have never had a issue with their service. They are immediate and always addressed my concern to my satisfaction. I ordered an electric can opener that did not work, emailed them, received a response within an hour stating to not return, they would give me a full refund on the merchandise, shipping and a $5.00 credit for the hassle. It does not get any better than that. I am a Zulily customer for life.

Sent for many items from Zulily. Most of the time no issues. Have gotten incorrect sizes a time or 2, but no big deal. Will continue to window shop and purchase.

I have been shopping on Zulily for many many years. I love all the unusual items you find, I love all the beautiful rugs they have on Zulily for a fraction of what they cost in the store, and most of all I love the CUSTOMER SERVICE ZULILLY gives! They are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond for the company you should do they are right up there with all the higher up mail order online outlets.
Am very pleased with the items i have purchased didn't have to send back, fit perfect, material great seems sewed perfect i would tells others about Zulily. Great site.
I have always liked Zulily until recently... I bought a sterling silver ring that was not sterling silver, the silver color wore off... when I sent a message to return, and that it was falsely advertised, I was informed that it would cost me almost $10 to send it back AND they still advertised the ring as sterling silver
I enjoy using zulily to find great deals and items that I can't find close to home. They feature a great selection and new deals every day! My only problem with the site is that sometimes it takes a while to ship my orders. Other than that I have been happy with just about every purchase I've made.
I love shopping at Zulily. A little too much sometimes. The prices are great and they offer so many different things. I have received a couple of items that were broken or the wrong item, but they were quick to fix the situation and even gave me credit towards my next purchase. I love that you can spread out your payments for three months also.
I now do almost all shopping online and 80% is with Zulily. They have very affordable prices and unique items. I can shop for home decorations and clothes all at the same time for one price shipping.
I'm in love with Zulily! I have tried other sites but none compare! The ease of ordering, the product availability and of course the great prices are my three favorite things. I have quit shopping anywhere else because I am so comfortable with y'all. Thank you!
