Very satisfied

I ordered over $500 dollars worth of plus size clothes. I decided to order a couple of sizes bigger then the norm to be on the safe side. It took my items approximately a month to arrive but I was alright with that. I received my items separately but all came in very close to each other, just days apart. Majority of my items fit very well. A couple of items such as a couple pair of jeans were a little tighter then I wanted (my usual size) but I can still wear them. Some of the items were a bit bigger then I wanted but that was to be expected because of ordering 2 sizes larger ( still wearable). One item I ordered was cancelled and to my surprise, Zulily had refunded me the price to my credit card and gave me a small store credit, that I have not used yet. Overall, I am very satisfied with my items!

Beware of Zulily! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a large canvas wrapped print that was suppose to be 36inches x 60inches to go on a bare living room wall. I was excited because it was going to be big! Just what I needed! I ordered it on March 19th, and finally received my order on April 21st. BUT to my dismay, my canvas print states "one size" on a sticker attached to it and I ended up receiving a 15in x 23.5in! Much smaller than what I ordered! And the picture quality is not good, very cheap looking. False advertising, not cool at all! And returns aren't allowed. Well Zulily you ripped me off, your karma and you'll never receive another order from me!

I received two items today that I don't recall ordering. They said the order was placed more than a month ago. The style is appropriate for someone 30 years younger than I am so I can't imagine ordering anything like this. Their return policy is ridiculous. I would never order something with such a policy because sometimes things don't fit right or look right. The customer service supervisor all but called me a liar. Never shot this site. I know I won't.

BUYER BEWARE

I bought a tunic in a size XL as I wanted it roomy. I normally wear a large top. Item arrived and the sleeves were so defective I could hardly get my arms in. The garment in general was at least 2 sizes too small. Obviously they have sizing problems on this item. Customer service said I could return the item for a $7.95 fee and they would give me a store credit. They would not refund my credit card. They said they don't have the item in a larger size. These kind of return policies are deal breakers for me. I don't want to buy from them again, therefore, a store credit is useless. I just totally wasted my money.

Beware! Zulily sells the cutest things at unbelievable prices, but when 2 chairs arrived over one month after I ordered them and were not the expected color from online, they would not take them back or give any sort of credit! They claimed the vendor said it was a final purchase. Better be VERY sure that any purchase is what you want it to be without seeing it or speaking to anyone before you buy it. Not worth the chance or the lost money in time and shipping and unusable chairs!

Zulily items always take a long time to arrive. I wasn't expecting 2-day service. They have, however, recently changed their policies, and I will not order from them again. Keep in mind, I have spent a great deal of money with them over the past few years. Yes, you have to be careful when selecting items, as they are not all as described. It used to be that, if you had a problem with an item, they would credit your account and throw in a few bucks as store credit to keep you happy. Now, you have to pay to return the item, and also pay a "restocking fee", even if they send you THE WRONG ITEM. So, they screw up and I have to pay for it. I'm done with this company. I can find the same items elsewhere and pay a few more dollars, but I don't have to wait a month or more for the item to arrive, and I don't have to worry as much about receiving shoddy merchandise or the wrong products, then having to pay them to take them back.

First... I ordered almost $300 worth of plus sized women's clothing. The $300 was immediately charged to my credit card but today I received a portion of my order... only a portion. Clothing was ordered 3 weeks ago! All other companies I have ordered from don't charge my card until they ship the product. Not so with zulily. It seems, from my experience, our credit cards are charged immediately upon order.

Second... and maybe most importantly... the quality of the fabric is shoddy to say the least. From the minimal explanation given of the piece of clothing, I was under the impression that everything was cotton and/or linen. That turned out not to be the case. Several pieces were "old school" polyester type fabric. Really, really disappointed. Can not see myself ever ordering from zulily again. Unfortunately, the pieces do not look anything like the pics on line. Very disappointed. They were each just under $30 and looked like they could have come from the used selection at salvation army. No intent to "dis" salvation army.

I will NEVER order from this company again... items I received were not as pictured on website, took a looong time to ship... now they are offering to give me credit on zulilyy account not credit card I used to pay. $5.95 shipping plus undisclosed restocking fee, Wish I had read reviews before hand! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a size medium. Zulily says that I sould have known that a size medium is a size 4! Now they want me to pay return postage AND a restocking fee! What a horrible scam. I suppose they can continue to restock and resell this "medium" size 4. They can make money each time they dupe a customer by getting restocking fees over and over on the same defective merchandise.

It took me about three weeks to get my order. I knew this because I researched and saw they shipped from china first. I wasn't in a rush, so this didn't bother me.
Shipping was only $7 for 6 items, so I wouldn't say that it is rediculous.
I'm happy with most of my items. I am 5'9, so I knew that length would be an issue. I got mostly Tunics which will need leggings but are very comfy and have pockets! I got a romper that is a little short, but cute for beach days. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience.
Make sure you order in advance and remember that stuff from china does not do 'vanity sizing' like the states, so clothing will be on the small size.

The company needs to relax a little for no they never offer free shipping even with purchases over 50,100,200 dollars and asking for a credit from most retailers is never a problem except with Zulily. They also have a no return policy which is ridiculous because everyone is made up different and sometimes the cut is different and doesnt fit.

I have been shopping from Zulily for over 4 years mostly for my grand children and initially they had some unique clothing for kids. But these days practically carry everything answer as they grew their customer service went down the drain. It takes over a month to get your order but they charge your credit card from day one so you are paying interest then these days they ship orders from China that mostly being shipped for free but Zulily rip you off for ridiculous shipping charges. I called their so called customer service and talk to couple of rude reps who have no identity and they refused me to talk to a manager. This is a lawless company that operates by bunch clueless employees, no management, no ownership. It's a shame that Zulily went trash because all they are concerned is money, money nothing else matter. Integrity and honesty does not mean anything to those on the top. Shame on you all. I purchased 3 tunics and they were all poor quality. Two came immediately the third tools weeks and came directly from China. One was much too large, another much too small and the third one was made backwards!. No return label or instructions were provided. Two weeks of frustration trying to get directions to return and they have the nerve to tell me they are charging a restocking fee. Don't order from this company

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing an expensive purse. I have to wonder if this is a fake of a quality brand. The zipper zips roughly and looks cheap. So disappointed. Won't visit this site again.

I don't understand the terrible reviews here. I have been buying beautiful clothing here for my granddaughter since I found out that she was being born. Do your homework and then order. They have some amazingly expensive brands that I could never have afforded otherwise. My granddaughter is the most beautiful dressed little girl (now 6). Customer service has always been wonderful to me. If you order adult clothing for 10-20 bucks, you are going to get tiny sized clothing from china made with cheap material. Pay attention, and you will get some very wonderful deals with Zulily!

I just bought 5 dresses from them which are way! Too big for me and I didn't like the material because they are made cheap. The website pictures are very deceiving and doesn't show true material. When I tried returning them, they will deduct 30$ from my 89$ purchase! Scam! I'm telling friends and family not to purchase from here because of this and very cheap quality. They should be fine for such deceitful advertising. Never ever will I buy here and will go around to tell friends and family. This is not good business
