I withdrew from their 'Special Offer' package because the telephone sales story didn't match the written contract / Invoice which was sent after I'd paid the $450 deposit. At that point there was no acceptance of a design format, no images provided by me, no logo or text were supplied to begin the work - No work had been done at that point.
A year later, they still don't reply to my emails, they seem un-contactable by phone in SA - only an answering service - no call back, contact via webmaster the same - no reply. They don't even call me to state their case if they believe I am wrong to request a refund. This seems to be a deliberate policy of avoidance and 'one way traffic'. This is not a good company to deal with, bad business practices effect small businesses like mine and I'd never dream of treating a client this way. Deplorable behavior Zoom...

I was promised first page ranking in my chosen area with 4-6 weeks. It has been over 10 weeks and my ranking has hardly moved (except one keyword in a limited region). I was told they need another 4-6 weeks as the original developer was not doing his job and they have a new one. Then I paid to make my site mobile friendly and some w3 validator work. I explained how my website is setup and the guy said no problem, they would be able to do everything and took my money. After few weeks they said they can't do it due to site restrictions and wanted me to pay them to develop a new site. I refused. Then they came for the next payment and I refused as they have not delivered on their promise. The guy showed me a w3c logo they put on the website (which I could have done myself in less than 2 minutes). The validator still shows same errors. So, they have not done any work at all. The guy wanted me to make another payment but when I questioned him about the original promise, he said it was not a correct promise. When I asked him about why I should trust him with more money, he started making same promise. I recommend that you stay away. I actually would like my money back as they have hardly done anything but I don't expect them to pay me back.
