I worked with ZoomWebMedia this summer for our website www.midearth.ca. Nikita Nukerjee and her design team did a great job for us. I loved the work Nikita and her design team did. Nikita is efficient, responsive, and a joy girl to work with. She is a great team leader and a nice listener, which allowed her to take our vision and execute it pretty well. In the end, the website she and her team built for us exceeded our highest expectations. Thanks again, Nikita!

Thanks to the folks there at ZWM. The Social Media presence looks great. Now let us see if we actually receive traffic.

Nice and clean work.

My sales were stuck to average rate with few increases sometimes at a gap of two or three months. Truly I had no idea how will I continue my business, and then I heard about this company. After calling them they advised me to advertise my services through pay per click. I had no idea what it was but they took the responsibility and promised me that this would increase my sales. Seriously, I was surprised when my friends where telling me, "Dude, I saw your business in a website", I was like what? And from then not only my sales increased but people are more aware about my services.

To tell frankly, I am very pleased by the service Zoom Web Media. My business was falling apart when I got a call from these guys who offered me solutions about creating website that will help me to expand my services, thereby better return on investment. I also came to know that there are ways like SEO, PPC and many others to advertise your services and even that can take business to every people. It’s been two months now my business is in a stable position and I am very happy by their work.

Just got a call from these jokers. After speaking to me with what sounded like marbles in his mouth, I finally understood the name of the company he was calling from. His sales pitch was mediocre at best and when I told him I don't own a business currently he just hung up the phone. So I looked them up on LinkedIn - their "CEO" doesn't even have his name listed. They only have four employees.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

If this company stays in business for very long it will only be through volume of sales calls made with clearly outdated call lists.

I hire the services od Zoom Web Media for my Wife's Website. Terrible Experience. Please. Please If somebody call regarding to do work with them. Don't hesitate to hung up the phone on them. They give you all kind of examples and ways to help you Business, in witch there are right. But they are start charging you and when they get money from you, that's it they don't call you and they don't answer you calls. The Owner this guy call himself "Zed" does not call you back ones he got your Money. If you call for any Number in this website they don't answer no more. So what kind of professional company you can relay on it? Not This Guys Scammers! Be Aware!

Zoom web media did not deliver what they promised. Paid them advance money in Nov 2014. Promised me to do the following.
5 Keywords, Competition Analysis, Site analysis report, Keywords Analysis, Meta Tags, Robot. Txt, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tool, Canonical Issue Solve, Google Local Listing, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking, Search Engine Submission, PR Submission, Classified Ads, Blog Posting
Paid them second installment in December 2014. Promised to pay the balance after I see the result. But nothing happened. They chose the wrong keywords. Asked them to change my keywords. Never returned with new keywords. Contacted me to pay them the balance. I refused to pay until I see any results.
No results so far (June 2015). I am asking for the refund. They are not replying to my emails.

Paid them half their fee to develop a web site for me years ago. They failed. I didn't pay any more (got nothing from them). Since then "james" has pestered me with phone calls, and even set up conference calls with others who he regularly pesters. Don't consider for 1 second getting involved with these bunch of crooks. And by the way when you read their supposed "good" reviews, you will quickly see they are fakes written by ZWM because their English is bad. They appear to have office in a number of countries. Thoise are fakes too. When you ring the numbers you get a recording that the number no longer exists. A little while later you will get a call from their Calcutta office. All of us who have been scammed by them should start a campaign to have them outlawed from TradeIndia for example and all other marketing platforms on the web. These are the sort of businesses that give the web a bad name and they need to be put out of business.
