Answer: Zoom web media have rotational shift both for Outsourcing team and Digital Marketing team. On the other hand, the support team Digital Marketing department runs by a normal shift usually from 11 AM to 8 PM. However, for interaction with the clients, the employees might have to do night shift once in a week according to the requirement of the project. However, the shift in Operation Team is allocated based on the work hours of Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia. We also provide delicious nourishments to our employees when they are working in night shifts for work related requisites.
